On my way to Rome, a group of students were yelling and crawling all over the seats and blocking the aisle. Worst"

A televisão de entretenimento é da idade da pedra e mal funcionava. Não tem carregador USB e o banheiro estava muito sujo. Poltronas com zero conforto e o espaço para as pernas é um dos menores que já vi. Não viajo mais com a TAP."

Prós: "Everything went according to the timetable, boarding was on-time and we even arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, so I can't really fault the service of the pilots, the cabin crew or the ground operations team. Food wasn't exactly stellar, but clearly a lot better than on most European flights operated by larger companies (Lufthansa, KLM, Air France etc.). The aircraft itself was clean and looked fairly new and well maintained"
Contras: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Prós: "The flight itself was as good as expected: Attentive crew and competent pilot, good enough food, comfortable enough (for coach) seats, and clean airplane. The seats could be made to recline a bit more but nobody seems to be doing it for coach class."
Contras: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes causing me to lose the connecting flight home by about 5 minutes There was no effort from United to help me to get the second flight on time or from the crew on that one to delay it enough for me to arrive. They suggested I waited 9 hours for the next available flight or to get one by AA in Reagan Airport in 3 hours. They told me that transportation to that airport would not be reimbursed and would cost between 20 and 40 dollars. I didn't know the airports were that far apart and the one-hour taxi drive cost me 80 dollars. From Sao Paulo to Washington, things went as well as expected. Once landed everything was horrible."

Contras: "A cada dia que passa , os espaços entre os assentos , diminuem (em todas as Cias) ficando cada vez mais desconfortavel, de viajar, e para pessoas com alguma necessidade especial , pior fica, ou você ganha muito dinheiro e viaja na classe executiva ou está fadado a chegar ao destino totalmente torto. Tenho 4 hérnias de disco, e está ultima viagem foi um verdadeiro terror , ficar expremido nas poltronas da classe economica."

Contras: "I wasn't able to check-in from my phone ( United is stuck in 1980's) Forced me to use Ticket Kiosk at Airport. Wouldn't print out a boarding pass and wanted ticketing agent to verify my luggage. I had an empty backpack and a small laptop case, she told me only one piece allowed, seriously?? She made me put my laptop in my backpack and the carrying case as well. The boarding pass didn't assign a seat to me and told me that I have to get another boarding pass at gate.. Simply unacceptable. I am a frequent flyer with Frontier and Spirit pirit, thanks to those Airlines which never treated me bad and gave me hassle like United did. No more United for me ever. WiFi was advertised but never worked inspite of me wanting to pay for it."

Contras: "In general, United team on the bag drop (from Atlanta too) are rude, as well as the officers of the security scan team are rough. They have no courtesy. They should understand that passengers are paying for the service and 99% are not “bad guys.” So, politeness and respect are the minimum things they deserve. Additionally, the Atlanta airport checking area and boarding check are not organized. They need to improve signal support for all customer."

Contras: "My least favorite thing about flying to Dulles is getting on those ridiculous people movers to go to customs and immigration s. Creates a larger cluster of people at immigration and something else I have to wait on. Also - why is GRU already using buses for boarding 787s? The new terminal just opened three years ago-- missed opportunity."

O serviço de bordo é um serviço internacional com um jantar com duas opções de pratos quentes, e as refeições especiais (diabetc and without glúten) são honestas e preparadas no catering GRU, tanto na ida qto na volta, comida conhecida e de boa qualidade. O vinho oferecido é de boa qualidade. O ponto fraco do vôo, refletindo diretamente no nome Ethiopian Airlines, foi a higiene na galley traseira, no vôo da volta, ET 507 - 04/01 falta de higiene da tripulação, garrafas términicas ao chão, talheres de plásticos sendo colocados no chão, em uma área imunda próximo as banheiros. Lastimável."

Contras: "Tudo estava bom até a chegada, pousamos mas estamos parados dentro do avião já quase 1 hora sem desembarque."

I had an issue with my tv screen and was not able to use the in flight entertainment I am very dissatisfied with such poor care and professionalism from your staff. This was something that should not have taken 45 min to get solved and even worse despite the call light being on multiple flight attendants walked by and did not even bother to question why the call light was on"

Contras: "We are stuck at the airport because Ethiopian Airlines sent out false and miseading update stating that it’s flight was leaving at 6 PM as opposed to the scheduled 7:30 AM. Because of that no one showed up for the flight and there are no direct flights tomorrow that they would put us on! My father recently had a heart attack and this is causing him immense suffering! Additionally patient with emergencies are waiting to see my husband tomorrow and Tuesday but will not be able to because he stuck at the airport! They are refusing to put us on an airline us direct flight tomorrow! Also we have spent at least seven hours on the phone and misleading (and that’s to put it kindly) statements have been told."

Tive que passar 1 noite na Etiopia por culpa da compania. Foi um transtorno. O staff é despreparado e nos atendeu com descaso. Não indico a cia para ninguém. Eles não são capazes de honrar compromisso com os horários que eles estipulam e isso cria uma desordem generalizada pq mais de 40% perde a conexão e eles são obrigados a realocar os passageiros em hoteis (o q tb se torna prejuízo pra eles mesmos). Uma cia como a Ethiopian deveria ter um sistema de logistica e principalmente um aeroporto adequados. Decepção total."

Contras: "On connecting from Bangkok to Nairobi passengers are funneled into a security waiting area with no water, coffee, duty free shopping- absolutely nothing but dirty toilets- for a 2+ hour layover. Bole airport is surely one of the most disfunctional airports on the planet."

Contras: "We arrived at the airport at 9:00 to check in for our flight that was scheduled for departure at 12:15 and we were told that we could not check in until 2 hours before the flight (10:15). All of the passengers for flight AZ1466 lined up in front of a check-in counter that displayed Alitalia for our flight. At 10:45 they announced the check in for AZ1466 at a different check-in counter knowing full-well that everyone was lined up for flight AZ1466 on our line. So then everyone that was lined up at the first counter had to line up at the new counter. My wife and I were initially 3rd in line and then after we had to move we were in the very back of the line. On top of that, they only had 1 person checking everyone into economy (which was most of the people on the plane) and they also had to weigh everyone’s carry-on baggage. We were initially told they had weather issues with the snow in Rome and they did not know if we would take off on time or would be cancelled. However, I was getting e-mail messages from Kayak stating our flight was on-time. So how is it that a 3rd party travel company knew what was going on, but the crew at Alitalia did not? Afterward I had to go through security, wait on the tax refund line, and go straight to board the plane. After that we waiting on the plane for 50 minutes and did not take-off until 1:05 PM. These were the problems in short: 1. No one informed us that we could not check in at this particular airport until 2 hours prior to flight departure. 2. They did not begin the check in process until 90 minutes prior to departure. 3. We had to switch check-in lines and they only had 1 check-in person. 4. We had no time to shop or eat lunch at the airport. 5. We boarded the plane and waited until 13:05 to takeoff when we were scheduled to take off at 12:15 (50 minute delay). 6. We received no communications about delays from Alitalia (via e-mail or app). However, we received e-mails from Kayak stating everything was on time. We had no communication from Alitalia about the delay or that we could not check in early (which you could do at every other airport I have been to). We also had a connecting flight in Rome that we were concerned we would miss. We arrived at Rome airport on a delayed flight out of Marco Polo airport (AZ1466). Our 13:40 flight to JFK (AZ610) was delayed until 14:45. After we arrived at Rome airport we ran through the airport to our gate and boarded the plane. After we boarded the plane we waited until 16:10 to take-off (85 minute delay). We did not receive any communication from Alitalia via e-mail, the Alitalia app, or crew members that our flight was being delayed any longer than it already was. We planned on stopping to use the bathrooms in the airport, eat a decent lunch, and shop (which I promised my wife we could do at the airport). However, we could not do any of those things because we did not receive any information about delays from Alitalia. After we arrived home in New York the airline l"

Contras: "A antipatia dos comissários de bordo e aeromoças, faz com que qualquer voo da Alitalia seja péssimo. Ficar igual uma lata de sardinha já é péssimo, com essa antipatia, somada a velhas cadeiras, velha tecnologia, vinho péssimo (o que fica até ruim para uma empresa italiana) e desorganização no embarque, faz deste voo um pacote de maldade. E o pior, paguei caro por isso. Falta de respeito."

Contras: "Tripulantes grossos, cadeiras duras, desconfortáveis, tela multimídia pequena e antiga. Não tem tomada nos assentos."

Prós: "O conforto"
Contras: "O doce do café da manhã veio completamente queimado. Pedi para que trocassem e não fui tratada tão bem quando falei. Ela então me deu outro tão queimado quanto o primeiro."

Prós: "Comida gostosa."
Contras: "Eu e minha noiva estavamos nas cadeiras 40A e 40C, voo Rio-Roma. A cadeira dela nao deitava, como todas as outras. NA minha cadeira a tela de interatividade nao funcionava, ficava com chuviscos, gerando luz que me incomodava para dormir, o usb para carregar o celular também não. Os comissários de bordo foram informados, porém nossa situação nao foi resolvida, nos enrolaram as 11 horas de duração do voo."

Prós: "O entretenimento melhorou, porém não tinha programação dublada ou legendada em português. Tripulação educada e comida boa."
Contras: "A menina do Check in era antipatica estava de saco cheio e nossos lugares marcados no bilhete não estavam marcados no sistema e quando reclamamos a Gracielle virava até o olho. Um absurdo."

Prós: "Decent flight. On time departing and arriving. Luggage arrived with us."
Contras: "Audacious prices for checked luggage. If you pay online prior to check-in €25 per bag If you pay at check in it is €45 per bag. This is downright theft by all the airlines who engage in this very profitable but nefarious activity and really needs to be stopped. First bag should be free/ nominal charge or at least part of the ticket price. (It is like a restaurant charging for cutlery and plates so you can eat . Would that be acceptable??)"

Prós: "Boarding was on time for all my flights."
Contras: "KLM switched online check in to Alitalia literally right at checking time. It was extremely unnerving, and required much more time, as I did not have an Alitalia account."

Contras: "Legroom inside the aircraft is too small. Salted and sweet snack options including cookies. This is on a two hour flight. Very uncomfortable journey"

Contras: "Lost our luggage from Rome to Malta. Now, 13 hours after arrival in Malta, no one can tell us where our luggage is!!"

Contras: "Although reservations for our return flight from Rome to Boston were made 5 months ago, we were bumped from our flight, not advised in advance, and missed several important work engagements. The management at the Alitalia desk at the airport was not up to the task of reassigning everyone. Understaffed and under equipped (staff was unable to get online to reschedule and re-issue new boarding passes) We are senior travelers (75 and 80 years old) and were forced to stand in lines for 3 hours We're headed to the airport now, the next day, and I am dreading the experience."

Contras: "We paid for bags. Called to check the bags were included and on a technicality alitila charged for bags again. When we asked why, we were told this happens all the time. It seems alitila relays on this to rip of foreigners. This is despicable. This happened twice from two different booking companies and only with Alitalia. I will follow this up next week."

Contras: "O avião era bem velho, a poltrona horrível e dura. O entretenimento arcaico. Não assisti nenhum filme. A tripulação ignora que não falamos a língua deles e nos responde tudo em italiano. O voo ainda atrasou 1 hora. Péssima experiência! Não voarei mais com a Alitalia e não recomendarei."

Contras: "The plane was boarded early and then the flight ended up being delayed an hour. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the leg room almost nonexistent. It was difficult to move at all for this 12 hour flight. I am not very tall at only 5'7" and I am slim. Also, the lunch was worse than any I've ever had."
