The absolute worst. They discriminate against people with disabilities & service animals.

Unfortunately, Delta discriminated against me due to my service animal doing his job @ check in. This happened after they overbooked my first flight & delayed me by 8 hours during which I had a broken nose & concussion & was just trying to get home to see a doctor. I have reached out to Delta 4 or 5 times now to try to resolve these issues with no avail. I put my first complaint in online over a month ago. At this point in time, I was also a Silver Medallion member because I frequently fly with Delta & have their gold card as well. Didn’t matter. The lady checking me in at HHI Airport lied about, disrespected me & refused boarding to me due to my service dog doing his job. When I tried to explain further she cut me off & called the sheriff over to intimidate me to leave the airport in total. I would highly reconsider flying Delta if you travel with a service animal or have a disability. They will berate & ban you because of it.

Very smooth and easy checking in and nice crews and great roomy seat.

Our flight was delayed to the point we would miss our connection for a maintenance issue and they could not rebook us until 2 days later to get home. They did not offer any compensation and gave us numbers to call to talk to someone yet the hold times on the Delta customer service line are 2-3 hours.

We had only 1 suitcase allthough we were with 2 persons, and could have had 2 suitcases. Our 1 suitcase was however considered as 1 with overweight. We had to move 8 kg to our cabin luggage. That is absurd. Erik

Late departure Broken toilet

We flew First Class to LA from Denver on the Delta-branded contract airline - Sky West. On the way back, we flew First Class on a Delta Airlines owned jet, and the experience was so much better. The flights should have been comparable; but unfortunately cost-cutting by Sky West was evident.

O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

A heads up on filling in an e-ticket prior to flight departure would have been helpful.

Tenho necessidades especiais de alimentação (doença celíaca) e fiquei com pouca opção para o lanche a bordo no trajeto Amsterdão/Lisboa.

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

(They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Demora no embarque. Mudança de terminal C para o E. Deveria sempre entrar no avião as ultimas filas e depois as primeiras. serviço de bordo sem pelo menos agua gratis em um voo de 2 horas é uma pessima politica e enorme exploraçao, some 50 centimos nos tiquetes e de a maldita agua.

Não apanhei o voo devido a atraso no primeiro

Embarque atrasou 40 minutos. Poderiam ter avisado, estávamos na Louge da TAP e ficamos na fila desde o horário previsto ( 22: 45) até 23:25. Gostamos do conforto, menu e atendimento da equipe. Vamos voltar a usar a executiva da TAP.

As observações que fiz anteriormente se referiam a este trecho. Ao avaliar pensei que já o fazia da experiência geral. Espero que leiam e possam mudar, porque realmente me incomodou bastante.

We rode in Business class which allowed for priority boarding and comfortable seating. Flying across the Atlantic from Lisbon to San Francisco, I found the configuration and comfort of the seats lacking. The USB and earphone outlets were in a very awkward position, right under your knees and hard to find without a flashlight. Once in the seat, it was awkward to get out. The cabin crew was very pleasant and the food was okay. For the price I thought it was a good deal over all.

Perderam minha mala

meu voo foi cancelado dias antes do embarque, e não recebi qualquer assistência

Um voo que impressionou, checkin organizado, embarque tranquilo, lanche bom e entretenimento nota 10.

The seats are unfortunately not the most comfortable

BA is getting worse and worse, and this is a shame. They moved the London-Sao Paulo flight from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3, which is much worse in all respects (lounges, shops, infra, etc.). Ground crew was terrible at check-in (without limitation, we found out at check-in that my wife was downgraded from business club to premium executive (overbooking) and then after much complaints she was moved back into club business). During the flight, I found out that my seat on club business was broken and it had to be manually operated. The flight crew was very unhelpful and wanted to move me to premium economy [during the flight] as a solution to my broken seat [in club business] so that they didn't have to manually operate my seat - which I of course didn't accept. On the bright side, our checked-in baggage arrived unharmed in Sao Paulo - which was not the case on my last flight with BA in February/2022 [and it is amazing that I was happy and relieved that they actually complied with at least one of their duties !].

Almost 6hs delay and luggages were left in London. Not even sure as to whether the luggage will be found and delivered. Very bad BA !

Everything was fine with the flight. Terminal 5 caused delay with vehicles obstructing bus coming to pick us up. But flight & crew were great.

Prós: "I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service."

Prós: "A tripulação, particularmente a Sra. Betina, é a mais simpática e prestativa tripulação que já vi. Vinhos excelentes, servidos a vontade mesmo na classeeconômica. Os assentos são bastantes confortáveis. O pouso também foi perfeito."

Prós: "Great communication from all aspects of crew etc during our delay. Fantastic flight crew who are very sweet and caring. I also enjoyed that we had meals on the flight and didn’t have to pay. That is such a simple but wonderful things."

Contras: "Lost luggage. One of our suitcases never arrived at JFK. A lot of food was served which was nice but quality of food was mediocre. Very high salt content. Not many options for diet restricted travelers."
Prós: "The food was surprisingly tasty for an airplane - it looked horrific but that’s of no importance. The airplane staff was very friendly and generous, possibly due to delays everywhere."
Contras: "Delayed takeoffs on both legs of the flight, combined with absolutely awful layout at Heathrow which made us nearly miss our connecting flight. Why do we have to go through security again in London?"
Prós: "When I left my wallet behind in my seat, it was returned quickly with everything intact. This was most likely due to quick action by the Bulgarian security personnel, but whoever did it, I am very grateful!"
Contras: "The cart delivering drinks was not capable of providing a simple glass of ordinary water. I waited 20-30 minutes for a small plastic glass to arrive. The effort to sell their expensive bottled water instead was obvious. Not very customer friendly."

Contras: "Checked in 100mins early with prior assistance request, told to wait in general area. After 15mins no wheelchair, BA agent said wait longer. After 30mins still no wheelchair, BA agent would not call to check; said keep waiting "we don't know how long for, but its on them (Deutsche Red Kross) to get you to gate without missing flight"! After 60mins, airport info agent checked & said chair was coming. After 75mins, DRK agent arrived with 2 wheelchairs and wasted time trying to find a second passenger needing assistance. Agent then rushed us through terminal with no opportunity to get food or drink or use bathrooms. Got to very remote gate 15mins before departure, and boarded last. Don't use BA Hamburg if you need assistance."
