Requisitos de entrada

Requisitos de quarentena

It's the 2nd Time Delta has done this to me in the space of 2 weeks and it's absolute Idiocy. Gouging you loyal customers like this is NOT how you do business."

Contras: "LEX to ATL to GRU did NOT happen because the LEX flights were delayed to the point of missing the ATL connection. While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."
Contras: "The past two times flying with American out of Dallas my girlfriend and I have been separated on the flight. The first time we were able to be placed with each other but this time the attendant at the counter basically told everyone that because the flight was booked and there were so many people who had the issue that she could not move anyone around to be with their families. That on top of being rude to many of the flyers just makes the DFW experience with American feel like they don’t care about you."

After debating with customer servinge several times and being forced to wait in line after being told things were fixed several time we had to threaten to record conversations and had someone call American Airlines headquarters and finally was able to get in the flight the same night. We at work be point were laughed at by an American Airlines customer service professional. I had purchased upgraded seats since I’m over 6 feet tall and they were not able to accommodate on the new flight, the flight was horrible and I had ton stand up every hour to make I the whole 12 hours."

Contras: "Since check in in São Paulo was a complete chaos. There were only 2 people helping on check in (in machines) and these people were still not helping people (like me) with questions about on how to do check in in those machines. On the other hand to dispatch the bags there were almost 8 attendants to receive the bags. Ridiculous! I’ve tried calling American Airlines and Latam several times to assign a seat for me and they swore there were only middle seats but I know how airlines work to make extra money on these seats. At the end, they only gave me a middle seat option and I had to take I.t of course. On the plane I realized there were dozens of empty seats and yet they made sure not give them to me or anyone else. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I still have to use AA on my way back to Brazil. After this, I’ll chose another airlines for sure. Also, the 3,4,3 arrangement is ridiculous: there’s no corridor space making people touching you everything someone passes by your seat. And boy! Those seats are so uncomfortable and there’s no way to incline the chair so you can even have a little rest (because it’s impossible to even sleep on those seats). The crew were simply doing their jobs! No pleasure! No smile! No engaging with anyone unfortunately! They looked miserable and I asked for water and the flight attendant NEVER brought me anything. Seriously! Water is free!"

Do they honestly think the passengers forgot? We are in the plane too! I understand they have to be careful due to liability but this airline is ridiculous. Believe it or not customers do not like being treated like children. Would not recommend to others or fly this airline again. Also, the lunch was awful even by airline standards. Btw the airline was avianca not AA. kayak must have messed up or they are owned by AA. AA is great and I recommend them wholeheartedly but Avianca is awful. Stay away if you can afford to do so."

Contras: "Upon boarding the aircraft, the attendant at the gate told me to check the size of my carryon bag against the test dimensions, which I did. My bag fit but I had to press the side in slightly to make it fit. She said it had to slide in without me pressing on it and proceeded to make me remove items from the bag in order to board the plane. I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."

Contras: "Delay while we waited for a crew from Denver and nobody cleaned the plane while they waited. Instead the crew arrives quite late to find a dirty plane. While the plane was being cleaned our Co-pilot was reassigned. We waited on the plane while they scouted up a different co-pilot. This caused another delay. Staff did the best they could but the organizational incompetence was not lost on the passengers."

Also they lost my luggage. LATAM and American Air Lines doesnt know where my luggage is. I arrived at my LAX 12 hours after. They still dont know where my luggage is"
Contras: "I had my reservation cancelled despiste numerous phone calls. The flight was operated by AA, and they told me I wasn't on the flight, but after many phone calls LATAN assured me I was booked on the flight. When I got to the airport, I was not allowed to board my direct flight from GRU to LAX, instead I was sent to Miami then Charlestown , I took me an extra 12 hours to get home. I lost a day of work. Who's going to reimburse me for that ???"

Contras: "no good glutenfree options. How about a Turkey Sandwich on multigrain gf bread? Or a wrap made with corn tortillas? Toasted almonds instead of only pretzles. Or a coconut macaroon instead of a cookie made with wheat."
Contras: "Our flight was so late. I actually missed the original time. Ran thought TSA, sprinted to the gate and then... waited for slightly over an eternity. But honestly, the great part of AA is the super small seats, really whi fits in these seads. Thank you. I'm 4-5."

Contras: "How does American think it can get away with a mediocre business class fitting and charge the same as Lufthansa and United? In this flight, the did recline 170º but formed a ramp that did slowly slide the passenger under the set in front of him. I'd recommend someone from AA should fly Lufthansa Business Class or Singapore Airlines Business to check out how it should be done! ANd then, flying a beaten up 777-200er while its competitors fly 787 is nonhing but a shame!"

Contras: "The desk does not open until two hours before your flight. Our flight was canceled, 10 minuets before boarding .... with no recourse we were booked on the next day. It took the airline 3 hours after the cancelation to get out luggage back. When we finally got out, the next day, our flight was delayed and we almost missed our connection. Every one who was trying to make the same connection said that every time they fly Air Canada they are always running. We needed up being the last ones on the plane.... they gave away our seats so we were separated for 12 hours. And shoved into corners!!! Our bags made it two days late."

Contras: "Firstly I will start with the lack of service we provided when trying to get seats together after checking in online. We rang and were told to try at the airport counter. Then at the airport counter we were told to try at the gate and then at the gate when I went to ask I was told to go get both tickets before they told us that there was no 2 seats together anyway rather than looking first. All whilst explaining this was our honeymoon and we would really like to sit together as husband and wife. Then once we boarded the guy sitting next to me was happy to swap seats with my wife as he had back problems and had asked for an aisle seat but was denied. Finally we are underway and I find that my entertainment touch screen doesn't work so even though it is one i can't select anything to watch. Plus to top it off the seat arm rest was broken. Obviously with a fairly full flight with no 2 seats together their wasn't much that could be done immediately but where is the maintenance and actual physical plane quality? Do your engineers or staff not check things? Overall dispite this being our national carrier I am ashamed to claim that. Many of our overseas visitors for the wedding from Australia and Europe also had similar complaints."

Prós: "Are they ever friendly? Concerned about their customers? It's unreal how indifferent they are to your time and comfort!"

Prós: "Espaço para as pernas na classe econômica foi suficiente para mim, a tripulação foi cordial, o avião era novo à parte de entretenimento foi boa."
Contras: "Quando embarcamos, quase todos os espaços para as malas já estavam ocupados, o espaço lateral das poltronas era muito apertado, a reclinação era péssima, praticamente inexistente. Quando decolamos, começou a cair água na nossa cabeça. O funcionário responsável disse que era do ar condicionado e era normal. A comida era ruim, sem gosto e com acompanhamentos que não combinavam, por exemplo no meu caso era frango com uma salada de vagens e pepino. Fora o horário das refeições, quase não era oferecido bebidas em um voo de 10 horas."
Prós: "The flight attendant struggled were young very helpful and nice"
Contras: "No TV on back of seats. Seats very uncomfortable"
Contras: "Very rude air crew who treats you as a bus passenger, does not completely listen to your requests, on business class. I also had my return connection flight cancelled and moved 6 hours ahead of the original one, which made me just wait that long at the airport."
Contras: "Ground staff allowed drunbk woman to board, air crew didn't want to take her.. eventually she had to be thrown off before takeoff and that delayed us another hour."
Contras: "One attendant walked by offering water - nice that they offered water in the middle of the flight. But she didn't even give customers the chance to raise their hands bec she walked by so fast saying "water, water, water." I wasn't even dozing off and I couldn't catch her and I was sitting by the aisle. Dirty bathrooms with doors that don't lock - not just one particular stall but more than one stall."
Prós: "Flight attendant was snarky to my uncle when asked how come they did not have their prebooked seats together. Her reply was something along the lines of "you can take another flight" and then she walked off, not offering any other solution."
Prós: "Crew and Confort"
Prós: "Nothing was done badly, but my flight out was with a different airline and I suppose that spoiled me."
Contras: "Flight delay"
Prós: "There was an excellent agent during boarding. I didn't catch his name but he was a tall dark skin gentlemen and he went over and beyond to assit me. His kindness left a lasting impression on me. I only wish I had his name, because he deserves to be noticed for his excellent service."
Prós: "flight attendant on flight from Lima to Toronto was very nice and friendly guy."
Contras: "flight cancelled due to "crew sick" 5 min after boarding. chaos at the gate. most disorganized ever. no communication. no concern for customer satisfaction or basic needs (sleep, food). the flight itself was standard. food was disgusting. only one option and nothing healthy. one flight attendant spoke to other customers in rude tone for most basic instructions."
Prós: "excellent take off and landing, very smooth"
Contras: "Could serve a nicer snack.....came around once with free liquids....seemed more interested in pushing food to purchase....don't like paying for a seat when you already paid for a ticket"
Contras: "Second flight in a row delayed almost 1.5 hours."
Prós: "Everyone was very pleasurable"
Prós: "I liked having the pillow and blanket giving to us. So great!"

Contras: "Non weather related cancellations of 10 flights to the US and every other flight was delayed by a minimum of 2 hours. Many flights were delayed by hours then cancelled later on. There was no explanation from the staff. Also, one of the door fire alarms kept going off every few minutes and it was never fixed but eventually shut off. Very unreliable air carrier."
Contras: "There wasn't a food in the International flight. Air Canada is so crazy!"
Contras: "There could be a better snack..."
Contras: "40 min flight delayed for 1 and a half hours. Missed connecting flight. Staff was extremely rude to the hordes of people inquiring about missing their connecting flight, and were given different instructions."

Prós: "Crew was great.. offering my daughter snack choices when she did not like the initial offering."
Contras: "There was a 1.5 hour delay related to passenger issue that we never did hear the real details on what was going on. Understand security comes first."
Prós: "I sat with my husband by the window."
Contras: "First the plane had a delay for an hour, then additional two more hours of delay because we had to wait for another plane with passengers had to connect to the flight. Once we were boarded, we waited another hour for more passengers with luggage issues. After the plane took off, I was happy that the crews continued to offer us water, then I found out that there was no meal plan for the flight. I was hungry after all the unexpected wait plus the 4.5 hours flight to Chicago. I feel that the airline could offer passengers a meal after all the unexpected delays."
Prós: "solid landing, on time departure"
Contras: "Old plane, with signs of wear. Food for purchase only. When did Air Canada take on this US business model?"
Prós: "Nothing to like or not like. Classic small (Embraer) flight for 3 hours. Nothing special one way or the other."
Prós: "This was the usual flight. Nothing exceptional. The flight crew were very nice."
Prós: "Everyone was very courteous to us. Very little turbulence on trip. Flying is very easy today more than Even 5 years ago. I will fly again on Air Canada"

Prós: "Security and.boarding were pretty smooth. Flight was not full so extra seats were available. This flight was direct Toronto to Rome which was nice, previous flights stopped in JFK which meant additional security and immigration screening"
Contras: "One of the entertainment terminals wasn't working, switched seats"
Prós: "Captain kept the interested customers informed of how the Toronto Raptors game was progressing. Friendly crew. Upgraded to an economy premium rouge seat and was very comfortable."
Contras: "Checked in online but wasn't able to pay for luggage fee. Tried at Kiosk at Barbados airport and was directed to counter service which was a very long line. Selection of TV shows on AC app could be more current."

Prós: "The flight itself was as good as expected: Attentive crew and competent pilot, good enough food, comfortable enough (for coach) seats, and clean airplane. The seats could be made to recline a bit more but nobody seems to be doing it for coach class."
Contras: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes causing me to lose the connecting flight home by about 5 minutes There was no effort from United to help me to get the second flight on time or from the crew on that one to delay it enough for me to arrive. They suggested I waited 9 hours for the next available flight or to get one by AA in Reagan Airport in 3 hours. They told me that transportation to that airport would not be reimbursed and would cost between 20 and 40 dollars. I didn't know the airports were that far apart and the one-hour taxi drive cost me 80 dollars. From Sao Paulo to Washington, things went as well as expected. Once landed everything was horrible."

Contras: "My least favorite thing about flying to Dulles is getting on those ridiculous people movers to go to customs and immigration s. Creates a larger cluster of people at immigration and something else I have to wait on. Also - why is GRU already using buses for boarding 787s? The new terminal just opened three years ago-- missed opportunity."
Prós: "I had window seat"
Contras: "They cut one hour and took off when I made chek in they gave another ticket I was supposed to arrive 6 pm in my destination I arrived 11 pm and they were very very rude when I tried to complain about it! United no more!!!"

Contras: "What entertainment system? This was terrible. While so many airplanes have personal screens and entertainment systems, this flight was a find your own connection and good luck. Not very helpful and on a VERY late flight (due to weather)."

Contras: "Too many seats too close together. The entire trip was too hot and stuffy. The flight attendants showed minimal care about the uncomfortable hot and stuffy environment."

Contras: "Spoke to united agent night before light. Re distance between gates in in Houston. Wasn't sure that I was only two gates away and I would not need wheelchair transportation. However when I re-arrived in Houston not only was I at the far end of the terminal I landed in I had to go all the way out and catch a train to a different turn on and the and the gate was not there, was train ride to different terminal, I just made the flight, but my hip is still hurting"
