The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.

Luggage handling. Arrived in Johannesburg without my luggage. Communication regarding lost luggage is basically non-existent.

4 flights in 3 weeks between arrival and departure and all flights delayed about 5 to 6 hours ! What’s going on with AF ?! Not a low cost and you paid for that service !?!? Not anymore

Um absurdo limitarem a quantidade de água que vc pode beber. Fiquei passando sede.

As mudanças feitas de última hora foram desgastante por não ter opções razoáveis dentro do horário que eu tinha contratado. A LATAM tem um serviço muito ruim de APP que poderia facilitar resolver estas pendências de mudança de voos.

My daughter left her phone in the seat pocket on the flight from Lima to Cusco. We reported it upon reaching our hotel, by the phone was never retrieved. We were disappointed that it was not collected by the cleaning crew. Overall, the flight was nice and the disembarking pleasant.

Quando chegaram em nós para servir q comida, já não havia mais nenhuma opção, apenas macarrão. Eu não como massa, então acabei ficando sem o jantar. Muito ruim!

reduziram absurdamente as porções de comida! Na janta serviram ou macarrão ou carne com batatas escolhi a carne por encher mais o estomago mas foi uma porção absurdamente pequena , junto com uma tirinha de pão e 1 alfajor... antes serviam porção de salada, sobremesa e uma porção decente de comida! Café da manhã foi um sanduíche de queijo com presunto ou omelete aí tem escolha de iogurte ou fruta, bem diferente de como era, serviam pão, iogurte e fruta para todos! Sem contar que no meio do vôo não serviram nem água nem nada

A experiência foi excelente porque optamos por fazer upgrade de classe e a viagem foi muito confortável.

Vôo tranquilo e dentro do tempo

Food selection was poor, no internet, boarding was very chaotic and disorganized.

Atualmente existe a possibilidade de preparar a documentação para a viagem com antecedência, de modo a ganhar tempo nos processos de check in e embarque. A Latam até que tem uma tentativa de automatizar previamente esse processo, mas não funciona bem. Aceita apenas arquivos em PDF, mas o formulario Anvisa não tem versão PDF (apenas e-mail).

This flight did not happen because Kayak and LATAM systems did not effectively communicate and I could not board the flight on the first leg of my trip.

o embarque demorou mais de uma hora, e depois ficamos mais uma hora aguardando documento de embraque com lista de passageiros para liberarem o voo.

O Voo atrasou mais de 2 horas e perdi a conexão.

O voo de BH x RJ foi bem organizado sem intercorrências absolutamente pontual!!

O portão de embarque usualmente utilizado para esta rota, é um dos piores do aeroporto de Guarulhos; fica no piso inferior, com 2 ou 3 portoes de embarque e além de geralmente o espaço estar lotado, o acesso à aeronave se dá através de um onibus. Gostei do desembarque feiro por fileiras.

Contras: "It seems LATAM changed the way they charge fees in July. The ticket for my return trip included no allowance for checked bags, and that detail wasn't obvious on my reservation information. Imagine my surprise when I check-in for an international flight and I'm told I can't check any luggage because it isn't included on my ticket. I ended up paying $210 to check two bags. Also expect to pay a bit more for decent seat assignments. My default seat assignment was at the very back of the plane, right against the rear bulkhead where seats often can't recline. So, another $60 to move elsewhere."

Planes should have the overhead compartments all open until everyone is on board so people can see what space is available."

Terrível

Não gostei muito do tratamento recebido pela tripulação. Os achei sem paciência, pouco atenciosos… esperava muito mais. Exemplo: chamei para pedir uma água e não vi que tinha outra garrafinha ali ao meu lado. O rapaz me mostrou, sem paciência e foi logo saindo, sem perguntar se ainda assim eu gostaria que ele trouxesse mais (poderia ser o caso). Depois chamei novamente para pedir snacks e a moça logo me interrompeu dizendo que já iam servir a comida e se retirou… sem perguntar de ainda assim eu queria que trouxessem o snack. Deveria ficar a meu critério, não? Todas as vezes que uma das tripulantes passava ela embarrava no meu cobertor e poltrona, me acordando (sendo que havia espaço suficiente). E o que mais me incomodou: todas as vezes que passavam por mim, mexiam na televisão e colocavam na posição padrão, tirando da posição que eu estava assistindo. Sem pe perguntar antes e não era nem decolagem nem pouso, mas no meio do vôo.

O que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe de bordo. Poderia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros durante o voo.

Funcionários prestativos, bons filmes pra ver, boa comida também. A decolagem atrasou um pouco por conta da chuva, o que não foi culpa da companhia.

Prós: "TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable."
Contras: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."
Prós: "I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again."

Contras: "It took a long time to board the plane and there was literally no line at the boarding gate. When I mean there was no line, its not that there were no people, its that we stood grouped together, because there was not enough space for everyone, so no line could form. So people simply cut in front of each other and there was quite a bit of anger and tension.Once we were on board, and seated, they came through and provided a meal. However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."

O voo atrasou e passamos por várias turbulências, cheguei a enjoar."

Prós: "I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me."

I was delayed 3 hours first flight, 1.5 hours second flight after watching two flights that I “wasn’t allowed” to be on depart right in front of me at 9 and 10 instead of the 11 that they rebooked me on. Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."

A tripulação estava apenas seguindo as determinações da companhia, não oferecem mais nem mesmo agua, quem contratar esta empresa aérea tem que estar consciente de que tudo será mais espartano.

O custo benefício não ocorreu porque o atendimento em terra foi muito ruim, muita descortesia com passageiros, forçando demais a compra de bagagem, p ex. mesmo estando dentro dos critérios propostos. O serviço de bordo num voo internacional onde geralmente se passam mais de dez horas, foi suprimido o café da manhã sendo oferecido apenas o pago. Mas ressalto o péssimo atendimento que tivemos em terra no aeroporto de Barcelona.

Um voo para esquecer, debaixo de uma tempestade com ventos superiores a 100 km/h. Não conseguimos aterrar em Santiago, após 3 tentativas o voo foi desviado para Madrid. Após 3 h em Madrid sem assistência, nem alimentação nem água sequer, fomos encaminhados para autocarros para Santiago. Após um noite inteira de viagem, chegámos às 7:30h a Santiago. Reclamei junto da Air Europa por todas as situações e ao fim de muitos meses informaram que a reclamação não tinha fundamento pois a causa tinha sido o mau tempo, do qual a companhia não podia ser responsabilizada.

A aplicação da própria companhia não funcionava e não nos permitiu fazer o check-in mais facilmente.

Contras: "Deplaned very orderly for distancing, but then on tarmac into crowded bids during COVID. Really?? What gives?? Lots of empty jetways! So sloppy, or something!"
Contras: "Include the baggage fee in the price of the ticket"
Prós: "Crew was awesome, airplane was new and clean All planes were on time"
Contras: "The food"
Prós: "A tripulação poderia cuidar mais das pessoas e não ficar foçada na venda de produtos. Não foi servido nem um cafezinho e nem um copo de água no voo de Amsterdã a Madri."
Contras: "Poderia ter mais espaco entre as cadeiras."
Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "Better plane Leave on time.....almost missed my connection to NY Lost my bag"
Prós: "Tudo. Ok"
Contras: "Tudo ok"
Contras: "Li vários comentários nos mais diversos lugares que a companhia era péssima, então me preparei para o pior. Que bom, pois tive a grata surpresa de voar em um avião novo, cheiroso e com bom entretenimento. Comida ok, foram dois serviços. Vôo tranquilo, tripulação não é simpática, mas é atenciosa. Cur"
Contras: "Atendimento"
Prós: "No food or drinks included. I know that it is law cost flight but you can give water and a snack ..."
Contras: "There was no entertainment system, it was a short flight anyway"
Contras: "Not a fan of the elevator music they play. Unnecessary"
Contras: "No clear advice about extra luggage fees In Miami I got help and paid $100 In Madrid, I tried to purchase the extra luggage on line. The website gave me an error. Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!"
Prós: "Embarque na hora e de forma tranquila, saída e chegada antes do horário, boa comida e tomada para carregar o celular."
Contras: "Não consegui fazer o check in pelo celular."
Prós: "NADA!! PÊSSOMO, TUDO!"
Contras: "A aeronave, não deveria está em uso!!! TERRÍVEL! Tudo ruim!! Ponham uma aeronave descente para fazer MADRID -PORTO! A Aireuropa, tenho certeza, tem aeronave descente, pôs jã voei com a AIREUROPA, no ultimo mês de Março! Nunca tinha voado em um amontoado de ferro velho, como essa aeronave de hoje!"
Prós: "Apenas a pontualidade!"
Contras: "Tudo na aeronave, comida"
Prós: "Pequena vantagem de preço em relação a outras companhias. Foram pontuais."
Contras: "Não é possível fazer check-in online, que foi demorado antes do embarque. A companhia não informa com exatidão o terminal e o gate de embarque até 2 horas antes. O assento bastante apertado, as refeições muito simples. Foi complicado planejar a ida ao aeroporto sem essas informações."
Prós: "Avião novo 787 muito bom"
Contras: "Desembarque demorou muito"
Prós: "Tripulação"
Contras: "Embarque!!! Péssimo, desorganizado, confuso, pessoas despreparadas"
Contras: "Entretenimento era muito fraco"
Prós: "the room"
Contras: "After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation."
Contras: "The plane has no entertainment , we had to download an app. That should work once on the air. It didn’t , the flight attendant said it was due to many passengers using it at the same time"
Prós: "O embarque foi muito rápido e fácil. A comida a bordo estava boa e o espaço entre as pernas era bom."
Contras: "O avião era muito antigo, não tinha sistema de multimídia individual. Um absurdo para um voo transatlântico. No lugar disponibilizavam acesso ao acervo de filmes através do Wi-Fi da aeronave ou utilização do mesmo conectado à internet, porém com valor surreal. 20 megabytes de dados por 7 euros?!"
Prós: "A tripulação tem uma boa qualidade e tenta oferecer o padrão das outras companhias aéreas. Piloto parece ser muito experiente, decolagem e pouso perfeitos sem sobressaltos."
Contras: "Avião velho. Assentos com mal cheiro, estofamento desgastado e fino. Pouco espaço entre os assentos. Entretenimento antigo e sem variedade. Poderiam avisar com alguns dias de antecedência sobre a oferta de streaming no avião. Assim como disponibilizar pontos de recarga de celulares e tablets nos assentos. Em resumo o avião funciona sem problemas, mas o conforto deve ser atualizado urgentemente."
Prós: "Do atendimento da tripulação! Todos cordiais e atenciosos, além de muito pacientes."
Contras: "Da falta de cuidado com os aviões e da desorganização no dia que perdemos a conexão e demorou demais para providenciarem um ônibus para o hotel e na volta do hotel o ônibus nos deixou no terminal errado. Coisas simples, mas que demonstram uma falta de cuidado com os processos."
Contras: "Los asientos centrales son algo incomodos para un vuelo tan largo"
Prós: "O check-in e o embarque foram pontuais e razoáveis. Apenas."
Contras: "Péssimos espaços entre poltronas e reclinação. Não tinha multimídia individual, para entretenimento deveria ser usado o próprio smartphone via wi-fi do avião, que só disponibilizada poucos (5) filmes ruins. Não há tomada para carregamento e o banheiro é mal conservado. Nunca usaremos novamente. Não vale o preço."
Prós: "Voo com avião novo, com espaço OK entre poltronas para o trecho."
Contras: "Tripulação mal treinada e antipática."
Prós: "Cost effective, easy to access airport."
Contras: "Boarding should be streamlined, by groups, in an efficient manner. Currently, every passenger crowds the terminal in an attempt to be first."

Contras: "Still haven't received been over 2 days."
Prós: "The crew was friendly."
Contras: "There is not enough space for your feet. You're basically on top of the person next to you. The aircraft was old and had no tv in front of you, no outlets to charge our phones. The food was terrible."
Prós: "Muy atentos el personal, rápido proceso de check in bordin pass el avión el vuelo, la puntualidad."
Prós: "Ordered a special meal and it was far superior than the regular in flight meal. This was the only highlight."
Contras: "The bathroom was extremely dirty at the beginning of the flight, had to hold it because it was so disgusting. The crew ignored requests, they skipped us on the beverage run twice, and walked past us when trying to giving them the trash (on their trash run). The crew keep bumping the food carts on the seats, repeatedly, during service. I was given water twice and both times they spilled water all over my clothes, it was not bumpy at all. The entertainment screen was broken, the images were pixelated and going in a crazy pattern. Even if you turned it off anytime there was an announcement it would turn on. Plane was delayed. We sat in a warm plane for over an hour."
Contras: "The delay"
Prós: "It was on time"
Contras: "The condition of the plane was very poor, and the space is also very small & uncomfortable. The food was not good either."
Contras: "Flight attendants were not kimd, aircraft smell bad bad odor everywhere, a/c not cool, in general Was bad experience"
Contras: "Every flight was at least an hour delayed. We were insanely late for our connection flight due to a totally unnecessary delay at the first airport. We then SPRINTED across the whole Madrid airport and then when we arrived to second plane was TWO HOURS delayed. The staff always seemed to be working, but was completely inefficient in getting anything done. It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."
Prós: "Boarding was delayed by almost 2 hours and the reason given in the terminal speakers was "due to a crew change". This delay was ignored by the captain and crew upon boarding the plane 2 hours later. Even a simple apology would have been nice. The crew seemed a bit tense and the service was ok, not more. Some symbolic compensation would have been in place."
Contras: "The flight itself was OK."
Prós: "Friendly staff. Good proportion of quality-price for the airfare. Pleasant ride on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, with features like the electronic dimmers on the windows."
Contras: "One hour into flight, the entertainment system shut down. The flight attendants tried their best to revive it, and managed to do so after 3 or 4 hours. All passengers applauded."
Prós: "It was a cheap flight but I didn't feel like I was cattle."
Contras: "The boarding was inefficient. There weren't any zones called or anything."
Prós: "It was an ok flight."
Contras: "The line at the airport, there were no tv for movies or entertainment of any kind (besides paying for an iPad or internet), and the chair didnt laid back."
Prós: "terminal E7 was filled about 15 AE personnel standing around doing not much of anything. Not even simple announcement welcoming or informing the customers of why its flight was delayed. They were busy greeting their own VIP's heading in and out of the business class. When asked what's going on, the AE personnel simply stated 'just wait'"
Contras: "At the security, i was turned away because TSA will not take Air Europa's electronic boarding pass. When I went back to the check in counter, I asked why, no answer from three people at the check in standing around. Again, indifferent attitude. Shouldn't AE inform customers of this time wasting problem? No self check in kiosks."
Prós: "I had zero problems"
Prós: "Nice aircraft, nice crew"
Contras: "Had trouble confirming flight on their mobile app, then suddenly it worked. At airport kiosk, for printed ticket, was only in Spanish German and French. Muddled through that and got printout. Then to find out onboard they would even charge for water?"
