The Azul company is good. However, the Kayak service and assistance are terrible. Two flights without ticket information, delay and a mess.

Não houve disponibilização de lanche devido as regras definidas para combate ao COVID-19, portanto esse item deverá ser desconsiderado em minha avaliação.
Tv a bordo não funcionou frustrando expectativas das crianças.

I have some pictures to prove it , my flight from SP to Fort Lauderdale I could not sleep at all. Not only me but the passenger in front of me . The seat was broken, where you rest your head it was falling apart, I tried to put it back but kept falling. The flight attendant tried once and gave up . I asked to change seats and they did not let me do . I had to fly basically straight all night , I could not rest my head on the seat. Never again with this company

Contras: "Gate was change and no announcement was made. Could have miss might flight if I didn’t ask someone 30 minutes before boarding. Also could do a little better with the entertainment part. All the channels were in Portuguese. I understand it’s a Brazilian airline but you need to consider your foreign customers. Have some English Channels."
Prós: "The snacks were great! The check in staff was also really helpful. They even checked my companion and my bag for free."
Contras: "The flight was a bit delayed which made getting to the next connection a little stressful especially since we had to recheck our baggage. However, the staff was really kind about it."

Contras: "They cheat on us about the place of the seats. Saying was a good place but giving us the worse seats in the plane - just after bathroom where it doesn’t recline and impossible to sleep due traffic"

Contras: "For post landing gateholds it would help to say why waiting and say something about how long the wait might be."

Contras: "Flight left over an hour late, we were told we would leave just a half hour late then the time just passed without further announcements of delays. Cramped A320 aircraft. Just water and soft drinks for a 3.5 hour flight."

Prós: "Distância confortável entre os assentos. Encosto de cabeça macio. E eu tenho 1,81m de altura. Dito isto não tenho insumo para avaliar o serviço de bordo pois dormi durante toda a viagem."

Contras: "Very disappointed that there were only junk food options on the snacks served. Same goes for the drinks. And no option to buy anything healthy either. Arrived hungry at 1:20am!"
