Contras: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

The exception are the first three rows and exit rows, for extra pay or free for elite passengers. The first three rows have power outlets -nice and useful to watch streaming movies without draining your smartphone battery."

And on my ticket I didn't have the gate number or the terminal, the goalkeeper said he would let me know when the flight was leaving, the hours passed and I didn't hear him calling me. until near the departure time I went to ask the employee and he said that the flight had left a long time ago and that the entrance was on the opposite side of where I was and they did not warn me ... now I'm here at the airport with no place to sleep, waiting for my other flight with a connection to Brasilia that leaves 6 am where I will wait for almost 12 hours to be able to get home. remembering that my flight from São Paulo to Cuiabá was 3 hours long and I will have to wait for almost 24 hours. A goalkeeper was super arrogant with me, gave me no support and even told me that if I was in the United States I would be waiting for 3 days at the airport sleeping on the floor, so it was ok."

I get that the flight was only 3 hours long, but a sandwich is not dinner. And, it tasted horrible. I took 3 bites and couldn't stomach the rest. It was laughable that they offered wine with it. Had I realized this was the option, I would have brought my own food. My husband, who eats literally everything, couldn't even eat it, and it was a cheese sandwich. How hard is it to make a bad cheese sandwich? Well, apparently, GOL knows how to do it."

Lost about $75 altogether non refundable. SUCKS."

Contras: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."
Prós: "There was a guy snoring before we even took off in the air and the cabin crew told him it waa disturbing some passengers and I was so grateful for that!"
Contras: "I missed the food trolly when I went to the loo because the journey only took an hour!"

Prós: "The quality of the plane was good and the movies were good. Also the blanket and pillow was nice."
Contras: "I was really cramped and couldn’t recline because the guy behind me was too tall and it amashes his legs, so I had to be uncomfortable for the entire flight."
Contras: "I am a student and my first time to aberdeen. Lost my bagage .. in otherwords did not receive it!!"

Contras: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Contras: "Everything costs extra, even water. The flight was long enough that an entertainment system would have been welcome. Finally, it landed at Heathrow—a terrible place to make a connection."

Contras: "I missed my connection and was stuck for 12 hours. I was not warned that at nearly 70, I might need help to get to the gate on time. When I was late, the staff told me I should have asked for help.I had no way of knowing. I was told on another flight about the time limit. The lack of variety of entertainment and the quality of the equipment and the picture resolution made was a joke"
Prós: "Nothing to special comparing with other first class"
Contras: "Boarding process was very late, they made us wait in the cold for 10 min before letting us in the plane. The staff was professional but not too friendly and the place is old. When I purchased the ticket it said it was a airbus A380"
Prós: "The crew was very nice. The entertainment wasn't bad there was a pretty good option of movies and shows."
Contras: "The food was gross. The curry chicken I got looked like paste over disgusting rubber rice. The breakfast didn't taste great either. It gave me stomach pain."

Contras: "I booked a regular flight and at the end the system or dont know how, booked me PLUS ECONOMY, when I wanted to change my ticket date, it was so expensive and almost no dates were available. Also, you didnt give me chance to downgrade in order to change the dates more easily. I always fly through BA and I love the easy it is to change dates, but this time you disappointed me. I usualy choose BA because its easy and non expensive to change dates in my flight but now I may be open to book with other airlines."

Contras: "I'm told (late) that BA does not subscribe to TSA prep in the USA. That meant going to the TSA line first, being rejected, going back to check-in to know the reason, then back to the standard long line. Once onboard my seat's entertainment system dies not work. 3 reset attempted with no luck. A month ago, on another long haul flight the same happened. Food was very bad. Salmon so overdone that it was hard to cut, overcooked vegetables and some lukewarm mash potatoes."

The woman in front of me however got pasta even though she was told there was no pasta. She insisted she could not eat chicken. The flight attendant able to come up with pasta however. Most of the entrainment screen around me on the flight not working. Some however came on later in the flight."

Contras: "Already jet lagged, cranky, and pissed off from 1st leg of trip. 2nd leg was on an aircraft with little entertainment options. Also was forced to check my carry on because flight was packed. I hate checking bags which is why I travel light i.e. 1 carry on and maybe a backpack."
Prós: "Flight was not even half full which made it extremely comfortable because there was an empty seat by me."

Seats were also not too cramped like AA or UA flights."
Contras: "The flight was overbooked and I spent e hours in the airport getting rebooked, shuffled, finding my checked luggage, and being treated like an inconvience. I will never fly British Air again."

Contras: "The EMB140/145 is just a bit too confining for me... I don't normally suffer claustrophobia on flights, but I seriously almost stepped off the plane immediately after stepping on, given the low ceiling, and confining nature of the plane. If it had been a full flight, I'm not sure I would have made it without a full blown panic attack of claustrophobia."
Prós: "I was prepared with my smart phone and iPad and external batteries, turns out I needed none of those things! What a pleasant surprise for the in flight movies, music and tv to be perfect. I didn't even have to use my external battery on the flight because there is a perfect USB port in the screen in front of you. The food was as good as airplane good gets, the plane incredibly comfortable and staff was attentive. I don't love the long flights but this BA flight is now my go to anytime Im headed to Europe."

Contras: "Only one check-in agent running all desks including bag drop - long wait. 19 year-old 747 had narrow seats in premium economy, uncomfortable and too much body contact with adjacent passengers. Outbound to SFO in an Airbus 380 had sparkling wine pre-take off, hot towels twice, this DEN-LHR flight only had juice or water on offer (crew said "don't serve that on this route") no hot towels, crew's objective seemed to be get around cabin in one go and leave Pax to it Breakfast was abysmal, soft-pretzel roll, no juice or water served, just indifferent coffee"
Contras: "My flight was changed from Newark to JFK Which cost me more. I called AA to credit me and they Did not"
Prós: "The crew was great. All of my flights the crew from boarding to flight crew were wonderful. On time, and and safe. Got around the world as scheduled in one piece and with all of my luggage."

Prós: "one of the crew members (Ana) was not only rude and bumping the food cart everywhere, she apparently did not learning as kid the basic of thank you and please. In addition her personal manners of cleaning her nose with her hand, was not only disgusting but unhygienic."

One guy told her she could board but the gate agent said no it didn't fit and she couldn't board. Then the agent claimed she had to gate check her bag and claimed there were no overhead spaces left. So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger."

Contras: "Beginning about 5.5 hours prior to departure I started getting text and email alerts indicating a sixty minute delay. Then thirty minute delay. Then sixty. Then none. I had to decide whether ir not to believe the alerts, get some things done and change my airport departure time .... or to disregard the alerts. Flight ended up leaving on time. Why the alerts??"

Contras: "I booked a LATAM flight for a 10.5 hour flight specifically because they have better in flight entertainment. I arrived at the airport and found it it was operated by AA. 10.5 hours with zero in flight entertainment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."

Contras: "There was NO in-seat entertainment or place to charge mobile devices. Very uncomfortable seats. This plane was very old. 9.5 hr flight was pretty unpleasant."

Contras: "I was on the plane for 50 minutes before we departed. I was in group 6. The people before my group waited even longer. I also don't like Americans stand alone terminal at LAX; there's no vendors or services there."

Contras: "The plane was extremely old and dated. Never been on such an old plane with no up to date equipment or facilities. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the food was awful. There was no personal entertainment screen for an 11 hour flight and only one of the safety demonstration screens was working during take off. Also no plugs at all."

Paid over $1,000 for a flight leg that one way and direct on another airline (Alaska air) was $281.00 and the agent took so long to find redirect flight that they couldn't book. Total mess! While struck on the second leg and speaking with AA customer service about the reschedule I was told that they didn't have the ability to rectify the error because they no longer had control of my ticket and that I had to take into consideration that three was an event in San Antonio that caused delays network wide that added tio the initial issue... HOGWASH! 1) it was another AA issue where an AA aircraft drive of the runway while I was in flight on the first errant leg. 2) if they had just been straight from the outset, I wouldn't have been delayed. I will never fly AA AGAIN!"
Prós: "Leaving the plane was my favorite part. Entertainment was one of the best (American run flight and plane)."
Contras: "Seats were very cramped and did not recline enough to get comfortable. Temperature of the cabin was hot then cold. No sleep again. But the cabin crew looked refreshed in the morning. Guess they had better seats. It should be a law that all airline employees from the CEO on down should only be able to fly in coach. Maybe then the seats will get better."
Prós: "I made it safely to my destinations and in a timely manner."
Contras: "The lack of space to breathe. Being herded like cattle to our seats. The fact that in flight service BARELY made it to the back of the plane before we landed."

Contras: "Sporadic communication from flight deck on the nature of 2-hour flight delay. Initially we understood that dispatch was the issue because of fuel for the flight. Next, it was a weather delay followed by an apparent ground stop."

Contras: "Flight was cancelled and we couldn't get out until the next day. They did put us in a hotel and pay for our meals, so that was good, but it was still several hours in line and a big inconvenience. The $30 off coupon for a future Avianca flight is pointless since we live in the US and don't plan to be back in Peru anytime soon. I free ticket or at minimum an upgrad on any star alliance partner would have been appreciated."

Contras: "No food, no pillow, stuffed plane of sickness and pathetic drinks on 5 hr flight which I paid $75 to arrive 2 hrs early... this airline is CHEAP. Good things were friendly, sympathetic crew and good movies."
