Cidadãos brasileiros e seus cônjuges, companheiros, filhos, pais ou tutores de um nacional do Brasil e viajantes com autorização de residência permanente emitida pelo Brasil que tenham estado ou tenham transitado pela África do Sul ou Reino Unido nos últimos 14 dias estão sujeitos à quarentena por 14 dias.
A tripulação da companhia aérea está sujeita à quarentena em um hotel até o próximo voo.

I did not get an email or text alert relating to the delay. When I checked in at 9:00pm, the counter agent did not alert me to the change in departure time. It wasn't until I looked at the Departure board in the Avianca lounge did I know of the 3+ hr. delay. When we finally boarded, at least the captain was kind enough to explain the reason for the delay - Avianca needed to change aircrafts, then the originally slated captain called in sick and his replacement had to wait out the required time off as he had just completed a long haul flight from Canada to Colombia. Great job running a company Avianca..."

Contras: "The flight was delayed 2 hours in Santiago while on the runway due to technical difficulties. This caused my missed connection in Lima, therefore I had to wait from 10:45am to 5:30pm in Lima airport for a flight to Bogota, then after that catch another flight to Miami. I lost a whole day I had planned in Miami, arrived at 2:30AM when nobody could pick me up. Avianca didn't give me a voucher for food or transportation or even access to VIP lounges in Lima. I will never fly Avianca."

Contras: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"
Prós: "We will actually travel tonight due to cancellations and route changes. Our seats were upgraded and we were put up in a nice hotel to rest before flight."

In mexico city after standing in customs line for a very long time, I found my bag sitting by the luggage conveyer belt. At my destination I found my hiking boots and jacket to be missing. I suspect they may have been taken in mexico cit but it could have happened anywhere along the process"

Contras: "Latam crams its single-aisle Airbus fleet with one or two rows of seats too many: the seat space is crammed. The exception are the first three rows and exit rows, for extra pay or free for elite passengers. The first three rows have power outlets -nice and useful to watch streaming movies without draining your smartphone battery."

We got charged more than what I understood from the official website but it was still decent price so didn´t say anything. We got twice the same snack on the flight of 3h30. Good thing the chocolate was good. I thought it could have been different and a bit bigger."
Contras: "We flown in few electric storms, suffered from a lot of bumps, and landed in a pretty cowboy way in clear sky. Didn´t appreciate the flying at all. Felt like the pilot was either not enough eperienced either not caring about passenger´s comfort. We had to collect our luggage and bicycle boxes at transit in Buenos Aires airport. One bicycle box got bumped and a piece of bicycle was exposed. Later on after the flight, we got problems on that piece (a front wheel) because of that bump and needed to repair it. We saw how the the crew was handling our boxes : didn´t care at all and placed it in all possible positions while it should stay in the same position. We arrived at AEP at 10:14PM and had a connection flight at 4:40AM the next day. Had to collect our luggage (and huge bicycle boxes) and wait until 2AM to check-in. It was a pain to carry everything and to live all over again the check in, and to not being able to do everything allready at arrival, espacially at that time of the night."

Prós: "excellent from ticketing to depaning"
Prós: "The gate agents did a good job of making sure the boarding process was organized, despite confusion with two Chicago-bound flights departing from the same gate in a short window. Delay was communicated far enough in advance that I didn't travel to the airport until it was necessary."
Contras: "The flight was delayed 3 hours due to the incoming aircraft, but nobody at the gate or onboard offered any explanation or even acknowledged the delay. The aircraft did not handle turbulence well at all... one of roughest flights in recent memory despite avoiding weather. Wifi had weak signal (on a 70-person jet!) and the streaming entertainment did not work the entire time... it either did not load or I got an error message."
Prós: "He crew. They were helpful and friendly"
Contras: "The delay and the plane was old"
Contras: "Flight was cancelled we were re-routed and didn't get there until 24hours later."
Prós: "The crew did everything they could for the passengers to make them comfortable and informed about the situation but unfortunately it was out of their hands."
Contras: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."
Prós: "They moved me to a seat of my choice because I was in a middle seat with a infant."
Contras: "Nothing in particular"
Contras: "My grandparents were supposed to have escorts and assistants with their baggage, as they don't speak English and are elderly. In addition, one of their suitcases was lost and the other was rifled through. The overall service was very discouraging."
Prós: "Not much! The flight was smooth and without event."
Contras: "Originally, I was scheduled to take a JAL flight from NRT to DFW, but for some reason, American Airlines switched the service to their own aircraft and crew. If I would have known that beforehand, I would not have purchased my ticket through AA.com. During my original online booking, the screen said JAL service from NRT to DFW. Just about everything was bad about my American Airlines flight. I travel to and from America several times a year from Asia. Each time I travel, I swear I will never fly an American based airline for the trans-Pacific portion of my flight. My latest experience with American Airlines only reinforces that resolution. The in-cabin crew is (and I'm being nice) pathetic! They are veteran flight attendants and they look and act like they could care less about the customers on the flight. Frankly, I'm just downright disgusted with the service and personalities of the American crew's attitude. They act like they are old and tired, uninterested in quality service, and that we (the passengers) are an imposition upon their life. For example, mid-flight, I walk to the back of the airplane for something to drink, instead of assisting me they point to a "station" at the Emergency Exit door stocked with random drinks and snacks. While they are chit-chatting, looking at their smartphones and reading newspapers, books, and Kindle-type devices. That has never happened on an Asian-based airline flight. Another example, in-flight food service, the cabin crew members are waking people up to serve food and, instead of being gentle and cordial, they are rude and impatient. My 2 row mates were both Asian, and because of being awakened and the ambient noise in the aircraft, they could not hear what the flight attendant was asking. So, with a tone of impatience and disrespect, the flight attendant virtually shouted at them their choices for the meal. Whatever happened to the "customer is always right" or the "customer is king"? My renewed resolution: I will no longer fly American-based (because Delta is even worse) airlines to and from Asia. If needed, I will pay the higher fees and fares to fly anyone of a number of Asian-based carriers. It is worth it for the 24 hours it takes me to cross the Pacific. I am sick and tired of the begrudged and entitled attitude of the archaic cabin crews of American-based airlines."

Contras: "Got charged to check in 1 luggage. $ 50 roundtrip added extra to my plane ticket cost, it used to be free .I will not use this airline again,now I know your fees."
Contras: "To be business class it's really unconfortable. Just old airplanes that should be changed and It was Avianca (No AA)"
