This ordeal started at 9pm and we did not make it out of the airport till 1:50am to a hotel for a 6am pickup back to the airport to start the process all over again."

They have a generous baggage policy and unlike other airlines the airport departure tax is included in the fare. They serve the customers unlike the domestic airlines."

The pass was hand written and missing information but she assured me it would be fine. When I attempted to go through security they informed me this wasn't a boarding pass and was missing information. They said I would have to go back downstairs to the desk again. have a visible disability that affects the way I walk, and typically I do not require a wheelchair. I give myself enough time to get to my destination, but thanks to Brunella I was running incredibly late. I finally arrived though my flight was then rerouted to Orlando due to weather conditions at Miami and never arrived in Miami. The pilot of this flight LA2514 decided he was done and wouldn't fly there at all. The passengers were informed they would take buses to Miami."

I had to spend like 100 soles (30 dollars) to pay my upgrade seat. There is more Horrible experience to tell about it . Avoid LATAM"

The seats didn’t decline that well, and the temperature was either freezing or really hot."

Contras: "Had to check 2 of our luggages, and it cost $95 per piece. Never flown an airline where I had to pay more than $50 per piece. Also carryon has to be less than 8 kg. Our small luggage that we had to check never had any problems with any other airlines about being a carryon but since it was over 8 kg, it had to be checked. Took a 7.5 hour flight and the entertainment screen was not working for anyone, as the system was broken. Will not be flying with airline ever again."

Contras: "Our flight leaving Boston was delayed by 2 hours due to a mechanical issue. So, we missed our connection in Lisbon to Venice (our final destination). We were rerouted from Lisbon to Rome and then to Venice, turning our 2 leg journey into a 3 leg flight. We were offered just 16 euros worth of food vouchers for our trouble. We asked for lounge access because missing our connection meant we had to cool our heels in the Lisbon airport for 3 hours until our flight to Rome took off. We were told we'd have to pay for the lounge! Then, our flight to Rome was delayed. We stood at the gate for 40 minutes past boarding time. No staff even announced that the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. When we finally got to Rome, we had 10 minutes to make our connection to Venice. We lost an entire day in Venice."

Contras: "The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage"

Contras: "I'm curious with Air Europa for not thoroughly detailing me at the time of booking about the extraneous and very unreasonable check-in baggage fee for €60!! For checkin in 1 bag at the counter! The website was deceptive in its wording with 1 baggag is free and the rest has a fee. Therefore, i understood that i didn't have to purchase a check in luggage fee. That right there is living expense that I depended on for my trip. Thanks Air Europa! The check-in agent and another Air Europa representative at the Madrid airport did little to anull my fee that I felt mislead about. That was terrible customer service! I tried to give my flight a chance, but the touch down landing was probably one of the worst jolted sloppy touchdowns I've experienced. I looked around to see other's surprised reaction. I don't know of how Air Europa stocks or current state of economy are; but after dropping €60 for 1 checked in luggage, I'd expect a free beverage or light snack provided. Even the hot tea was €2.50. Im not happy and warning other's not to use this airline."

Prós: "We had no problems with boarding on time or checking our bags. Some reviews were upset about the in-flight entertainment (or lack thereof) but Netflix has a download option now and I pre-planned and binged an entire series on the flight. I didn't eat the food on the trip to Europe but on the way home I had the veggie pasta, wine, coffee and the pizza snack and it was all basically on par with other airplane food I've had. The attendants were also all fantastic and polite and helpful."
Contras: "The seats could be more comfortable and I don't love paying to choose my seat but these are small things in the grand scheme of it all."

Contras: "Crew was kind of rude. Late dinner service, on a overnight transatlantic lasting only 7.5 hrs one cannot wait More than two hours to get dinner and be able to catch some sleep. Noisy breakfast service, it did not matter if people tried to keep sleeping. The in-flight entertainment program was not tested and needed to be rebooted well into the first hour of flight. Poor preparation and not very kind crew."

Contras: "Very cramped seats for an average size person. When person in front pushed his seat back the seat was almost touching my face. Way too close."

Prós: "It got us to our destination. A member of the crew, the male attendant (can't remember his name), was very kind and helpful. We sat in the emergency exit row and it was the first time an attendant ever went over evacuation procedures for sitting there. (We always try to get the exit row bc I am six feet tall.) He was personable and funny and made us comfortable after waiting a long time to finally board."
Contras: "We couldn't find it! Our boarding pass said go to Gate ABC however that's not a thing. Each Gate A, Gate B, and Gate C had like 60 options. The crew from the previous flight didn't mention how to find connections or where to go and when we asked airport employees, they took one look at our ticket and said they didn't understand what Gate ABC meant. We saw a board and discovered it was Gate B65---a 45 minute run/walk away. We ran through the airport. We heard our flight being announced as final boarding so we ran even faster. When we got there, the attendant asked us if we were transfers and we confirmed. She then said that she was about to call our names. We were relieved we made it in time. Then we got on the bus to get to the train and waited 35 minutes!!! Why were we rushed through the airport only to wait on the bus?? Other people boarding after us did not look rushed at all. Also, the female crew member kept telling my mom to move her purse. My mom explained that it was attached to her outfit and that she wore it through takeoff but the attendant didn't listen because she just said again that my mom had to stow it. But it was part of her clothes! It couldn't detach! My mom explained again but the attendant said back "it is our policy to store purses." It was frustrating bc she either wasn't listening or didn't understand even when my mom showed her it was attached. She just stood there looking at my mom. It was attached to her jacket so my mom finally said whatever and had to take off her entire jacket (scarf was also attached) and put it in the overhead bins all because the woman seemed like she didn't understand English."
Prós: "Our seats were comfortable. The crew was kind. The flight was very smooth."
Contras: "The water and juice were hot. The coffee was not good, it didn't had coffee flavor. The ice was very poor. The lights were on the whole flight, we couldn't rest at any time."

Contras: "They canceled our flight and made us stay in JFK for 30 hours. Promised a plane out at 3pm the next day which never happened. Flew at 10:30pm and missed a full day of our honeymoon. No compensation or apologies. The flight was terrible very cramped seats, no entertainment, and horrible food. I suggest to never ever fly with this airline."
