tripulacao ótima, muito simpática e prestativa entreterimento bom, porém houve perda de sinal várias vezes embarque dentro da aeronave regular/ruim, falta orientacao pessoal no acesso a aeronave indicando por exemplo para retirar as mochilas das costas, para colocarem as malas no mesmo compartimento do assento e nao no inicio da aeronave e principalmente que a ordem de embarque respeite que senta nas janelas Conservacao da Aeronave ruim, assentos quebrados e o setor conforto apertado
Atrazo de 2 hs. A azul apanhando na ida e na volta. Me criou problema com estacionamento pré pago aqui em Curitiba
É terrível a forçação de barra que a equipe da cia aérea faz para despachar a mala de mão mesmo estando dentro do padrão estabelecido.

I have some pictures to prove it , my flight from SP to Fort Lauderdale I could not sleep at all. Not only me but the passenger in front of me . The seat was broken, where you rest your head it was falling apart, I tried to put it back but kept falling. The flight attendant tried once and gave up . I asked to change seats and they did not let me do . I had to fly basically straight all night , I could not rest my head on the seat. Never again with this company

Prós: "I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy."
Contras: "The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Also a lot of the food choices I wanted were gone already but not a big deal as there were many choices."

I did not get an email or text alert relating to the delay. When I checked in at 9:00pm, the counter agent did not alert me to the change in departure time. It wasn't until I looked at the Departure board in the Avianca lounge did I know of the 3+ hr. delay. When we finally boarded, at least the captain was kind enough to explain the reason for the delay - Avianca needed to change aircrafts, then the originally slated captain called in sick and his replacement had to wait out the required time off as he had just completed a long haul flight from Canada to Colombia. Great job running a company Avianca..."

Uma senhora entrou primeiro na aeronave e sentou na primeira fileira, apesar de estarem alocados nas poltronas 17 e quando os donos originais chegaram, não conseguiram sentar, detalhe que também idosos, tbm prioridade e de fato tinham escolhido é pago por tal assento. Achei um tremendo desrespeito pelas duas passageiras idosas que tiveram os lugares “roubados”. Elas ficaram bastante chateadas. Outra coisa, com a atual prática de cobrança para despachar mala, ficou bem difícil alocar os pertences."

Segundo o atendente do aeroporto sempre é um A319 que faz o trajeto e mesmo assim no site sempre é informado um A330. Além de ser uma aeronave menos confortável acaba ocorrendo contratempos com a marcação dos assentos, para quem viaja com filhos isso é um problema ainda maior, pois pode ocorrer separações (aconteceu conosco). Sugiro que a Avianca seja transparente com seus clientes e entregue o que está vendendo."

Os aviões são pequenos e oferecem o básico, principalmente no voo entre Miami e Panamá, onde não tem USB pra carregar celular. Mas enfim, compensa o custo x beneficio.
O voo noturno da copa é muito ruim.

flight was canceled and there was no Latam staff to help us upon arrival in MCO, i had to pay $350 for hotel room in MCO, due to flt was changed to 11:00 nest morning.
PAREM DE BUSCAR PASSAGEM DA KIWI. Essa empresa não respeita os clientes. Só comprei a passagem na kiwi porque apareceu na minha busca do kayak, como é o site que eu sempre utilizava e o que eu mais confiava para comprar passagens comprei, e só tive problemas. Quando fui buscar mais sobre a empresa vi que a reputação dela é péssimas e tinham muitos clientes descontentes. Fiquei muito decepcionada com a Kaiak por isso. Se vcs se importam com os clientes de vcs, tirem a kiwi dos mecanismos de busca, para que outros clientes não tenham a mesma experiência frustrada.
O checkin foi muito bagunçado, pessoas de outro voo entraram no avião por conta da mudança repentina de portão, e o staff muito desatento no portão.
A experiência foi excelente porque optamos por fazer upgrade de classe e a viagem foi muito confortável.
Atualmente existe a possibilidade de preparar a documentação para a viagem com antecedência, de modo a ganhar tempo nos processos de check in e embarque. A Latam até que tem uma tentativa de automatizar previamente esse processo, mas não funciona bem. Aceita apenas arquivos em PDF, mas o formulario Anvisa não tem versão PDF (apenas e-mail).
Nada para reclamar. No quesito atendimento da Latam via telefone (SAC) sobre dúvidas da viagem fui excepcionalmente bem recebida. Fiquei muito feliz. Obrigada!!!
It will be better if Latam will love to tell us when they made changes in my itenary. I feel that my itenary was change to however they like instead of how we arrange when I purchase my ticket. I have two elder people with me and i did not like that we have to split to be able to get home. The counter people does not know how fix situation and don't understand reasons.we wanted to board the plabe together as we purchase the ticket. i dont know why my ticket was the itenary the same as when we left to Peru. I feel that what I choose was not acceptable that.my itenary could be change to however Latam wants to do. That is very not nice and not restpetful to my wishes. Please call us for an apology and maybe a refund for all that we have to go to. My bag is also not get the destinatiin to Jfk.
aero moca queria por minha bagagem de mao no porao, falei para ela que nao queria por, pois tinha um voo de conexao assim que chegassemos em sao paulo, aero moca foi grossa e nao pensou em outra solucao. eu falei com outro passageiro que ja tinha outras malas no porao para ele por sua mala de mao no porao. voo saiu mais de uma hora atrasado.
Voo atrasado, tripulação omissa
Comprei assento conforto com a promessa de haver vaga exclusiva para colocação da mala de mão porém não havia e tive que colocar 6 fileiras atrás do meu assento.
O que mais gostei foi a cordialidade e prestatividade da tipulacao O que pode ser melhor: entreterimento e conforto
Não vejo sentido em etiquetar uma bagagem em um Totem se a mesma será pesada no checkin.
Os funcionários serem menos arrogastes e estupidos.
Alguns funcionários muito bons, já outros muito ruins com muita estupidez e arrogância.

Contras: "Latam Airlines has the worst service for the fare paid. We were charged for two carry on bags while other passengers with same bags didn’t have to pay. Crew gave us stupid explanations to justify charging us like you are in the boarding group 7 which we never asked to be placed. It’s the airline business to choose some passengers to charge $100000 Colombian pesos for getting bags, and then after being forced to pay for the bags crew doesn’t give a receipt so we wouldn’t have proof of the fraude. Charging for bags is at discretion of crew. When buying the tickets for me and my family I checked the policy about luggage and the website doesn’t state about being charged for getting regular size bags like ours."

My gosh, Aeromexico really just couldn’t be any worse. From start to finish, everything was terrible. Canceled flights, losing a day of our vacation, having to stay the night in Mexico City because of said canceled flight, no entertainment system, horrible turbulence, flight attendants who couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. It’s just a horrible airline and Covid has made it worse. Avoid if you can and go with Delta or Alaska.
Achei um absurdo que na conexão para Miami na Cidade do México ter que fazer imigração e passar por tudo , RX , mostrar testes covid etc . Péssimo ! Pelo Panamá é melhor vc não sai do setor de embarque na conexão .

Many hours late. Old plane. Allowed people to eat with masks off for 70 percent of the flight!! We are in a global pandemic!!! Unbelievable.
Com a Aeromexico nada tenho a dizer. Excelente viagem, atendimento. Com a Ibéria péssima comida.
Very think on time and a very nice flight, even arrives early.
Flight was delayed 1.5 hrs because the “new pilot” didn’t have his paperwork. There were ZERO food options . Check in process was too long. The app and customer service is marginal at best. I used to love AM , but I was super disappointed with this entire Roundtrip experience.
Prós: "NOTHING. AEROMEXICO NEVER MORE. AEROMEXICO NUNCA MÁS."
Contras: "I just had the worst experience ever with Aeromexico. First, they refused to change my flight, even with me willing to pay any applicable extra-charges. So I went ahead and bought a second flight, from Mexico City to Tijuana. Then, when I arrived at the checkin counter, I was surprised with how unprofessional and disorganized the staff was: nobody was respecting social distance, several people were not wearing a face mask and nobody from the Aeromexico staff was asking them to do so. But the worst part was the fact that my new flight — supposed to leave at 13:05 (AM 176) — only took off at 19:15. We’re talking about a 6:30hr delay and NO SUPPORT from the staff at all during this almost 7 hours of waiting. No clear information, no alternatives, no solutions, nothing. To top it all, after delaying several hours, we finally boarded the aircraft and after 1 hour seating there, the pilot told us that Aeromexico had just told him that his first officer simply wasn’t there, and therefore we couldn’t take of. WHAT??????? We had to leave the plane for another hour or so and the show only came to a finale at 19:15hr when we finally boarded and took of to Tijuana. Anyway, I honestly think I should be reimbursed or at least have 10x, 15x more the miles this flight will give to me."

Contras: "Ticket counter was stubborn to release our boarding passes despite having already checked in online. Saying we were “too late”. The kiosk would not release our boarding passes either. Yet, we breezed right through security to the gate and we’re first to board the plane having had to actually wait awhile before boarding. The ticket counter person unnecessarily made us wait even longer when we were already running late due to having spent 11 hours in the hospital day prior from E. coli. The boarding process was also sloppy. Three different attendants asked to see our passports. Why did everyone need to verify us? We were asked very silly and seemingly unnecessary questions before boarding further slowing the process. We were asked before boarding if we had checked a bag, not sure what difference that made."
Prós: "Arrived & check in @ 6 am waited on the gate they put on my ticket we were told that the plane was delayed, ok fine no problem it happens all the time. the plane departed from another gate. We were to far way from the gate to hear They never page me over head They Only page by the gate with was impossible to hear due to the Airport over paging all other depar flights. Went the time was to long and No Calls I went and ask a personnel at that time I got a phone call from the Airport personnel also telling me that my suitcase was down in the band. To find out the I have lost the plane. I went and talk to management after a few minutes of conversation nothing happen I have lost my plane my money . I am very frustrated sad because it was not a plesiosaur trip My mother was sick and I needed to see her take her to the Doctor. Had to borrow money from a family member to continue my trip. On my way back I try to check And I was Unable to do so. I arrived to the Airport to find OUT that they cancel my way back too!!!!!! I had to borrow money Again!!!! And stay in the Airport for 8 hrs! This was my experience my lost money time family worried about me and my sister.I had No signal in my phone due to the poor Cituation of this country went I'm able to check my fly with you KAYAK notice the right gate number and time went the plane was living. The attitude of management from Aeromexico was so rude And disrespectful. I will never use them again."
Contras: "For them to accommodate me and my sister in another fly And write the correct gate on my ticket And look for me if I'm not there, Page Over head my name on the Airport NOT just on the cubic area where is so difficult to hear due to all the noises and pages going on from all over Not mentioned that went they page the sound of the Voices is terrible!!!! I have fly with Interjet and Never had this problem They never live no one behind. Very unpleasant trip finding my mother sick and ended living her again and had to spent another 8 hrs to take a 11:55 pm flight home . Because they cancel my trip because they left me behind."

Prós: "Aeromexico’s service during check in and boarding is the worst I’ve experienced so far. They are so unorganized that wait lines are so long and can take hours that you can easily miss your flight. The staff is just around not helping at all, not doing much to put order and make lines move faster. It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days."

Contras: "After being the only person pulled out of line for my carryon and myself to be checked at the boarding gate, I asked a simple question to the lady who profiled me, “what made you profile me for this additional security check out of hundreds of passengers here, I’d like to know”. I was met with such rude behavior which I never encountered with any airline before. Not only was her attitude rude, she couldn’t answer my question and Aeromexico didn’t bother to get someone fluent in English to answer me. Notice I wasn’t refusing the security check; it’s just that they were rude, cold and made me feel like a criminal while checking me. They need to improve their system for security checks at the boarding gate. I don’t understand why I had to be checked further bc they already check every passenger before entering the gates and boarding area. I still don’t know the answer to my question. The lady’s attitude embarrassed me and ruined my experience. Aeromexico should retrain their staff and make them realize it’s bc of us they have a job and they should be serving us with proper customer service and have their attitudes in check. Because I have every right to ask that question and will continue to do so! I forgot the lady’s name..but would be happy if my msg got taken seriously and the lady made aware.."

Contras: "We were told to take our suite case to boarding gate and we wanted to check in our bags since I don't speak Spanish when we went through TSA they went through our large suitcase 4 times and keep all of our liquids which I knew it was not allowed but attendence told us to go any way the TSA search took forever when we got to boarding gate which still have 20 minutes before plane leaves they close The gate and made us pay full airline price all over again and waited 4.5 hours for next flight and I paid $50 on original flight for prefer seating and was not able to used any of my original price paid. Will never fly Aeromexico AGAIN!!! Worse day ever and TSA took my girlfriend iPhone during the 7 times they went through our stuff !!"

Prós: "We missed our flight to Bogota because Immigration was so understaffed. They were warned by Aero Mexico the day prior but chose to do nothing. Now we are having to pay for a second hotel and second flight from BOGOTA to Barranquilla. There are a lot of very angry and disappointed travelers today. We have been offered nothing and received nothing. And we loose another day of Carnivale. I won't be flying through Mexico city anytime soon. Kerry Greenlees"

Contras: "There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future."

First we waited 1 hour to get to the gate, then 1 hour to get the luggage and then 40 minutes at the connection desk. Nobody cares to organize the process so that passengers won't miss their connections. Aeromexico staff at the Mexico City airport is slow and poorly coordinated."
