A tripulação da companhia aérea está sujeita à quarentena em um hotel até o próximo voo.

So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."

Luckily we found our itinerary and they allowed us entry."

I wouldn't have minded at all but my seat and the one next to it didnt recline anywhere near as much as every other seat in the whole airplane. It was really uncomfortable for me and the person who was seating next to me. Hopefully this will be the last time i get stuck in that kind of seat."

Contras: "They told us to observe the 4 groups mentioned on our boarding passes, then there was only one entry... From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."
Contras: "in a previous email we explained that by the time we arrived at the gate in Sao Paulo, the airline refused our boarding the plane and said only "we don't like Kayak". We never boarded the plane and there was a credit to our credit card, so why are you asking how our flight went?"

We were then forced to stay in the airport hotel at a rate of almost $200.00 as we were unable to secure a flight on a different airline until the next day"

I arrived without luggage. I have everything in the bag, my umbrella, jacket, cloths, pajamas, underwater, everything... the allowance that Turkish Airlibe said they will give allowed me to only buy a Pajama. I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"

Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Prós: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!"

Contras: "A sick/drunk/unfit person delayed the take off for 1 hour, and absolutely nobody informed the rest of the passengers about the situation. We all saw her but no idea what was going on. The aircraft is old, without personal entertainment (Air Europa provided free Wi-Fi to browse a small selection of content though)."
Prós: "Although I was able to board the airline didn't have my name or reservation number or anything... it was like i never purchased a ticket. I had to wait until the plane was boarded and hope that someone didnt show up to get in the plane. This was the first leg of other connections to go to Amsterdam and it was too close to ruin my complete itinerary."
Contras: "I did not appear in the airline system"
Contras: "they didn't bring for all the passengers that ordered a kosher meal."
Prós: "Easy check in. On time. Great crew. Love the 787 Dreamliner."

Contras: "The seats were so small. I am 5'2" and had no leg room. I don't know how anyone who is taller fits. The food was really poor and my entertainment system did not work. Also, the gate was not posted on the board until right before the flight boarded and the boarding process was chaotic at best."
Prós: "Price was great, flight crew very attentive, even the food was good."
Contras: "The seats didn't have a port to charge phones. Older planes with antiquated tech. Monitors on back of seats were also outdated. Plane was late leaving Madrid."

Prós: "The flight was great, had seen some negative reviews. But for me nothing negative to say about air Europa, wonderful seat, great flight crew, everything was on time. Just and overall great experience."

Prós: "11 hours flight with no movies. Flight attendants very rude. Bad food. Seats doesn't stay where you want them to stay. They move by itself. Very disorganized embarkation, landing and takeout procedures. I had 3 delayed flights. Very bad experience. I don't recommend at all. Dirty cabin. I found someone else's hair when I opened the pillow."

Contras: "The entertainment was a little frustrating. The screens were only in the middle section so if you sat on the sides, it was really hard to see. There was also no outlets available on a 7-8 hour flight."

The flight was delayed 13 hours, they did not gave us the connecting flights passboards up until boarding the plane, my baggage was checked in only until Madrid, when we arrived I was told the bag will go to Mallorca, I asked again at the connecting gate and they told me the opposite, I had to go out get the bag, check it and go in again (changing terminals 3 times in the process walking almost 1 hour and a half), the connecting flight left also one hour late"

Contras: "The time allotted at the MAD airport for connection was tight ... a LONG way to walk with a carry on bag and through lines of people. Need to make flyers over 65 aware of that ...."

Contras: "They canceled our flight and made us stay in JFK for 30 hours. Promised a plane out at 3pm the next day which never happened. Flew at 10:30pm and missed a full day of our honeymoon. No compensation or apologies. The flight was terrible very cramped seats, no entertainment, and horrible food. I suggest to never ever fly with this airline."
Prós: "I paid $750 roundtrip to FRANKFURT and was really impressed with the flight. Being fed twice and how good it was since I have heard air Europa is like spirit airlines for Europe. Would suggest"

Contras: "On the shorter trips between Madrid and Barcelona, you have to pay for your own food and drinks. I didn't like that they did not even offer free soda."
Prós: "What a pleasant surprise to meet all the friendly and and accommodating staff of Delta Airline. The flight and ground crew was absolutely great. I missed my connection in Barcelona due to a 3 hour de-icing delay at JFK, put upon landing in Barcelona I found that Delta had already rebooked me on the next flight to Palma. OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM DELTA."
Contras: "Food needs some improvement and the red wine must not be kept in the cooler!"
