A distancia entre as poltronas era muito pequena, quando o passageiro reclinava a poltrona, ficava praticamente impossível permanecer com as pernas atras do assento. Não servirem jantar apenas sanduiche com somente café e água e não ter café da manha foi inacreditável.

Uma senhora entrou primeiro na aeronave e sentou na primeira fileira, apesar de estarem alocados nas poltronas 17 e quando os donos originais chegaram, não conseguiram sentar, detalhe que também idosos, tbm prioridade e de fato tinham escolhido é pago por tal assento. Achei um tremendo desrespeito pelas duas passageiras idosas que tiveram os lugares “roubados”. Elas ficaram bastante chateadas. Outra coisa, com a atual prática de cobrança para despachar mala, ficou bem difícil alocar os pertences."

Além de ser uma aeronave menos confortável acaba ocorrendo contratempos com a marcação dos assentos, para quem viaja com filhos isso é um problema ainda maior, pois pode ocorrer separações (aconteceu conosco). Sugiro que a Avianca seja transparente com seus clientes e entregue o que está vendendo."

Os funcionários informaram que em função da alta demanda seria oferecido um voucher de $400 para que alguns passageiros deixassem para ir no próximo vôo, o que caracteriza uma falta de controle das vendas de passagens, por esse motivo demorou quase 1 hora para a decolagem. O vôo não tem TV. De resto foi tudo bem.
Igual toda econômica das outras cias, porém, não tem nenhum entretenimento a bordo e uma comidinha excelente

Contras: "There was a storm at our destination, Panama City and we were unable to land on time ultimately missing our connecting flight. The crew gave us little to no communication about the situation and when asked they said our connecting flights would wait for us. When we finally did land there was not a gate available. We had to wait for a bus to pick us up and drive to a gate, this took at least 30 minutes. When we finally got to the gate of our connecting flight, we were only 15-20 minutes late. Our flight had already left and the staff directed us to the information desk for assistance. They sent us in the wrong direction. When we got to the correct desk we waited for an hour and a half to be seen, there were at least 30 people behind us. They offered us a flight that wouldn’t arrive to our final destination, San Francisco, for two days. We opted to have them fly us to Miami and then had to purchase our own flight from Miami to San Francisco. When we boarded our flight to Miami later that night we had to wait for over an hour for other passengers and bags that were delayed. Our bags are missing and we had to wait in an another hour long line to submit a claim. Overall it’s been a complete nightmare."

Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all. In the airports On the board for departing or arriving change every time the gates if you are not standing up there you never get in to the next departure. Over all NOT RECOMMEND"

Our flight from Lima the airplane left 30 minutes late. Overall people were still boarding the plane to Las Vegas and we were directed to Copa Customer service were we had to pay an additional $662.00 for a “Standby” ticket for the next Day.!!! Overall we had to find a hotel in a city we are not familiar with and possibly losing our jobs in America for not arriving back to work on time. Overall we were not the only individuals experiencing difficulties with Copa Airlines, there were as many as 15 people with complaints for change of boarding doors with out notifications, missed flights due to late arrivals. It all seems a scam and as soon as we return to America, we have contacted several attorneys interested in class action lawsuits against Cooa and its affiliates. Stay away from Copa."

Atualmente existe a possibilidade de preparar a documentação para a viagem com antecedência, de modo a ganhar tempo nos processos de check in e embarque. A Latam até que tem uma tentativa de automatizar previamente esse processo, mas não funciona bem. Aceita apenas arquivos em PDF, mas o formulario Anvisa não tem versão PDF (apenas e-mail).
It will be better if Latam will love to tell us when they made changes in my itenary. I feel that my itenary was change to however they like instead of how we arrange when I purchase my ticket. I have two elder people with me and i did not like that we have to split to be able to get home. The counter people does not know how fix situation and don't understand reasons.we wanted to board the plabe together as we purchase the ticket. i dont know why my ticket was the itenary the same as when we left to Peru. I feel that what I choose was not acceptable that.my itenary could be change to however Latam wants to do. That is very not nice and not restpetful to my wishes. Please call us for an apology and maybe a refund for all that we have to go to. My bag is also not get the destinatiin to Jfk.
Tudo muito bem, tudo muito bom, Ressalvas: Não é possível servir chá de camomila no café da manhã. É um disparate. Tem que haver outras opções de chás. Aliás vocês poderiam voltar a disponibilizar aquele lanchinho da madrugada. Faz falta. Outra coisa: Vocês marcam nossos assentos, parece que por sorteio, sem respeitar a necessidade de cada um. Sou uma senhora de 80 anos com problemas nas pernas e levanto varias vezes durante o vôo. Preciso de uma poltrona no corredor. Simples assim. Não pode ser por sorteio Respeitem seus usuários que escolheram vocês dentre tantas companhias.
o embarque demorou mais de uma hora, e depois ficamos mais uma hora aguardando documento de embraque com lista de passageiros para liberarem o voo.
aero moca queria por minha bagagem de mao no porao, falei para ela que nao queria por, pois tinha um voo de conexao assim que chegassemos em sao paulo, aero moca foi grossa e nao pensou em outra solucao. eu falei com outro passageiro que ja tinha outras malas no porao para ele por sua mala de mao no porao. voo saiu mais de uma hora atrasado.
O que mais gostei foi a cordialidade e prestatividade da tipulacao O que pode ser melhor: entreterimento e conforto

flight was good. Food is a small sandwich so eat before you get into the plane. There is no entertainment on the flight, so make sure you bring ur own device.
This is one of the oldest airplanes I've ever been in. No tv, no entertainment at all, seats are SO UNCOMFORTABLE and the whole flight was so cold. It's the worst flight ever. Avoid it.

They did not say how they would deal with the 2 days of passengers backed IF it was to fly the next day. We found another form of transportation."

Prós: "Tentei cancelar a passagem pois nao consegui pegar esse voo por motivos particulares. Tentei cancelar mas nao consegui um retorno positivo"

Contras: "Não há opções de comida para quem não come carne. Não há nenhum tipo de entretenimento ou entrada USB."

Prós: "We got there checked in and checked the bags. We went to the what we thought was f but was not. We happened to turn a corner with no signs. After going to the bathroom and sitting for 20mins, i thought it was weird no one was calling boarding 12mins before the flight. After talking to two people they said they left."
Contras: "No paging for checked in guest, no warning of early departure."
Prós: "Crew made effort to accomodate"
Contras: "Paid the surcharge to pick my seat. Check in changed my seat to emergency row. 1. I don't like the emergency row. I am not fluent in Spanish, the predominant language for BOA. They had to change my seat and changed me to an aisle seat. My shoulders are too wide and get hit by carts personnel. This was a Red Eye flight. So, between the bumps on the aisle and the storms we were flying thru, there was no sleep to be had. I also believe that BOA is reducing the pressure in the cabin. My breathing was like I was up in La Paz ( strained). This was a 7 hour flight. One of the wordt if not the worst, I have ever flown in 50 years of flying. Also, I do not usually gripe."
Prós: "Good service at the counter"
Contras: "They sold me a Business ticket and there was no Business on the flight. I asked for a reimbursement on the ticket and they told me that I had to contact VAYAMA. I did not get on the flight."
Contras: "they didn't have enough fuel. Two hours in Jamaica to refuel which was not scheduled ruined the rest of our day. We were unable to make our appointments"
Contras: "I had to overnight in Santa Cruz. Flight was cancelled, they rebooked me next day"
Contras: "In the flight from Buenos Aires to Miami we had to spend 5 hs VVI airport waiting for the connection flight."
Prós: "There unfortunately was nothing positive about this trip."
Contras: "The flight was delayed three hours (they indicated mechanical issues but I suspect capacity came into play since they substituted a much smaller plane and that plane still wasn't full). I missed my connecting flight and I am on standby all day but the flights today are full so it is a strong possibility I will be spending the night in MIA and not making it to my final destination today. Not one update at the airport was in English even though the flight was going to a US city. Once on the plane the flight attendant repeatedly asked me questions not in English when she knew I didn't understand her and I know she spoke English since she made a few announcements in English. food was not good. Very carb heavy and protein was very dry. No entertainment on a 7 hour flight. No place to buy a book or magazine in the holding pen area prior to boarding. This flight was not worth the money saved. I would have been better off spending a few more hundred on another airline."

Contras: "No can beverages, small cup of water. Sporting luggage is charged for oversize even if you are taking skis. The plane is a small one, no entertainment, poor food. If you are connecting in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, the airport over there is so small and you cant even charge your phone."

Contras: "BoA check-in crew need to be trained, they leave their desks when you are hand them your passpport and make you wait more than 45 minutes, this is due to the M.A.S controlled government, this issues never happened before this party came into power. Beware when you check in , these shady employees will try everything the can to halt this process and leave some passengers behind and too late to board the plane, and you will have to pay $200 to reschedule your flight next day, Also beware of the changing lanes for check in, thats how they get you pay those fines, you are first in line , then it changes and you are now last."
Prós: "Great service, and the food was actually very tasty and fresh! I was comfortable and felt like I was in good hands. Thanks! Also loved the pillow and blankets, as well as the wine, which was surprisingly very high quality and also put me to sleep."

Prós: "There was no way to check in ahead of time, either on-line or otherwise. It would be helpful. The staff was friendly, the seats comfortable with plenty of leg room."
Contras: "The meals are at awkward times. I would prefer one or the other, but not both."
Prós: "Everything that BoA provided was top notch. They just simply do not provide entire swaths of things that other airlines typically offer."
Contras: "Website check-in is a joke: the site crashes or just gives you errors, it barely gives any information. You can't even look up your itinerary. You most certainly can't check in, nor get help. Useless website. No wifi, on any plane, of any type. No on-board entertainment: My all-day flight had no entertainment of any kind. No movies, no reading material, no wifi, and no power outlets. You better have pre-loaded stuff on a computer or tablet that is fully charged, or you're just going to sit in a metal tube for 7 hours with nothing to do."
Contras: "Flight was rescheduled 40 minutes earlier, but notification wasn't sent to us until almost 2 hours after the flight."
Prós: "I liked the service in cabin plus the vegetarian meal was decent. Request in advance though. Comfortable seats. Can't beat the price."
Contras: "NO AIR CONDITIONING VENTS! It got very hot at times and there's no way for you to get fresh air of you're feeling sick."

Contras: "The flight had NO in flight entertainment for a 12 hour journey. The call buttons for the crew weren't working . Had to go myself to personally get water AFTER HALF HOUR only to realize that they were not getting any indication inspite of the call button being active from my seat. Asked crew for water an hour before landing while they were collecting our trays of our last meal ( not even close to being edible ) but did not get any. They conveniently forgot! Food was average. It was a TORTURE !!!!!"
