"Seats were narrow and uncomfortable ( business ) and there was only one toilet for both business and premier…. The one up front was blocked as it was solely for the crew …. Contras: "When my flight with American Airlines cancelled, I felt so panicked because I needed to be in Florida on Saturday night. But thankfully, lady who works for American Airlines solved my problem on the phone in couple of minutes easily. After that, when we were boarding to the aircraft, there was a cabin attendant lady. She came to us and ask me and my mother if we can talk English.I answered her with yes we can, but she demands to talk with my mother. And English is not her native language, but it doesn't prove that she doesn't know it. She tried to ask questions to her like, "where were you today?" so we couldn't really understand the reason for her to ask those questions in the first place. So we couldn't really say anything. While we were talking about my mother's English, the all aircraft was watching us, and trying to figure out what was going on. After all, she made us to sit there and wait her to replace us with other passengers. We waited the whole aircraft to be seated, then she took us to another seat with my mother. I can understand that it is her job but I'm not sure, if it had to be that much discomfort. We got pretty upset about it and it affects our flight quality. Plus, while cabin crew serving beverages, they didn't really ask us anything. We needed to call them for our order. To be honest, I would never flight with Delta. It was a disappointment."

Second day at airport i found out they booked me on a three leg flight home at 8 AM althought i was on the phone with them at 1:30 AM and I was never informed about the flight they offered at 8 AM. I ended up paying again for a flight with United the same day."

I understand these matters are out of attendant's control, but the changes were not communicated in English and everyone was extremely slow to get us situated. Our flight was officially canceled at 5:30 pm, and it took five more hours for the attendants to get us to a hotel. In the morning, the transportation was not communicated well that I missed the bus. During all this, they never tried to re-book anyone either. I would pass on flying LATAM in the future."

Thereafter I purchased a oneway ticket to Medellin on another airline only to learn that they cancelled my return flight. They wanted to charge me almost $600 to rebook! I ended purchasing a ticket with different carrier. Money paid to Latam was wasted."

The pass was hand written and missing information but she assured me it would be fine. When I attempted to go through security they informed me this wasn't a boarding pass and was missing information. They said I would have to go back downstairs to the desk again. have a visible disability that affects the way I walk, and typically I do not require a wheelchair. I give myself enough time to get to my destination, but thanks to Brunella I was running incredibly late. I finally arrived though my flight was then rerouted to Orlando due to weather conditions at Miami and never arrived in Miami. The pilot of this flight LA2514 decided he was done and wouldn't fly there at all. The passengers were informed they would take buses to Miami."
Prós: "I flew from Baltimore to Miami to Bogotá with zero issues. I am a musician and was traveling with my guitar, nobody hassled me and there was adequate space. The only issue was in Bogotá for my return flight. After struggling with the LATAM kiosk machine I was told by a LATAM ticket agent that flights from Bogotá to Miami are through American Airlines. Luckily a very nice American Airline agent accompanied me back to LATAM and convinced them my flight was with LATAM. Everything else was simple and easy!"

They didn't apologized and asked traveler to clean the table instead. Miss connection with the flight from Miami to New York and no help from LATAM personnel at all. This is an airline that at one point it was the best and now is the worst. It is important to clarify with passenger about passing inmigration and aduana and the distance from international to national departures!!"
Contras: "One of my bags was damaged on the direct flight from Santiago to Miami. It looked like it had been dragged down the runway. I showed this to Latan representative Angel Pupulin in Miami who's first statement was, "Latan is not responsible." He was rude and initially refused to even fill out a damaged bag report. I explained that I would call my credit card company and put a non-authorization on $2500 worth of tickets. He continued to speak to me in Spanish although I told him, " No habla Espanol." He spoke English but was trying to jerk me around in every way possible. This is not going to be ignored! One employee screwed up all the positives of multiple flights with Latan. I will avoid flying Latan in the future and will not recommend Latan to others."

Seriously..???. These airlines are n need of a real policy that lets them know it is money we are expending when we take a flight. And taking the carry-on bag. AFTER YOU PAID TO HABE IT WITH YOU?? Unacceptable. And not seating people together after you call and re call and talk to 3 different persons... The last one just says: I will see what can be done and then ignores you... Not NICE. Please remember that many airlines have come and go. Those are some of the reasons."
Contras: "No leg room so very crammed uncomfortable seating"
Prós: "service as expected, crew accommodating and polite"
Contras: "Warning bring your own meal! there were only snacks available for purchase, the hot foods advertised in the magazine were not on the plane. Internet was not available (even though purchased) for more than 1/2 the flight"
Prós: "I didnt care for anything"
Contras: "Flight was delayed 2 hours. There were no chargers at any seat in Coach."
Contras: "Flight was delayed for man hours. First Class cabin was a disgrace - old seats, no padding, plane appeared dirty."
Contras: "Stuck on the runway for 25 min. And then after took another 20 minutes because they could not open the door to get into the airport from the plane to deplane. The staff was rude when boarding"
Contras: "Flight was delayed 2+ hours because of the crew. Wouldn't it make sense that if the flight was scheduled to depart at a certain time, 5 minutes before that, still no crew, let the passengers know then? No. Not if you're United. They told us to wait 20 minutes, then after 30 minutes told us about the delay and the New departure time. But when that time arrived, still no Captain. Finally, after another 15 minutes, we're on the way. Except not quite. Now, they can't get the weight and logistics of the flight worked out. C'mon United, get it together!!"
Prós: "I loved the fact I didn't get beat up and dragged off the flight"
Contras: "I didn't like the fact that I didn't see anyone get beat up and dragged off the flight"
Prós: "The staff gave out free snacks and were friendly"
Contras: "Too loud and the delay was an inconvenience"
Contras: "Basic Economy tickets are a joke. They are no savings for customers just added restrictions and an overall unenjoyable flight experience as you are being surveillanced by every United associate to ensure you pay for a carry on bag. United and Spirit airlines are now one in the same. United hasn’t suddenly introduced lower fares than before, but rather is reducing the benefits that come with the most basic fares."
Prós: "Very normal. The crew was professional."
Contras: "Our seta were separated by two rows."
Prós: "That we arrived alive."
Contras: "We weren't allowed to put our carryons in the overhead. We were forced to put them under the seat in front of us because the plane was full. This left no place for our feet or stretching our legs. The seats were cramped so closely together, our knees touched the seat pocket in front of us. When putting down the tray table, it pressed against our stomachs. The landing was the worst and scariest one I've experienced in over 40 yrs of frequent flying. We hit so fast and hard that the plane teetered from one wheel to the other and fish tailed so hard that people's necks were hurt. If possible, I'll never fly United again."
Contras: "UNITED employees are very rude"
Contras: "Flight was delayed over 6 times and eventually cancelled. We missed a full day of our vacation. Hotel charged us a no-show fee since we couldn't make it on time due to the scheduling of the flights."

Contras: "WHEN I TRIED TO SPEAK WITH AGENT SHE GAVE ME A QUITE THE LOOK SHE DIDNT EVEN RESPOND.."
Prós: "I had 2 awesome flight attendants, Scott and Rico. They were friendly and I talked to them for a bit. I think that they didn't have to help me with what I needed, they just smiled and said yes. I didn't have anyone in the middle seat, so I had plenty of room. I was very comfortable and had a good flight."
Prós: "Very efficient boarding at the gate"
Contras: "Tight seats. Slow service on the flight."

Contras: "To be fair, this is my third flight of the day, so I am very tired and this was the smallest aircraft of the trip."

Contras: "I was seated in a window seat and another woman my size about 110 pounds was seated in the aisle however there was a 400+ pound man sitting in a middle seat which made it very difficult for me especially to even sit back because it was touching me the whole time when you have somebody of that size You should make sure they are on and I'll because then the find attendance would have some difficulty getting through instead of your passengers being inconvenienced either that or force people of that size to take two seats"
Prós: "Not a thing."
Contras: "The United app was sending me false alerts that caused me to miss my flight. The crew seemed to not care at all."
Contras: "I ended up changing my flight in Newark airport to Fort Lauderdale that landed earlier that the one they gave me up in Scraton.."
Contras: "You're already charging for overpriced everything, have the decency of providing FREE entertainment on allll flights."
Prós: "We got there."
Contras: "Airport was horrible! Security line was 45 min. long and on the other side of the world. The plane was an hour late! No snow. No storms. Why? The crew, I guess tired, seemed bothered by the company of the passengers. The line to wait at the gate was very unorganized and confusing. No one knew which line was for which gate and people where cutting into lines everywhere. The airlines should provide better guidance for its passengers. I was connecting from Germany with Lufthansa and wow what a difference in customer service."
Contras: "The crew was held up in Houston we had an additional lay over onto our already 3+ hour wsot"
