KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

Tenho necessidades especiais de alimentação (doença celíaca) e fiquei com pouca opção para o lanche a bordo no trajeto Amsterdão/Lisboa.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Contras: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Contras: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."
Adorei a companhia é super recomendo
Se puder dispor de alguma grana, pague pelas poltronas em duplas, se estiver acompanhado é o melhor, para evitar o estresse de levantar para um banheiro no meio da madrugada

Contras: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."
Contras: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."
Prós: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Contras: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

It was not that good. The AC of the the airplane was off for 30 minutes before it took of. When asked for it to be turned on, the flight attendant was completely rude and said that I would have the option to get off the plane if I didn’t like the situation. I thought it was disrespectful and unnecessary for him to act like that, especially when there were passengers that were tired and without sleep after an international flight.
Standard flight. Could be better by taking off on time and landing on time.

Contras: "Os lavatórios são sempre sujos, com mal cheiro e por vezes os materiais (sabonete, papéis...) acabam. Utilizá-los antes do pouso então é uma desafio. Para voos tão longos, as cias aéreas deveriam pesar em algum solução para manter o padrão de limpeza durante todo o voo, não somente no embarque."
Contras: "Requested a cup of hot tea during beverage service. Received a cup with the tea bag, sugar and creamer, and was told that they would return with the hot water. They completed service and I had yet to get the water. Reminded the flight attendant twice more that I was still waiting for the water before they finally brought it."
Food was better than expected, we got dinner and breakfast in a flight from DC-London.
Every single BA flight I've been on this year has been delayed, sometimes 30mins sometimes 1 hour, there's also been huge delays on the luggage collection at arrivals. It's amazing how they keep blaming everything either on a system fault or on covid.

A classe econômica premium é muito confortável. A fila para despacho das malas estava enorme e muito demorada, mesmo para quem já tinha feito o check-in.
Air Canada cancelled our Montreal<->Miami direct flights both ways, the latter only 13 hours before take off. In both cases they offered alternative bookings that tripled our travel time with no compensation. We declined the return flight (via Denver) and rebooked on Air Transat (direct). Be very careful using this route as Air Canada seems to cancel these flights often.

Contras: "Our luggage was trashed. Brand new luggage was broken with holes in the side and wheels missing. This was not cheap luggage this was 10 year warranty luggage but how do you collect on a warranty when you’re in a foreign country? So had to buy new luggage for the trip home. We’ll see if it survives their lame baggage handling."
Prós: "I liked the movie selection, the service, and food/drinks."
Contras: "With a 20 minute layover, I barely made the flight and my checked bags/luggage did not make it. This had a horrible influence on my trip and I am heavily disappointed in Air Canada."
Contras: "My flight was at 6 am and I fell ill with strep throat the morning of. I had not gotten flight cancellation insurance so I had no choice but to board the flight while feeling sick. The illness got rapidly worse and before I knew it I had a fever and was nauseous and dizzy and was overall feeling terrible. For the first half of the flight I tried to sit through it, but it became too much as I was squished into a middle seat and was overheating extremely due to the fever and started to get overwhelmed and felt claustrophobic. At this point I decided that I could not wait out the rest of the flight in this middle seat so I went to talk to the flight attendants to ask to be moved to a seat with more space. Now, I had not slept at all the night before (because I had to take the bus to the airport at 2 am) and felt very overwhelmed with being so sick and so when I went to talk to the flight attendant I started to cry and told them I was feeling claustrophobic and wished to be moved to a seat with more space because I was very ill. I emphasized that I was sick and had to repeat this many times, but the flight attendants seemed to think I was having an anxiety episode even though I repeated many times that I was very sick. It took them HALF AN HOUR to find me a new seat. I spent this time standing while I felt extremely dizzy like I was going to pass out. I feel the situation was handled very poorly. Two of your flight attendants started trying to counsel me on anxiety and seemed to completely disregard the fact that I was extremely ill and that was causing me to feel claustrophobic (to put things in perspective, I spent the next 3 days unable to move from my dads couch, unable to eat anything, and had to be taken to the hospital because I could not even drink water). The illness started right before I was getting on the plane and at the time of boarding I had no idea how quickly it would get so bad. As an example of how poorly this was handled, one of the flight attendants handed me a pen and told me to "name my anxiety, and why I was feeling anxious and to write reasons that this may make me feel anxious" it was ridiculous. Here I was, about to pass out I was so dizzy and it took them half an hour to find me a new seat (I understand that the flight was very full but there were empty seats available). I kept repeating, I feel dizzy, I feel nauseous, I'm very sick, I need to sit down, please find me a seat and they spent half an hour trying to give me a therapy session on anxiety. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and feel like it was dealt with terribly by the staff on board. When a customer says I'm very ill with a fever and it's causing them to feel claustrophobic and they need to be moved to a seat with more room, the staff should not spend half an hour trying to counsel them on anxiety while the customer is standing there about to pass out. This experience made me feel like I wish to avoid traveling with Air Canada in the future."

Prós: "Seats were comfortable and Crew was friendly. The Captain was giving updates when appropriate and even was friendly when the passengers were disembarking. It seems like he really enjoys his job and that made my trip nice. I liked getting the blanket and pillow on every seat. It was very nice not to have to search for them."
Contras: "Didn't have the Air Canada app so couldn't access WiFi to download app for the entertainment. It might be helpful if the airline would tell you ahead of time so you are prepared. Also, no real description of food offerings. Would be helpful if there was a description beside chicken or vegetarian."
Prós: "A lot of leg room."
Contras: "Air Canada flights are always delayed. The crew is rude and usually not helpful when asking for something. In addition, when I bought the ticket I was asked if I spoke English because I was sitting in the exit row; however, the couple sitting next to me obviously did not speak and they let them stay there anyways."

Contras: "The plane was VERY tight. It is probably the plane with the least amount of legroom I have been on, very uncomfortable. The flight staff, although nice, was uninformed of the necessary paperwork to enter the DR and, as we landed, it made a big mess because no one knew what they needed and had to start filling out paperwork all at once."

Contras: "Most uncomfortable flight I can remember in last couple years. My knees were squeezed into the seat in front, and when they reclined, the seat was like 1.5 cellphone lengths from my face. The particular route from SD to Toronto squeezes 15 more seats on this popular plane, making it the least knee room I can remember. I wouldnt say Air Canada has less legroom as a generalization, but this route and plane assigned has the least. I guess if you're taller, do a little research on the planes for your routes. No actual wi-fi was kind of annoying. You can access some content, but no real internet connection."

Contras: "Quando embarcamos, quase todos os espaços para as malas já estavam ocupados, o espaço lateral das poltronas era muito apertado, a reclinação era péssima, praticamente inexistente. Quando decolamos, começou a cair água na nossa cabeça. O funcionário responsável disse que era do ar condicionado e era normal. A comida era ruim, sem gosto e com acompanhamentos que não combinavam, por exemplo no meu caso era frango com uma salada de vagens e pepino. Fora o horário das refeições, quase não era oferecido bebidas em um voo de 10 horas."
