At this point, I'm not even sure what I paid the $98.93 for."

Literally could not move. My travel partner ended up spilling wine on himself primarily due to this and 1/2 size drop down trays. Call button brought no help , had to get up and go retrieve steward in back myself!"

Contras: "I was not able to buy from the duty free discounted offers on the plane. The discounted shopping panflet was not on my LA/Zurich flight.... so I didn't see it and did not buy then.... And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"

Contras: "Checked in online. Needed to drop my snowboard bag off. I had 2 hrs...got in the express line to drop bags with ticket. They kept taking people from every other line in front of us. Took 1 hr to drop a bag. Got through security line and told my boarding pass is no good. 30 min before flight. Back to Swiss. Have a meltdown and finally they help. Now I’m in Geneva and my bags in Zurich..."

Contras: "Boarding chaotic- no clear lines people pushing ahead which I am not used to- my handluggage was ok’ed at origin in US- was pulled aside in Zurich based on my “ ticket”- it was perfectly well suited and not oversized. In plane half of overhead compartments were filled with coats when told that these should go under seats. No consistency between announcements and behavior of crew."

They checked our passports 3 times before we got to our gate. Swiss airlines should account for these things when they give options for the connections. we had about and hour and half layover and did not even have time to have coffee or anything before a 9+ hour flight. We just ran from one flight to another and barely made to our flight.."

Prós: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

However, TAP did not communicate that despite the 2 hour delay, we were required to be at the airport checkin as if the flight was never delayed - and agent dismissed us as late. I’m used to having one or maybe two movies to choose from but TAP has an entire movie library on the back of each seat. I watched 3 new releases on my 7.5 hour flight. The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!"
Contras: "The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding."

Prós: "Comida e conforto"

Prós: "Staff was pleasant, nothing special"
Contras: "Food was mediocre and cold except for the major hot dish. Lights were on almost all night in cabiaudio and video were subpar or nonexistent. Staff explained it was an old plan Seats were okay for short fight but not comfortable for long flight"

Contras: "Do atraso do voo que os trouxe sérios problemas. Ao chegarmos, o metrô tinha encerrado seu funcionamento. Táxi nem pensar, pois há ia uma greve."

Prós: "Very nice flight."
Contras: "Boarding should be more organized."

Prós: "Embarque rápido. Tripulação cordial. O almoço tava excelente"
Contras: "Atendimento no check-in extremamente demorado. Eu queria fazer upgrade e não tinha ninguém no balcão da TAP pra atender. Tive q esperar minha vez na fila gigantesca da econômica. Assento nao fica flat bed. Entretenimento não era on demand. O café da manhã foi mto fraco."

Prós: "Boa técnica , voo seguro ."
Contras: "Atraso muito grande, passageiros em avião quente , no sol."

Prós: "Tripulação educada."
Contras: "Encosto com pouca inclinação ."

Prós: "Tripulação simpática e com ótima apresentação"
Contras: "Sistema de mídia inexistente! Não tinha opção de filmes, apenas tv e mesmo assim com PÉSSIMA qualidade de imagem (quando tinha imagem e não apenas som). Por sorte viajo com meu Kindle! A gerente do guichê do GIG é totalmente despreparada para o cargo, decepcionou muito no check in quando informei que tinha adquirido bilhete com bagagem e na hora no sistema deles dizia ué não tinha. Tive que pagar para depoispleitear... desgaste desnecessário! O voucher de confirmação da passagem não indica quantidade de bagagem (quando tem ou não), logo, eh importante ficar esperto para não ter desagradáveis surpresas. Alimentação ruim! Assento é pouco acolchoado quando comparado com Air France e outros, por exemplo."

Contras: "Não gostei da demora e da falta de organização na hora do embarque e do avião, que é muito antigo. Acho que o principal ponto negativo foi o entretenimento: a tela era de má qualidade, a programação ruim e não havia a opção de escolher o que se queria ver e em que momento. A comida também poderia ser melhor."

Prós: "Quick... I was happy to be out of there"

Prós: "Gosto muito do fato da TAP ter vôos diretos à Lisboa e Porto. É uma viagem longa e cansativa, portanto quanto mais rápido chegar melhor. Os tripulantes são muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos à ajudar."
Contras: "Como em qualquer companhia aérea de hoje, o espaço para as pernas e o conforto da cadeira. Numa viagem de aproximadamente 10 h ao fim não temos mais posição que não doa as costas."
