Na verdade não são assentos de classe executiva. São assentos comuns, em que eles bloqueiam o assento do meio. Não tem banheiro privativo da classe executiva, o banheiro tinha fila o tempo todo. A comida era medíocre. Enfim, jamais pague um voo de executiva pela Lufthansa nessa rota."

Contras: "First time my knees have touched the seat in front of me (I'm 5-10). Not sure how much more airlines can squeeze us in. Good seat recline is great if everyone is reclining, if not you will have someone in your lap. Had to ask person in front of me to not recline during meal. What really bothered me though was paying for a reserved seat and finding out we had been moved to the dreaded back row due to an equipment change. Strongly suggest passenger notification for this move. Was able to re-reserve seats on check in but there were some significant angst when I found out about this mischief."

IMO infants Should not be allowed on flights over 3hrs in length.... they can ruin a flight for a whole plane"

Contras: "Getting through security and to the gate was downright bizzare. We were directed to the special F gate, where we had to stand in the freezing rain in front of a locked door without any explanation. This is after already packing our jackets in. Then we got screened and just as randomly told to go to the main terminal, where we got screened a second time, just as stringently (pulling everything out, padding down the kids). No explanations whatsoever, the craziest experience, completely messed our plans to get a bite up, I wish we were given some information ahead of time that we are going to be sitting in a single room zone. The flight was ok, but hellishly hot all the way."

A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Contras: "The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor."

Contras: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Prós: "Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times."

The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Prós: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."

Contras: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Contras: "Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it."

Contras: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

Contras: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Prós: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Contras: "Its been a week. My trip has ended. I still do not have my bags. Terrible customer service."

Contras: "Had to check in our underweight small carry on because there was no space left. Left out hotel at 3.15am. A dry croissant did not satisfy three hungry children for breakfast, the coffee was terrible and the seats too close together. Not a good experience."

Contras: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Prós: "Atendimento à bordo."
Contras: "Conforto à bordo e falta de educação do passageiro da poltrona 48 L. Infelizmente, pela segunda vez minha bagagem é extraviada em Paris. Dessa vez, foi parar em Amsterdã e do chegou à Riga no dia 16, às 22:15 h."

Prós: "Atendimento dos comissários, estado geral da aeronave."
Contras: "A econômica é realmente muito apertada, e o conforto para uma viagem noturna é muito ruim. A comida estava bem mal preparada (pasta era um bloco só grudado, o omelete estava todo escuro por excesso de cozimento)."

Prós: "I like that they still feed you and provide alcohol for free, even on a 40 min flight (unlike BA)."
Contras: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

Prós: "Loved the lovely food and wine from Air France, they even serve fresh french bread with camembert, ice cream, champagne (in economy) and brandy with your coffee!"
Contras: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

Contras: "The service and the flight connection which we missed because of the short amount of time in between the 2 flights. They didn't wait for us, as we got told they would, since our first flight was with Iberia. And this flight was late"

Prós: "Friendliness"
Contras: "Food selection"

Contras: "A refeição servida é horrível, um verdadeiro lixo e uma total falta de respeito. Trata-se de uma porção de arroz branco, com molho de tomate e um hambúrguer. Tudo com uma péssima aparência e sabor. A comida foi requentada várias vezes. Além disso quando se abre refeição, fica a impressão de que sacudiram o recipiente (ou abriram e fecharam mais de uma vez), pois você não consegue abrir sem ficar com a mão toda engordorada. Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."

Contras: "O voo atrasou muito, ninguém deu satisfação sobre o motivo. As últimas cadeiras da aeronave ficaram com o resto do jantar, sem opção de escolha. Não deram água, e quando deram foi meio copo."

Contras: "Need more than 2 beverage services in 10 hour flight."

Contras: "The crew at the gate needs a serious lesson on customer service. They are the rudest people ever and can’t speak an ounce of English. They give a bad impression towards Spain in general and the courtesy provided within. There was no entertainment onboard and no food/drink served."

Prós: "O atendimento e o serviço no geral foram bons mas precisa melhorar no processo de embarque, na comida servida a bordo e no conforto interno da aeronave."
Contras: "Nosso vôo inicial foi em Zagreb e lá não nos deram o cartão de embarque do próximo trecho que seria de Madrid a São Paulo. Chegando no aeroporto de Madrid, precisamos ficar numa fila enorme para passar na imigração, depois em outra fila bem demorada para pegar o cartão de embarque e novamente uma fila imensa para outra imigração na hora de embarcar de noite para São Paulo. Não entendi porque não deram os dois cartões de embarque lá em Zagreb, como todas as companhias aéreas fazem. Mais de uma hora antes do embarque, recebi um e-mail da Iberia, achei ótimo. Dizia que já havia iniciado o embarque. Corremos para o portão e lá chegando havia uma fila imensa de passageiros já posicionados para embarcar. Não havia indicação visível de qual fila nós deveríamos entrar. Depois de muito perguntar, e de entrar na fila errada, consegui achar a minha fila. Ficaram todos os passageiros ali em pé, esperando mais de 40 minutos para iniciar o embarque. Terrível. Só posso elogiar os atendentes no sentido de fazerem as pessoas que estavam em fila errada a irem para o final da fila deles, mas não culpo as pessoas por estarem na fila errada pois eu mesmo demorei muito para entender onde deveria me posicionar. Se o embarque só começa no horário marcado, não entendi porque fazer todos ficarem de pé mais de 40 minutos na fila. Eu mesma deixei de ver as lojas do free shop por achar que estava muito atrasada. A comida era bem básica e o café da manhã fraco. Os comissários demoram muito para recolher o lixo e ficamos esperando com a mesa aberta um tempão. Enfim... precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos."

Contras: "We have to spend almost one hour because of delay"

Contras: "JFK-Madrid flight got delayed by 3 hours which would cause me to miss my connection for Madrid-Split (~2 hour layover), I asked the Iberia representatives at JFK about changing the flight and they reassured me that “the connecting flight would hold for us” and “no need to change our flight”. To our surprise the connecting flight already left when we arrived to Madrid. It’s clear that this was a case of “not our problem” from the JFK Iberia ticket agent. Rather than helping us find a viable alternative for our flight (namely a flight that doesn’t arrive more than a full day later) before leaving for Madrid they shipped us to Madrid where there were poor/no options for getting to Split at the original planned time. I’m very upset that I’m going arrive more than a day late to my destination and that I was blatantly lied to by the Iberia agent at JFK, never ever going to book a flight with Iberia again."

O meu assento era o ultimo de todos, os bagageiros estavam todos lotados, e a aeromoça ao ver meu tamanho (1,84cm) me perguntou se eu me importaria de mudar de assento. Obviamente não me importei, e pude sentar na saída de emergência, super confortavelmente. Simplesmente foram uns docinhos!! Obrigada Ibéria!!!!"

Contras: "The temperature on the flight was VERY hot and uncomfortable! Seats were very cramped and uncomfortable. Not at all an enjoyable experience. Flight was delayed and passengers were bussed to another aircraft for outside boarding. Connecting in New York was very rushed and stressful due to the delay."

Contras: "Airliner contracted out to another flight operator. We looked up and down the terminals trying to find the sign for IBERIA to no avail. It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"
