O voo atrasou mais de uma hora. O portal de embarque em Orlando nao tinha o minimo espaco necessario para acomodar a quantidade de passageiros.

Contras: "Plane seats weren’t cleaned well. I wiped my chair, tray, window and wipe was all grey/brown dirty. Yuck! Very disappointing jetBlue. You used to be my favorite but no more. 2.5 hour of delay to pick someone special to board the plane. Ridiculous! 2.5 hour of delay and excuse was navigation not working you have to pick paperwork however picking paperwork took 1.5 hour? You think people will believe this while you get this special person to just walk in and board the plane on the (exit) seats 4 rows had been kept empty just for him. I demand my money back. Poor poor poor service JetBlue"

Prós: "The flight took off on time and maybe even early and was early arriving even though it had to divert a little to avoid the hurricane. Everything seemed to run more efficiently because more extraordinary measures were being taken to keep flights running and on time. I was impressed."

Contras: "Almost a 9 hour ordeal. 4 hour delay because of weather for flight because one crew that was supposed to take our flight had “timed out.” Didn’t take off til after 1am. Finally landed and sat on plane because a plane at our gate was “disabled.” It’s 4:33am, I’ve been off the plane for half an hour, no baggage coming out of the carousel yet and no sign of this absolutely horrific experience ending anytime soon."
Prós: "The crew was great, and so was a JetBlue pilot dead-heading in the seat next to me. I liked the space in the MoreSpace seat I paid for. I relieved that the upgrade seat came with boarding in the first group. Some airlines you pay for the seat, but you're still group 3 or 4 and, meaning all sorts of anxiety about the most miserable part of any flight, the dreaded fight for the overhead bins, wondering it you'll have to check the bag and then wait for it at the destination. Thank you for removing that."

Contras: "I never got the opportunity to fly because I was stuck in unusual traffic in a tunnel for over an hour just minutes from the Boston airport. I was later told there was a fire. I called the 1-800-JETBLUE number and I explained that the situation. The agent said that there would be a $75 change fee and at 4:47 pm there were no more flights out that night and that I would also be charged the fare differential the following day. I quickly went on line and found a deep discounted fare on United for $56! When I got to the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not a enough agents on staff and no concern that I might miss my new flight on United. Thank Gid I acted fast and got another flight that evening or I would have needed to spend the night in the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism !"
Contras: "I was delayed half a dozen times, only to be canceled. Rescheduled on a flight that was scheduled to depart two hours before the original flight. Rescheduled after an hour hold. That flight was delayed the following day. Was diverted to Baltimore only to find out only some of us on our flight are getting out by a rude agent. Then no information at all. Had to run to catch an amtrak. Later found out if I stayed I would have stayed another 13 hours in Baltimore. Missed work and had no one home to take care of my family. Oh, and travel insurance will not cover anything. The plane itself was falling apart. Seat was broken and dirty. Everyones lights were broken and it smelled."

Contras: "Almost all JetBlue employees I encountered were rude - yes I know they were frustrated with flight delays because of system failure, but at least y’all are paid. The terminal was dirty, crowded, and everything was shutting down even though people we still looking for food, beverages, Etc (so passengers make sure you are fed / prepared if you’re flying late out of Newark). There was miscommunication from almost every step and even on the play, delays were not conveyed. I’ll definitely avoid booking this flight with the airline & airport moving forward."

Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline."

We will likely never fly SunCountry again unless the cost is greatly less what other planes charge."

The entire flight was uncomfortable because the temperature in the cab was 78, and the air conditioners were not working. It was one of the worst flights ever."

They covered a meal for us which was good and gave us $50 off our next flight. But I’m not sure I want to book united again. The lady at the service desk was not very patient (which is understandable since a loy of people had to rebook their connecting flights). But I was smiling at her and just asking how to go about changing our connecting flights and she seemed a little bit ready to get rid of me. And the next plane we got on, one of our tv screens didn’t work. And the connecting flight was delayed also because of a technical problem."

Prós: "In my opinion, United has one of the most corteous crews among all airlines. I’ve never had any problems with their flight attendants being rude or grumpy."

Contras: "Flight was scheduled to leave at noon. We were delayed for 2.5 hours due to incoming flights, which were delayed. Finally they told us to board at 4 pm. Once everyone was on board, they told us we "lost" our pilot and we had to get off the plane. Thirty minutes later, they "found" a new pilot and boarded us on the plane. We then sat on the plane for 4 hours because there was a system issue and the pilots didn't have our flight plan. At 8 pm, the pilot got off the plane, and new pilots came aboard. Finally, the plane left at 9:30 pm. We never received food vouchers, water, snacks during the delay. The pilot insisted the last delay was due to a system issue, the crew told us it was because of weather. In the end, I think they were all lying to us and they had no intention of leaving on time and just made excuses. We lost a whole day in Bermuda because of their lies. I will never fly United again."

They should understand that passengers are paying for the service and 99% are not “bad guys.” So, politeness and respect are the minimum things they deserve. Additionally, the Atlanta airport checking area and boarding check are not organized. They need to improve signal support for all customer."

Contras: "Everything seemed to go well until my daughter had to go to the bathroom, we were sitting in the front area but they blocked it cause the pilot was in the bathroom. Which was fine, but a few minutes past and still nothing the she said you can go to the back so i got up and she yelled maam “ you need to sit down” and then she proceeded to speak in Spanish as i didnt understand english. So I explained firmly that I u derstood her but she just told us to go the back and then to sit so which one is it."
Contras: "I had an issue with their policy on face masks. I came wearing one, but was told that my mask was not allowed because it had some sort of filter/valve on it. Now I do understand the theory behind not allowing masks with valves, because they are supposed to let moisture out. But there are two layers of material that stood between my face and the filter/valve of my mask. Besides for an N95, I have not seen a mask where there was no material blocking the inner side of the filter/valve. I could have simply ripped the filter/valve off the mask and there wouldn't have been an issue, because my mask would still have no holes, and would be a complete face covering. The implication I got from this experience was that material itself does nothing to keep particulates from passing through, which means that we are all wearing masks as a placebo to keep people from panicking."

Prós: "I like when the flight was over and I left the plane. This airline is the worst in the business."
Contras: "The women at the gate rambled on and on each time she spoke. Rather than sticking to the boarding zones and keeping at that it was a constant annoying reminder about having to pay more money. The flight attendant don’t do their job. They spend more time Selling the credit card program than anything else. I was asked to put up another passengers seat tray as this passenger was asleep. This is not my job. They all stood in the front gossiping about who knows what instead of staying on the ready for the passengers. They look down upon and speak down upon. As If the crew was doing us a favor when it because of us they even have a job. Worst airline experience ever. I will never fly this airline again. The gate agents a check in couldn’t even speak proper English."
Prós: "Bad experience I was sitting in the last row and half way through the flight one of the toilets got clogged and started to overflow and smell up the area. There was a puddle of water running down towards the isle and the crew member was telling her colleagues to leave it alone and let it run so she can see how bad it gets for when we land. Extremely unsanitary and unexceptable to travel with that smell and conditions. Plus to top it all off towards the end the overhead bin got jammed and I had to wait for someone to pop in open, again its unfortunate I had to go through this. Never again, I would not recommend spirit sorry."
Prós: "Crew was nice. However the spirit airline attendant at the desk told me to gate check my bag. I stood there waiting for someone to grab my bag for sometime. So I asked the stewardess and she told me just to bring the bag in and put my carry on in the over head compartment."
Contras: "However the desk attendant came on the aircraft took my bag out of the overhead compartment. And then left it outside or the plane. I waited at the airport for until 1:30am before I got a confirmation that the back was in fact at Newark still. I had a nursing convention to go to and I had no clothing. So I had to Uber to Walmart than Uber back to my hotel. So I didn’t get any sleep. I didn’t check into my hotel til 4am due to a negligent spirit employee. I paid for the checked bag and there was plenty of space in the over head compartment. She caused me unnecessary stress and an embarrassing morning with my administrators due to my lack of sleep."

In a night flight why does the crew feel like telling us are cruising altitude and arrival time every damn 5 minutes(Is it illegal to actually sleep on your airline? Hence no reclining.) 5. For some reason there was no gate for us so we had to walk with a baby- Yes he’s cute I know! P.s. maybe if you start putting real seat pockets and reclining chairs the airport will give you a gate!!!!!"

I called and talked to an agent and asked how my flight could have all of sudden gotten two hours longer and was told the delayed departure was correct and the arrive time was not. He said it was a mechanical issue and could change so I should still go to the airport an hour before my original departure time, which I did. When I arrived the flight was now delayed by more than four hours and I was told it was due to the crew being timed out so I had to sit there for five hours waiting to leave. I should be compensated for this error but cannot find out how to do that!"
Prós: "Flight departed early and landed almost 40 minutes early. Good service. Nice crew. I paid extra for the big First seat."

Being directed to United as a replacement without being told it would be 30 mins before the change showed up in their system, trekking all the way over, having them tell me something was wrong, trekking all the way back to Spirit, and then having a different service person snap at me that that was normal, as if 30 extra minutes and unnecessarily going back and forth wasn't anything to do with them. This is my second such experience with Spirit."
Contras: "Spirit Airlines does not care AT ALL. I will never fly them again. No explanation of delay, which then led to a full cancellation, in which they then had us waiting in a line for 20 minutes until they (finally?) ejected us out of the security zone because they put our bags at baggage claim, so I wasn't able to buy a flight at a desk from another airlines right nearby because I had to go back through security so they messed up my timing entirely. I have also not received my refund for my baggage / seat extras and it's been a full week. Horrendous. If I could give them negative ratings I would."

Contras: "Spirit emailed me 12 hours before my flight telling me the flight had been cancelled. No call, just an email - and it was sent after 8pm, so it was lucky that I was checking my email that night. I called and they said they wouldn't be able to get me on another flight out until a day and a half after my original flight, so I ended up just cancelling the flight entirely and buying one on another airline. It took me 2 phone calls (2.5 hours each) to get Spirit to issue a full refund. The worst part? The flight wasn't cancelled. I found out from someone that had been on an earlier Spirit flight that was also cancelled that I had been booted off the flight so that they could rebook people from their flight. I looked on Spirit's site and sure enough the flight had reappeared and was accepting reservations. Absolutely unacceptable to lie to your customers and just boot them off of flights where they had paid for checked bags and seats in favor of other customers."
Contras: "Flight was late by an hour. This then caused us to have to wait over 2 hours on the plane to be able to get off. US customs was backed up with flights that should have arrived after us. This caused us to miss our connection. The connection time for us was 3 hours and we still missed that flight. They then suggested that it was not their fault and that they would get us on the next flight on the next day at night. We decided to get our money back and bought a ticket with Southwest Airlines instead. They lack in taking responsibility for their mistakes. Their employees don't care and continue on as if nothing is wrong. Our whole flight missed each and every connection. we are all here with Southwest ready to fly out in a couple of hours."

The flight was canceled and they were extremely unhelpful. I ended up purchasing a ticket through JetBlue to get home finally. I will NEVER fly Spirit again. You should be ashamed to work for this company."
Contras: "Both flights were delayed . I did though receive prior e mail communication about the Tampa flight being delayed. Once in Chicago, no gate listed on my ticket, all personal kept directing us to a gate that a flight to Boston( which was delayed also ) was boarding at the same time my flight to MSP was.suppose to board. absolutely no communication whatsoever about where my flight was or was being boarded or that is was delayed, until 5 min before boarding time . This experience was very irritating and upsetting.. pissed me off and will keep me from using Spirit Ailrlines again!"
Prós: "Our pilot and our flight crew"
Contras: "Stuck on runway at OHare for 1 hr 20 min after landing because they had no gate crew, then 15 minutes at the gate waiting for someone to open the door, then 1 hr standing around a continuously running and empty carousel. No representative at carousel, sitting in a nearby office and provided no tangible update or assistance. Never got out of her chair. Another staff member came later and also sat at the desk, did not help, another passenger asked him for a supervisor and he told her to shut up. Seriously??? I can only say that our crew in flight and our pilot were great, our pilot in particular was mortified by the situation, apologized repeatedly and suggested we all file complaints on spirit.com. My friend flying the same night to Dallas on Spirit had her luggage lost. Fly this airline at your own risk--you have been warned."
Contras: "flight attendant did not make the person in front of me put their seatback up for takeoff or landing, and I was the row before emergency row so it was hard to get in the seat or out! The 3-4 minute sales pitch for a credit card was over the top after being nickel and dimed for everything from boarding priority, seat selection, and bags. Spirit should not be listed with other airlines on flight services such as Kayak because of their hidden fees, and charging for carry on items. You should not have to sign up for their frequent flyer program in order to print a boarding pass."
Contras: "Due to several unavoidable obstacles I was running late to the airport. When I arrived it was 8:25am for my flight at 9:10am. The kiosk wouldn't let me check in or check luggage. The line was so immense it would take hours. I asked a woman to help me and she said that the doors had already closed? That's 45 mins before departure and I definitely could have made it to my flight. Instead I had to wait in a line for 90 minutes! By 10:00am I finally booked another flight for 8:40pm. I've now been at the airport for 12 hours. I've had 3 meals here, I'm bored out of my mind and I could have been home by noon. I should have been on my 9:10am flight to chicago. This is ridiculous, I am never flying with spirit again for as long as I live. I hope that someone will rectify this situation since I bought 2 plane tickets and I shouldnt have. absolute imbeciles. I'm extremely disappointed."
Contras: "I didn't like anything. Will never book with Kayak or spirit. My flight from Chicago to Minneapolis was cancelled and I have still not got my refund. Pathetic!"
Contras: "Myself and fifteen year old daughter exited plane from Ft. Myers to grab a quick bite to eat and upon returning to same plane with printed boarding passes and assigned seats our boarding passes did not scan correctly. At this time there was about 30 or so people behind us to board as there was plenty of time. We were asked to step aside and a employee was trying to figure things out. In the meantime ALL people in line were allowed on plane even though several had problems but were quickly fixed! At last second we were told to board the plane and try to find two seats. Only one was left on flight and we were told they had to leave and sorry but we must exit plane! Worst I have ever been treated by an airline ever in all my years of travel! I did get some money compensation, rented a car and drove 13 hours to Chicago! Awful way to end a vacation!"
Contras: "During a difficult weather situation, Spirit was absolutely useless and left us stranded for a week. With storms on the East Coast, Spirit cancelled flights two days in a row (as did all other airlines). However, with Spirit, the website was useless for rebooking ourselves, and there were so few representatives at the airport and to reach a rep on the phone that we waited several hours just to be able to rebook at the airport. In the end, Spirit could not get us on another flight out for 7 more days. Causing extreme additional expense to me and my travel partner. I will never risk flying Spirit again."

Contras: "Spirit canceled our flight and their only solution was refund or wait 3 days until they could get us home. Had to spend thousands to rebook to get us home the next day on another again. Never again."
Contras: "ONLY ONE CARRY ON PERMITTED, THAT IS NOT EVEN A CARRY ON, IT IS A 'PERSONAL BAG' THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN FIT A PAIR OF PANTS IN IT!!! I FELT ROBBED, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. MY LUGGAGE WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MY FLIHTG TICKET, I MEAN I HAD TO PAY TWICE FOR CARRYING A PAIR OF PANTS AND A LAPTOP. I WILL MAKE SURE, NOT TO RECOMMEND SPIRIT AIRLINE TO ANY OF THE PEOPLE I KNOW AND THEY KNOW. I FELT INSPIRED BY THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO CREATE A BLOG JUST TO PRVENT OTHER USERS FROM THE LACK OF INFORMATION REGARDING THIS COMPANY. In addition to that, in my three hours flight I had to pay for WATER and the seats were stock (meaning that none of the seats were adjustable)."
Prós: "Departed on time & arrived early!"
Contras: "Having booked wheelchair service for my flight but I was unable to use it as the lines for baggage check-in & security were extremely long. I would have missed my flight waiting for the wheelchair service. There seemed to be no special line for wheelchair check-in at Ft Lauderdale airport due to the overcrowding. I was never even asked if I needed assistance until deboarded the plane in Chicago. It is a shame that Spirit does not take handy-capped passengers needs seriously at all locations. They did have decent wheelchair service in Chicago. If you do need wheelchair service on Spirit Airlines you will need to arrive 3+ hours prior to your flight when busy to be sure you don't miss your flight! Also, beware of their outrageous luggage charges even for carry-on luggage!"
Prós: "Cheap flights."
Contras: "We were told our flight was downgraded and that 35 passengers needed to switch thier flight as there was no seats available. We had a group of 5 people and 2 did not have seats. So we volunteered to switch our flights as we were told we would leave the following day at the same time all together, get a hotel for the night, food vouchers and 2 free round trip flights. So when they were switching our flights they booked 3 out of the 5 who volunteered and they told us we could not be on the same flight. Eventually they got us all on the same flight but that was 4 or 5 hours later. In regards to the food vouchers we were informed we could only use them in the airport but we were not allowed pass tsa as we did not have boarding passes. We then asked about our luggage as we had checked them in when we first arrived and they informed us they pulled them out of the flight and they were going to be at luggage claim. When we tried to get our luggage at baggage claim we were then informed that no luggages were pulled and they were already in transit to chicago. So the supervision told us that we could buy whatever items we needed for the night and we would get reimbursed later, which keep in mind we had to take a taxi from the hotel to a target near by. This whole process was ridiculous and it seemed as if no one was able to provide us with accurate information. Had we known it was going to be such a hassel and inconvenience to ourselves we would have never given up our seats to begin with. Pedro was the name of the person at the gate who informed us we would have a flight all together and that was false in which carlos had told him. Rosario at check in was patient and helped the most but she informed us our luggage was going to be available for us and that was false. Zachary manning Katona was very unprofessional and rude to us as well as his coworkers. And edier the supervisor informed us we will get a reimbursement for the items we buy since our luggage was shipped back to chicago, so lets see if thats true or false when the time comes."
Prós: "Spirit Airlines gouged us on our baggage in multiple ways. The worst was forcing us to pay $100 (yes, $100) to check my 5 year old son's TINY little "carryon suitcase" at the gate in Los Angeles because it rose 1/2 inch above the top of their "personal item" measuring bin. I complained, loudly, and they acted like they were doing me a favor by lowering the "fee" (blackmail / protection racket extortion - after telling us in Chicago that the little bag was OK) to $65 With this fee our total costs for our luggage on one roundtrip flight, for a family of four, including an 8 and a 5 year old, was OVER $300! And we packed reasonably, only checking three bags each way, plus the forced checking of the fourth bag on the way back."
Contras: "Insult to injury is their luggage tags, which all showcase the slogan "Save Major Moolah". I will NEVER fly Spirit again, and I will be lodging a formal complaint."
Prós: "We could sit"
Contras: "One hour late, no explanation why. One member of staff very rude."
Prós: "One customer service woman at the airport."
Contras: "Literally everything else. I could not have had a worse experience. Spirit's online system changed unexplainedly changed our address without our knowledge, therefore preventing me from checking my fiance in online. I spent too much time attempting to talk to them about it over the phone, and ended up being late to leave for the airport. On the drive there, I was able to get ahold of a customer service representative on the phone who purchased my fiance's luggage, seat, and checked her in over the phone. We arrived 43 minutes before the flight, and were turned away while attempting to check in her bag, being told that she was not checked in for the flight, and it was now past the mandatory 45 minutes before flight time and would not allow her aboard. I spent the next 2 hours arguing with customer service, where they accused me of lying and said that they don't even offer to check in people over the phone. I could go on, but it was absolutely awful, and we weren't able to be placed on a flight until the next morning."
Prós: "The crew was nice, I guess."
Contras: "It started with my flight being delayed a literal 6 times throughout the day, it was the last flight of the day. I checked in the night before and saved my boarding pass as a PDF since I don't have a printer. When I arrive over an hour before my latest and most stable delayed time, I'm not allowed to print a boarding pass at the kiosk and am directed to speak to someone at the desk, but lo and behold, they've already left for the night. TSA tells me they can't let me through because of course Spirit boarding passes aren't scannable. When I speak to the Spirit rep in baggage claim as TSA suggests, she tells me she can't help me, can't print the boarding pass, and that I had to call reservations to REBOOK my flight because I was "late" for a flight that I already checked in for and was still over an hour away from leaving as far as I was updated. Two other men were in the same situation and we basically had to beg people in Southwest to let us print our boarding passes so we could get on the flight. I was successful but I don't think my comrades were because of course when they logged in to Spirit, they no longer had access to the boarding pass, despite also checking in online earlier. When I get through security and the gate, I find out the flight is leaving 40 min earlier than any flight status update reports. NO notification anywhere. I was so hesitant to fly Spirit knowing their history with others but I was going on a < 36 hour trip wanted to save $. Spirit will never receive my business again. They intentionally create systems to inconvenience people and provide poor customer service."
Contras: "The flight was cancelled due to the plane being stuck in another city due to weather. I've had this happen before with other airlines, and they were able to rebook me on another airline's flight, with no price difference. With Spirit, they only were able to refund my money or move me to another date, four days later, which would have caused me to miss the event I was supposed to attend over the weekend. I thought since I was flying solo, without my kids in tow, using a cut-rate airline would have worked out. I've had no problems with JetBlue or SW in the past. But I would stay away from using Spirit."
Prós: "NOTHING POSITIVE!"
Contras: "They chose to cancel the return flight within 2 hours of the scheduled departure and were not at all helpful trying to get anyone out on any other airlines (because they're next available flight to that destination was 4 days out...) Not to mention on the initial flight to my destination, they had everyone board the plane 40 minutes early and then told everyone they had to all evacuate the plane and delayed the flight for 4 hours for NO reason!!!!! I would highly recommend avoiding flying spirit airlines at all cost, what I thought was a decent deal ended costing me an extra $400 for my last minute one-way trip and adding many many hours to my time traveling......"
Prós: "Flight was on time. Flight was comfortable. Crew was kind."
Contras: "Hidden fees were angering. It is marketed as unbundling, but this isn't advertised until its to late. i was shocked when I checked in online and was required to select a seat and tonpay an additional fee for it. Because other, less expensive seats were taken,I had to pay $50 for a seat on a flight that I already paid for. There was a fee for my bag, regardless if I check or carry on. Everyone has at least one bag! Unless I'm flying to be there for a couple of hours, I need a bag how dare you charge me for a seat and one carry on size bag. These things are standard. Food was very limited and very overpriced for the minuscule items. I had to pay $2.00 for about 10oz of coffee. In the end, Also, none of the seats on the flight recline so forget being comfortable and resting on the flight b In the end I paid more for this flight that I did when I made the same trip in Jet Blue. This "unbundling" is a marketing tactic designed to sooo customers into spending money on additional (some required) fees. I will never fly spirit again."

Prós: "Boarding was alright, pretty quick and that's about it."
Contras: "Well let's start at the check in, so I got to an airport about 40 minutes before my boarding(usually what I do when I fly with Southwest), went on to check in my bag, once I got there the receptionist was extremely rude, as well as uneducated on the layout of the gates, as soon as my bag got checked in she threw it off the scale and told me to move on as soon as I asked her why she is being so aggressive with my baggage. Then when I was boarding there were no smiles by the crew, the seats were extremely uncomfortable, and I was waiting for a water for about 15 minutes asked a crew member again and she responded with "You are not the only passenger here, I will bring you your water once I'm done with other passengers" and for the 15 minutes I did not see her help a single customer. I am so disappointed in this flight that I am not flying with them back, instead I spent just a bit more and will fly out of Chicago with a different airline. Avoid spirit airlines at all costs!"
Prós: "When a plane arrives late the turn around time is amazing. Doesn't take them much time at all to get going again. Attendants and pilots were professional."
Contras: "Boarding is a mess. You may board by zones but it really doesn't seem to workout. About half the people respect the order about half do not. People cut in line when they haven't even been there waiting. Do something like Southwest and have us board by groupings. They are much smaller units and people get in their correct order. You guys can get portable ones. That would move you all up significantly in the boarding process. That is by far the worst of all categories. The ladies at the gate really can't police that, make it easy for those who are boarding by having a clear and organized process."
Contras: "The extreme restrictions on luggage are very hard to deal with, and during the flight there are constant announcements for drinks and snacks for sale. Considering the base rate for a flight is only a little less than other airlines, and if you decide to pay for a reasonably-sized suitcase it's actually more expensive than other airlines, it doesn't make a lot of sense to fly with Spirit. It also feels like they're doing you a favor for even letting you on the plane, rather than grateful for your business. The entire Spirit experience drives me up a wall."
