Played lion on small overhead screens After over 1h at passport control, our luggage wasn't there, they sent a few suitcases and told us that was it but then They made us wait like 15 more min for our suitcases... Bad experience"

Contras: "I flight from Panamá to bs as at least 10 times a year, and I have Presidential Platinum status, never in all the flights I receive my luggage with priority. It doesn't matter if the have the priority sign, no one respect that. Panama airport use to be a good airport, now you can't really buy anything because they don't accept credit cards, and the Copa saloon is always full, so I'm thinking on flying avianca from now on."

Contras: "No matter if you have priority in your bags, in Buenos Aires is always the same, the bags come last."

Prós: "I'm not sure since I slept through most of the 90 minute flight, which is a good sign, I guess. It was an older plane with no entertainment system, but I hate those things, so fine by me. I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?"
Contras: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

Contras: "When I arrived, my luggage did not make the connecting flight. It was tracked down and hopefully will make it to me soon but you can see how it’s inconvenient. The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

In mexico city after standing in customs line for a very long time, I found my bag sitting by the luggage conveyer belt. At my destination I found my hiking boots and jacket to be missing. I suspect they may have been taken in mexico cit but it could have happened anywhere along the process"

Contras: "Overbooked flight we had to wait with baby and 4 years old kid till last minute to know if we could get on board or not. Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. And searching for info on twitter I found out this flight gets cancelled quite a lot."

The crew was clueless about how to handle seating a nice family whose seats were taken. 20 minutes later, the crew finally got it together. Also, the sandwich sucked. Some type of cream cheese on a lousy roll. Unbelievably bad and a calorie waste; tasted like wall paste."

Contras: "Seriously, a sandwich and some indistinguishable "dessert". Honestly, I can't tell you what the 2nd item was on the try, even after trying it. I get that the flight was only 3 hours long, but a sandwich is not dinner. And, it tasted horrible. I took 3 bites and couldn't stomach the rest. It was laughable that they offered wine with it. Had I realized this was the option, I would have brought my own food. My husband, who eats literally everything, couldn't even eat it, and it was a cheese sandwich. How hard is it to make a bad cheese sandwich? Well, apparently, GOL knows how to do it."

Prós: "Purser Rockland Albrecht and his crew went out of their way to make our over night flight BA as comfortable as possible. Found us better seats and checked in to see that all was well on a busy flight. Service has certainly improved!"

Prós: "Great customer service, good food, great in flight entertainment"
Contras: "Rerouting, connection delays and lost baggage."

Contras: "Flight was fine. Wanted to change ticket to allow more connection time between DCA and JFK and the first two sales representative sucked. I considered never flying American again. On board crew was great."

Prós: "Excellent Travel"

Prós: "All...mainly Luis, one of the on board flight attendants, in charge of pampering us with excelent attention, in the most minor details of food preparation , always pain attention to our needs and Confort."
Contras: "Nothing to complain about On this trip, wich departed Kate due to bad weather in Miami, due to heavy rain adn storm, and in spite of that, the flight arrived just a few minutes behind schedule."

Prós: "Arrived and left on time, something that really counts!"
Contras: "I checked in in Miami airport 12 hs before leaving. I was told by the fake friendly attendsnt that our seats , my husband’s snd mine, were separated. When asked to see if wevcould bd placed together she sarcastically commented that we had bought our flight through expedia and if we had dome it directky with AA we might have been together. Shame on her comment! AA offers their flights to many companies snd I now wonder if her comment is true, which makes me consider next time I choose an airline. In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"

Prós: "Staff were nice enough."
Contras: "We gate checked our stroller and carseat intending to pick them up at the gate when we land. This is something we do every flight we take with no issue, but despite the gate agent confirming that the items would meet us on the jetway, when we landed, we were informed that we would need to pick them up in baggage claim. This meant that instead of having our infant sleeping in his car seat as we spent an hour + going through customs, we had to carry a crying baby around the entire time. In addition to the fact that we asked the gate agent told us the wrong thing, instead of being handled with care, the stroller and car seat were sent down the baggage claim carousel with all of the other bags, getting banged up. This was incredibly frustrating and a terrible customer service experience."

Contras: "All the ridiculous announcements by the crew with nonvalue added information."

Prós: "Price and service"
Contras: "Outdated airplanes"

Prós: "Beautiful design n great storage"
Contras: "Hard to get out of seat unless in fully upright biz class position"

Contras: "Very narrow seats"

Prós: "Not much. Standard flight."
Contras: "Cramped seats, unintelligible announcements, battered by credit card promotions."

Prós: "The replacement crew and ground attendants get thumbs up for trying their best to help."
Contras: "Captain intentionally “timed out”. It was 3 1/2 hours delayed finding a replacement crew. And then the plane timed out for maintenance and we needed to switch planes. In all, we “boarded” 3 times before we finally departed."

Prós: "Crew"

Contras: "Flight departed approximately 5 hours late, excuses given by employees didn't make sense."

Prós: "Snacks, meals, movies"
Contras: "Too squishy Flight attendant didn't give us a card to fill out for customs. She just walked right by quickly without asking."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "In January, we booked a 5:40pm fight through Kayak to Barcelona. July 7th, the day before our flight kayak sent us an email with a different time. Apparently, this flight had been dropped and completely changed to 5 hours later on February 2nd. Kayak didn't care to tell us until the day before. We ended up having to book a new connecting flight which cost us $250. Ive always booked with kayak and now I fear I will never again. I would like a refund for the $250 or a flight stipend. Prós: "Plenty empty seats, so I had enough room. Arrival earlier than scheduled, crew provided good service"
Contras: "Food (I had pasta)was lousy, the little TV screen was EXTREMELY unresponsive, Most of the time it would not work - unable to make selections. Seat 19C"

Prós: "Service, flight experience, entertainment"
Contras: "Checkin Personal It was delayed 4 hours"

Prós: "Crew was very helpful"
Contras: "Seating onsite didn't facilitate the experience. Traveling with a minor, it is important to seat with family members how can help throughout the flight. First come first serve seats approach not a good strategy as a customer approach. Charging extra for regular seats to choose online...not a good approach. Not having vegetarian options a big mistake. What do we eat?"

Prós: "The food and entertainment were adequate, and the pilot did a good job of communicating the status of our delay."
Contras: "Takeoff was 2 hours delayed because we were waiting for the first officer. Surely this could have been anticipated and resolved earlier. The crew was inappropriately familiar with the passengers. We are not friends, and I prefer a bit of professional distance. The seats are designed for VERY tall people; my feet were swinging, as were those of everyone in my row. It was quite uncomfortable."

Prós: "Excellent entertainment options"
Contras: "Wi-fi not available for most of the flight. Very uncomfortable middle seats for long flights such as this one."

Contras: "I STRONGLY dislike how the airline acts as if they are the immigration and they demanded that I buy a very expensive plane ticket to show that I would be leaving Argentina within 3 months. There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "Not on time, no entertainment system, little space"

Prós: "La puntualidad y responsabilidad del bpersonal de abordo."
Contras: "LOs espacios entre asientos son bastante reducidos."

Contras: "Delayed 2 hrs"

Contras: "The man sitting next to me had too much BO used much of my space."

Prós: "I had my first experience in the Admiral's Lounge at O'Hare and enjoyed it very much."
Contras: "My traveling companion's tray table was disgusting when she folded it down for beverage service. She asked for a wet towel and the flight attendant was snarky but went to get one without even looking or asking to see what the problem was. Her entertainment console wasn't working so they reset it but instead it reset mine (two seats over) they did this again and I let them know it was resetting mine. I was told that I was not in the seat they were resetting for ...I inquired if perhaps they should try to reset mine and see if it would, in fact, fix hers..it did. When she slipped off her shoes the carpet was soaking wet. This was a really crummy, crummy flight."

Prós: "The food was good. The flight attendants were friendly and provided good customer service. The flight was pretty smooth (little turbulence)."
Contras: "The flight was delayed over 11 hours for maintenance. They provided car service back to our home but we waited an hour at JFK for the vendor Skyway to arrive. The car had a bad odor and the driver didn't know who he was picking up or where he was taking us. Should seriously consider contracting with a different vendor. The next morning, after we boarded, we waited an hour on the plane before taking off while they searched for a maintenance book. The entertainment system did not work at all nor did the Wi-Fi. Overall American Airlines did a very poor job communicating the delays ahead of time. I won't be flying an international flight with AA again."

Prós: "Very rude and plane was hot. No air conditioning"
