Requisitos de entrada
Os viajantes estrangeiros devem apresentar um atestado médico com resultado negativo no teste PCR COVID-19 emitido até 48 horas antes.
Os viajantes com um teste realizado antes de 48 horas da chegada terão permissão para entrar na Croácia, mas receberão uma ordem de isolamento e deverão ser testados novamente no local, às suas próprias custas.
Os viajantes devem preencher um formulário de entrada na Croácia que deve ser apresentado na chegada. O formulário também pode ser enviado online antes da partida.
Os viajantes que chegam da África do Sul ou do Reino Unido devem apresentar um atestado médico com um resultado negativo no teste PCR COVID-19 para emitido até 48 horas antes.
Requisitos de quarentena
Os viajantes que não apresentarem um resultado negativo no teste PCR estão sujeitos ao teste feito imediatamente após a chegada à Croácia e a permanecerem em auto-isolamento até receberem um resultado negativo.
Os viajantes podem ser solicitados a isolar-se ou passar 14 dias em instalações oficiais de quarentena do governo, se necessário para evitar a disseminação de COVID-19; a colocação em quarentena fica por conta do viajante.
Os viajantes que não recebem pedidos de auto-isolamento recebem um Panfleto com Recomendações e instruções do Instituto Croata de Saúde Pública que devem ser seguidas por 14 dias após a entrada no país.
Os viajantes que chegam da África do Sul ou do Reino Unido estão sujeitos a um auto-isolamento de 14 dias. Eles têm a opção de fazer um teste para COVID-19 (às suas próprias custas) após o dia 7 para encurtar o período de auto-isolamento se receberem um resultado negativo.

We tried to hold this flight (the return flight that we had paid for in our round trip ticket) but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that they had sold our seats. We had to pay $250 USD to fly standby (and "reissue" the tickets that we had already paid for) on a flight that was oversold by at least 6, and we heard other passengers also being told their tickets were sold. Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We won't be flying with them again."

Contras: "I did not check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I am a Star Alliance Gold member and I was expecting SWISS to have a similar booking system like the others I fly with. I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

We got to Zurich with 30 minutes to go. We literally ran to get to gate E. We got no help from Swiss employees and got to our gate with 10 min before flight. They said gate was closed. Went to transfer desk, next flight was next day at 1 pm. Missed very important meeting at work that I had planned around for months. Very upset and disappointed. Felt they could have helped us a lot more and got us on our flight."

I am only 5'7", 150lbs, but for the first time ever could not reach my belongings in the under-the-seat space in front of me. Seriously, it was that cramped."

From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

It means to have halal meat , we are not vegetarians ! 3- my baggage didn’t arrive to the airport and I filed a report and was told that I will have them tomorrow and now after four days the baggage didn’t arrive yet and I was told that one of them is missing !!!!!!! I can’t hate them enough."

Contras: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."

When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

Chegando no aeroporto de Madrid, precisamos ficar numa fila enorme para passar na imigração, depois em outra fila bem demorada para pegar o cartão de embarque e novamente uma fila imensa para outra imigração na hora de embarcar de noite para São Paulo. Não entendi porque não deram os dois cartões de embarque lá em Zagreb, como todas as companhias aéreas fazem. Mais de uma hora antes do embarque, recebi um e-mail da Iberia, achei ótimo. Dizia que já havia iniciado o embarque. Corremos para o portão e lá chegando havia uma fila imensa de passageiros já posicionados para embarcar. Não havia indicação visível de qual fila nós deveríamos entrar. Depois de muito perguntar, e de entrar na fila errada, consegui achar a minha fila. Ficaram todos os passageiros ali em pé, esperando mais de 40 minutos para iniciar o embarque. Terrível. Só posso elogiar os atendentes no sentido de fazerem as pessoas que estavam em fila errada a irem para o final da fila deles, mas não culpo as pessoas por estarem na fila errada pois eu mesmo demorei muito para entender onde deveria me posicionar. Se o embarque só começa no horário marcado, não entendi porque fazer todos ficarem de pé mais de 40 minutos na fila. Eu mesma deixei de ver as lojas do free shop por achar que estava muito atrasada. A comida era bem básica e o café da manhã fraco. Os comissários demoram muito para recolher o lixo e ficamos esperando com a mesa aberta um tempão. Enfim... precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos."
