That view of the northern sea and ice cap is Phenomenal and not to be missed if at all possible!! The crew was unwilling to help me find something else to eat and they were very rude. I am very disappointed of their customer service standards. I will not use Turkish Airlines again."

Contras: "I was on the phone for 4 hours, went to Turkish office in New York City (they didn't agree to see me), called various sales offices without obtaining a resolution. The only option I have is to lose the full fare of this ticket."

Prós: "I had an aisle seat that was the emergency exit row so I had excellent leg room. It felt that flight attendant was apologizing personally that they ran out of pasta before they got to my row and wanted to know if beef was okay to eat. Even for the short distance, the entree was more than what I expected on a short flight and in coach. Again the customer service was amazing."

Contras: "The planes were pretty warm/hot for most of our flights. I'm not sure if air condition was available, but I know some people asked. It did cool down eventually so they must have turned on air or fans, but I know the heat was on at some points which made it a bit uncomfortable for such a long flight."

Prós: "It was a 12 or 13 hour flight and except for sitting too much we were never uncomfortable. The service level made me think we were back in the 80's. Hot towels, attentive service, tons of food and free drinks. There was actually one meal that we would have eaten even if it wasn't on a plane. They gave out full size blankets and pretty fluffy pillows. (I bring our own anymore, because you never know if you will get one on most airlines, and if you do they're usually useless). Their entertainment system was amazing. We caught up on all the recently released movies that we've wanted to see for FREE! If only Netflix had this quality of movie offerings. They had fresh flowers in the huge bathrooms. It's that type of attention to detail you just really don't see anymore."
Contras: "Can't think of a thing that could actually be changed."

Prós: "Boarding was smooth enough and the flight seemed fast considering."
Contras: "My seat tv and headphones did not work, and I had to ask several times for assistance. They ran out of the food I could eat, and there was a child kicking the seat behind me 70% of the 11 hour flight. My seat was broken and would not stay reclined. The flight attendants were not attentive. I pressed the button a few times (to get assistance with the broken items, and no one came. The 11hour flight was more like being in a shopping mall for 11 hours, people getting up and walking everywhere, talking in the aisles-I understand the children crying-but kicking other peopmes seats is unacceptable and the flight staff should address that if their training allows."

Contras: "Excellent"

Prós: "Ability to choose my seat when I checked in online, ability to get a free hotel stay for my overnight layover"
Contras: "Food was so-so; the specific flight attendant's service could have been better; the multiple security checkpoints; checking passports before the gate was completely unorganized; the flight was slightly delayed (reason unknown) - didn't help that we had to be bussed to another gate to reach our actual airplane"

Contras: "We had two separate tickets: Istanbul-Odessa-Istanbul and Brunei-Singapore-Istanbul-Singapore-Brunei. Turkish Airlines refused to check our luggage to final destination, so we had to go out in Istanbul, take our luggage and do check in for SIA flight to Singapore. We were lucky that flight from Odessa arrived in time and we had one hour to do so."

Prós: "The entertainment part."
Contras: "It wasn't comfortable. They never give you a gate number in your ticket and I had to go and ask for it many times.No Internet, you had to pay to get access, why should I when you pay a lot of money for your ticket. Food choices sucked because they said sorry we only have one item from the menu...really? You are making me eat something that I don't want to eat.."

Prós: "Crew was very attentive, complete punctuality, everything of high quality."

Prós: "Crew was very helpful from FRA to LAX. ground crew in Athens was terrible. Very offensive, unfriendly, unprofessional and ill mannered. Entertainment was good but touch screen was very old and janky."
Contras: "Wifi not working even if you purchase the full flight plan. Other passengers had the same problems. It took 30 minutes to send one email. Ground crew in Athens was terrible. Not cooperative at all, and almost risked missing my flight because of them."

Contras: "More organize during boarding, better food (it was either too hot or not hot enough, quality wasn’t good, snacks horrible) compare to other airlines, not sure if we’ll use Lufthansa again for overseas trips"

Prós: "There was an reasonably attractive opportunity to upgrade to premium economy, which was extremely nice for my long haul flight"

Contras: "The flight itself was good. But the connection wasn't. For this schedule, it is next to impossible to make the connection. The gate that the SEA to FRA flighy arrives at is at least half an hour away from the gate that SEA to MAA leaves from and there is a security checkpoint in between."

Contras: "These scheduled flights on Jan 1, 2019 were cancelled by Lufthansa and we were not informed of these scheduled cancellations either by email or SMS. We waited for several hours at the airport before being informed by an airport staff. We missed one day of work and lot of inconvenience with transportation and accommodation in Bengaluru."

Prós: "Boarding was easy. Flight attendants were so attentive in Premium Economy. Entertainment choices were excellent. There was a USB charging port on the back of the seat. All good!"

Had to go so far between the two gates that had the flight from Seattle not been 30 minutes early and the plane to Barcelona posted as 10 minutes later than originally stated, we would have missed the connecting flight."

Contras: "11 hours of crying babies was too much. The practice of placing 4 cribs together on the bulkhead encouraged one baby to set the others off screaming. The toddler siblings then started fussing, the parents were then jumping up and down, jostling the other passengers, it was a nightmare! Hated every minute of it."

Also the system was down, so no check-in online = the biggest line at the airport, it took me more than 1 hour to check-in and drop my luggage, all to get there and the ground force lady (the rudest person alive) tell me that I had no seat available, that she was going to put me on the waiting list... WHAT? I bought my ticket already, waiting list? Well, to say that I highly doubt that I'll book with Lufthansa again."

Contras: "Not necessarily a critique, but I did find it very odd, and non-standard, that the all the overhead bins were closed during boarding. It gave the impression that they were all full, when in fact, they were all empty. Planes should have the overhead compartments all open until everyone is on board so people can see what space is available."

Why kayak even deals with companies like this I have no idea. I finally cancelled and I'm still getting emails aasking how my flight was."

Prós: "Premium Economy DIRTY , Aircraft was not cleaned even in Prem. Economy. Seat sold as Business Class on Kayak but actually exact same seat as economy in the back. Mean was disgusting Seat was dirty, Could not understand ANY of the announcements Will definately try a different carrier when available"

Contras: "1. Plane to small. there was no room. 2. Flight was delayed for 2 hors. 3. my suitcase was sent down to storage and my back pack have to be put under my feet. but there was two more tenet my seat already. 4. We have to board the plane in the middle of the airport. and have to walk a lot to get the gate signed. 5. Once arrived I had to connect to American Airlines flight and have to walk one mille and change to get to the other side of the airport. It will be ok, but I was with a 3 year old minor and I have to deal with this and the child"

Contras: "Too many people have carry on baggage that is too big, no space left in the overhead bins for those boarding last. Seats are too narrow, even for a person that is not particularly big."

Especially they treat every passenger equally or all the same with given out for any extra cost e.g. food, drinks, entertainement any thing we need while we are up in the air needs. Different from the first class section service in special airfare cost. Love to fly every time when I want to visit my families around the world. Keep it up the good work LATAM Fika Maiava - Sydney"

Contras: "My flight to Lima was delayed therefore I would miss the connecting flight to LAX. I learned of the delay by overhearing a conversation the employee was having with another passenger. No announcement was made, no options were presented to help the passengers with connection find a solution until we started demanding a solution. This ordeal started at 9pm and we did not make it out of the airport till 1:50am to a hotel for a 6am pickup back to the airport to start the process all over again."

Prós: "The seat"
Contras: "The food. Awful. Awful. Beyond awful."

Prós: "The crew service is excellent: prompt, efficient, and friendly. The free streaming inflight entertainment to use on your smartphone, tablet or laptop is a very nice feature on a 3-hour plus flight. The food for sale onboard is tasty and fresh. In my experience most domestic flights operated by Latam are on time."
Contras: "Latam crams its single-aisle Airbus fleet with one or two rows of seats too many: the seat space is crammed. The exception are the first three rows and exit rows, for extra pay or free for elite passengers. The first three rows have power outlets -nice and useful to watch streaming movies without draining your smartphone battery."

Prós: "Priority boarding."
Contras: "No airline lounge."

Contras: "space between seat is terrible, isn't enough to one person travel with confortable."

They give you a confirmation number to pay your flight ticket in "Plaza Vea" (Peru) and when you get there they told me that at only in a few "plaza veas" you can pay your ticket. I had to spend like 100 soles (30 dollars) to pay my upgrade seat. There is more Horrible experience to tell about it . Avoid LATAM"

Prós: "Smooth flight landed a little ahead of schedule."
Contras: "Had an isle seat on a red eye flight and I kept in my seat, attendants would walk by without disregard that people were sleeping and bump into them. I always fly window but there were no more available. I didn't get any drink or food but I did smell it when it was being served."

Contras: "Mi primera experiencia en Latam no fue nada buena, mi vuelo latam2005 de lima-cusco el día 3/10/16 se retrasó por 2 horas debido a un supuesto mantenimiento de ultima imprevisto, creo que son cosas que deben detectarse antes para hacer un cambio de avión y no hacer al pasajero perder su tiempo...el 2do vuelo de cusco-lima Latam 2020 día 6-10-16 también se retrasó con 1 hora debido a que viajaban demasiadas personas y necesitaban voluntarios para viajar en el próximo vuelo. La verdad no creo volver a viajar con Latam."
