The extremely rigid limitation of 8Kg for carry on is not what I would expect from a non-Low cost air company. For business travellers it is very important to save baggage collection time at the destination airport.

Nothing, it was by far the worst fly experience I've ever had.

I did not like everything: a) 24 hours of delay. We were suppose to fly from Buenos Aires to Paris through Sao Paulo. Instead of flying to Sao Paulo they went to Rio de Janeiro. The excuse was that "there are too many planes in the airport and we don't have enough fuel to wait in the air". Very encouraging! In case of emergency they have enough fuel for let's say 30 additional minutes. b) Once we arrive to Rio, instead of letting us fly to our final destinations from there (yes, there were many, many flights from there) they decided to let us wait 3 hours with all the uncertainty and of course no food (2 AM in the morning). We finally flew back to Sao Paulo. No one from LATAM was there, so we literally didn't know what to do. The police came after 40 minutes and they finally called LATAM. c) They lost my luggage. LAN and TAM used to be quite good. LATAM is just too bad.

Very cold and food was cold as well (and I was the first one served). There was only one meal and no food at the back during the rest of the flight like there was on the way over.

Flight crew. Boarding process

Very unfriendly and difficult process to select seats. Impossible and almost unfriendly personnel, process to attempt to buy upgrade to. Haines even though 1/2 seats available. What a shame for an otherwise good experience.

Essa foi a segunda vez em que tive problemas em chegar ao aeroporto, em decorrência disto cheguei na porta do embarque em GRU, mas o app simplesmente não gerava o cartão de embarque. Precisei correr até o outro lado do aeroporto para achar um guichê da Gol para conseguir imprimir um cartão. A funcionária justificou que como ja havia iniciado o embarque, o app não gera mais. É uma falha bem grande que deve ser corrigida, pois já perdi vôo por conta disto.

Everything was fine except the flight was delayed an hour. No biggie. My only question is that I had a trip that passed through Isa to 3rd country. At check in I was informed that bags would go all the way through without re-checking in. Turns out bags had to be re-checked in at first entry to usa. I wish the rules were consistent and that all personnel knew the rules. Also united baggage track app does not work.

At check in I was informed that bags would go all the way through without re-checking in. Turns out bags had to be re-checked in at first entry to usa. I wish the rules were consistent and that all personnel knew the rules. Also united baggage track app does not work.

The arrogant employees at Gov. Valadares didnt tell me they were sending me to another airport making me miss my conection flight in the process. This information was disclosed only after I asked if the flight was on time because I had a international flight to catch at my final destination Sao Paulo - GRU. Instead of helping and apologizing for the hassle, the attendant said that I had to pay for my carry-on (that was 10kg) because I had another hand bag with my laptop in it. I said that I would not pay, and that Azul should return me money first for not delivering the service I purchase - which was the flight from Governador Valadares, MG to Sao Paulo, SP (with a quick stop in Belo Horizonte, MG). Instead they were making me miss my international flight, and besides not taking any responsibility for it, this woman is telling me that I had to pay for a carry on?!? I was mesmirized by the lack of sense of this flight attendant. After telling me that I was going to get in Sao Paulo at 9pm instead of 5pm, and that I would have to run to get a bus to another terminal and hopefully make it to my international flight that was at 10:20pm, she insisted I’d pay. I told her that if she could get me to my destination at 5pm maybe I wouldn’t mind paying, but since that wasn’t the case, and I’d have to run to try to catch another flight because of Azul Airlines, that she should really think about it and let it go, and let me go with my bag as a carry on. She gave me the ticket, and as I grabbed my bag and went towards the bus, she threatened me, saying that in Ipatinga and in Belo Horizonte (my first conection flight) they would not allow me on the plane with the carry on. Since the non-sense continued I just took her as a mentally disable person, and ignored her threat. A full bus and 2 vans headed to Ipatinga (100km away in a dangerous highway), packing the flight there, really making me think that this non-sense was just a way Azul Airlines figured out to save money in fuel. The flight was completely full, the AC not working properly, and with the heat and humidity people were smelly. It was absolutely awful. The flight attendants in Ipatinga (way nicer than the ones in Gov. Valadares), distributed water to the passengers that looked like they were about to faint, the ones sweating profusely, the elderly and the kids. By the way, the carry on bag was not an issue at the other airports. Once in Belo Horizonte I noticed that my original Azul flight from Belo Horizonte to Sao Paulo at 3:30pm as 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. I run to the gate and explained what happened and after crying out loud was able to convince the Azul attendants to let me in on that flight so I wouldn’t miss my international flight. They made me wait until last minute but I cried: this is the flight I had a ticket for. It’s only fair you let me in! So they did. And I made my other flight. But not before I got upset, had a headache, stomach ache and felt demoralized by Azul staff.

Atendente recolheu minha mala de mão, mesmo eu alegando que tinha itens frágeis dentro, ele me garantiu que colocaria o adesivo de frágil, o que não aconteceu, algumas comissárias de cara feia e atendendo com ma vontade!

A full bus and 2 vans headed to Ipatinga (100km away in a dangerous highway), packing the flight there, really making me think that this non-sense was just a way Azul Airlines figured out to save money in fuel. The flight was completely full, the AC not working properly, and with the heat and humidity people were smelly. It was absolutely awful. The flight attendants in Ipatinga (way nicer than the ones in Gov. Valadares), distributed water to the passengers that looked like they were about to faint, the ones sweating profusely, the elderly and the kids. By the way, the carry on bag was not an issue at the other airports. Once in Belo Horizonte I noticed that my original Azul flight from Belo Horizonte to Sao Paulo at 3:30pm as 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. I run to the gate and explained what happened and after crying out loud was able to convince the Azul attendants to let me in on that flight so I wouldn’t miss my international flight. They made me wait until last minute but I cried: this is the flight I had a ticket for. It’s only fair you let me in! So they did. And I made my other flight. But not before I got upset, had a headache, stomach ache and felt demoralized by Azul staff.

Very unfriendly and difficult process to select seats. Impossible and almost unfriendly personnel, process to attempt to buy upgrade to. Haines even though 1/2 seats available. What a shame for an otherwise good experience.

Nothing, it was by far the worst fly experience I've ever had.

I did not like everything: a) 24 hours of delay. We were suppose to fly from Buenos Aires to Paris through Sao Paulo. Instead of flying to Sao Paulo they went to Rio de Janeiro. The excuse was that "there are too many planes in the airport and we don't have enough fuel to wait in the air". Very encouraging! In case of emergency they have enough fuel for let's say 30 additional minutes. b) Once we arrive to Rio, instead of letting us fly to our final destinations from there (yes, there were many, many flights from there) they decided to let us wait 3 hours with all the uncertainty and of course no food (2 AM in the morning). We finally flew back to Sao Paulo. No one from LATAM was there, so we literally didn't know what to do. The police came after 40 minutes and they finally called LATAM. c) They lost my luggage. LAN and TAM used to be quite good. LATAM is just too bad.

The arrogant employees at Gov. Valadares didnt tell me they were sending me to another airport making me miss my conection flight in the process. This information was disclosed only after I asked if the flight was on time because I had a international flight to catch at my final destination Sao Paulo - GRU. Instead of helping and apologizing for the hassle, the attendant said that I had to pay for my carry-on (that was 10kg) because I had another hand bag with my laptop in it. I said that I would not pay, and that Azul should return me money first for not delivering the service I purchase - which was the flight from Governador Valadares, MG to Sao Paulo, SP (with a quick stop in Belo Horizonte, MG). Instead they were making me miss my international flight, and besides not taking any responsibility for it, this woman is telling me that I had to pay for a carry on?!? I was mesmirized by the lack of sense of this flight attendant. After telling me that I was going to get in Sao Paulo at 9pm instead of 5pm, and that I would have to run to get a bus to another terminal and hopefully make it to my international flight that was at 10:20pm, she insisted I’d pay. I told her that if she could get me to my destination at 5pm maybe I wouldn’t mind paying, but since that wasn’t the case, and I’d have to run to try to catch another flight because of Azul Airlines, that she should really think about it and let it go, and let me go with my bag as a carry on. Opção de entretenimento durante o voo

Durante o embarque (enquanto os motores da aeronave não estavam ligados) e sistema de refrigeração estava quebrado e, portanto, a temperatura interna no avião estava muito quente. Durante o voo, a temperatura normalizou. Ao questionar os comissários de bordo, os mesmos informaram que a aeronave estava com defeito no motor de condicionador de ar quando o avião estivesse estacionado.

Tudo ok, exceto pelo checkin e embarque

Viajem com minha mãe isoda e recém saída de uma internação em UTI, devido o que solicitamos previamente via telefone assistência especial com cadeira de rodas até o embarque. Porém, fizemos o checkin no aeroporto de Brasília, e não havia ninguém para auxiliar, eu sozinho é quem tive que empurrar minha mae na cadeiras de rodas, com apenas uma mão, pois com a outra tive que carregar a bagagem de mão, tendo que subir e descer as rampas ao acesso ao portão de embarque, o qual era bastante distante. E para completar o acesso ao avião foi por ônibus, descendo e subindo escadas sem qualuqer suporte da AVIANCA, a não ser dos passageiros que embaracavam no mesmo voo. Foi uma frustração MUITO grande.

Very cold and food was cold as well (and I was the first one served). There was only one meal and no food at the back during the rest of the flight like there was on the way over.

Everything was fine except the flight was delayed an hour. No biggie. My only question is that I had a trip that passed through Isa to 3rd country. At check in I was informed that bags would go all the way through without re-checking in. Turns out bags had to be re-checked in at first entry to usa. I wish the rules were consistent and that all personnel knew the rules. Also united baggage track app does not work.
