As mudanças feitas de última hora foram desgastante por não ter opções razoáveis dentro do horário que eu tinha contratado. A LATAM tem um serviço muito ruim de APP que poderia facilitar resolver estas pendências de mudança de voos.
perdi meu voo pela informação de os tripulantes e atendentes e meu cachorro fico stressado, fiquei sem vó, perderam os documentos de meu cachorro. Não me. reconheçeram nada so reporgramaralm meu vô sendo que estou perdendo dinheiro tempo e meu cachorro fico stressado e sofrendo em toda esa bagunça foram os três dias mas ruins que vivi com latam
Quando chegaram em nós para servir q comida, já não havia mais nenhuma opção, apenas macarrão. Eu não como massa, então acabei ficando sem o jantar. Muito ruim!
A experiência foi excelente porque optamos por fazer upgrade de classe e a viagem foi muito confortável.
Atraso no voo e embarque. Saída com duas horas após o previsto. Inconveniente desnecessário.
Atualmente existe a possibilidade de preparar a documentação para a viagem com antecedência, de modo a ganhar tempo nos processos de check in e embarque. A Latam até que tem uma tentativa de automatizar previamente esse processo, mas não funciona bem. Aceita apenas arquivos em PDF, mas o formulario Anvisa não tem versão PDF (apenas e-mail).
O conforto é muito bom e nada pra reclamar.
A aeronave estava muito fria.
o embarque demorou mais de uma hora, e depois ficamos mais uma hora aguardando documento de embraque com lista de passageiros para liberarem o voo.
Vôo atrasou mais de 6 horas e a empresa com total descaso para com os clientes
O voo de BH x RJ foi bem organizado sem intercorrências absolutamente pontual!!
O portão de embarque usualmente utilizado para esta rota, é um dos piores do aeroporto de Guarulhos; fica no piso inferior, com 2 ou 3 portoes de embarque e além de geralmente o espaço estar lotado, o acesso à aeronave se dá através de um onibus. Gostei do desembarque feiro por fileiras.

So we lost our flight to Cusco and ruined our entire first day of touring in Cusco..... your system or multiple check in/ cashier/customer service counters is a disaster and it makes zero sense. I will NOT fly latam again."

Flight check in Lima to Cusco all went very smoothly and plane boarded on time. All in all a great experience for a low cost fare.
No daban información de los equipajes de bodega al ser un vuelo de conexión, pésima el trato del personal de sky en Santiago de Chile, pésima la organización del aeropuerto de Santiago de Chile para los pasajeros que están en tránsito por ser un vuelo de conexión.
Prós: "We never got boarded!! They oversold the flight and al the passengers without seats are left in line with no explanation! And extremely rude people at the counters. I understand the issues going on these days but to not even acknowledge hen people are asking them when is the next flight, is unacceptable! I will never book this airline again and expect my money back for today's no go :("

They gave me 27 at the check in counter, after a while monitors sent us to 24, then they directed us to 27 again, then to 26 and finally to gate 29. First the delay was 2 and a half hours, then three, then 4, then 7 hours. I was traveling for one meeting from one day coming back the next afternoon. With the 7 hour delay, I'd have to go directly from the airport, after a horrible night, to my board meeting. It was a no go. I declined to travel and expect a full refund"
Contras: "Flight was delayed with no explanation or proper update. Didn’t even give you a glass of water for a flight that was over three hours long (had to pay for everything). Booked it so people were cramped together while others had entire rows to themselves (on other flights I’ve been on flight attendants recognize this and help space out people). Horrible seats in general with no space and I am a very petite female and I felt uncomfortable. Horrible temperate control. Will not fly this airline again."

The desk agent gave me the wrong gate so I missed the flight. I had to purchase a new ticket and they charged me for bauuage fees again. Worst experience ever"

Check-in was a disaster. When I booked the flight, I thought that it included a carry-on bag but they ended up having us pay to check-in our bags. Our outbound flight included the carry-on so I didn’t understand why our inbound flight did not.

Contras: "Give clear information as to what is included in reduced fair. A small carry on should always be allowed without additional charges. And they didn’t seat my partner and I next to each other, wanted to charge to put us together, and the seat was empty."

Contras: "Charged $45 for carry on baggage. And this was only asked at the gate. No water or drinks were provided in context of possible turbulence. Do not recommend this flight at all. Stay clear of it. Pay the extra and travel Sky or Latam."

Prós: "Nothing. There’s no food offered since it’s a 1 hr and 15 minute flight you have to buy it. Twice our flight was delayed even after we purchased the departure time to be 6:05am to arrive in Cusco before the 8:25am train leaves."
Contras: "The one thing that really was terrible about this airline is that not only was our departure late but we were suppose to leave Cusco at 8:05 am and our flight was delayed 7 hrs with 2 small children and they didn’t even offer you water as a Curtisy of being late. This airline or any Peruvian airline is garbage, please splurge on a decent airline that will at least give their passengers water. I really would like my money back but they wouldn’t even give me anything because it’s not ‘there fault’."

Contras: "An airline that charges if you go over 10kg as overweight luggage on carry on (about 30%-35% upcharge to the airline ticket). They have a security personnel actually verifying weights to charge the additional fee. An airline that doesn't allow you to board with coffee. I've been traveling quite heavily for the past 11 years, and it's the first airline that has this policy for a 1hr flight. Ridiculous."

Contras: "Their staff was extremely rude in Guadalajara. They threatened to not let us on the plane just for wanting to take some shoes out of our bag prior to checking the bag in. The front desk person got upset out of nowhere just because he briefly had to wait for us to remove the shoes from the bag. He then purposely issued us tickets for three that were all spread away from each other when we were originally suppose to sit together. The flight was delayed for 4 and a half hours. Every 30 mins they would add another 30 mins to the delay. Made it nearly impossible to know when we were going to board. The flight attendant on the plane wouldn't allow me to get up to use the restroom until everyone was on board. I have bladder issues, so that was not ok. The flight attendants were rude as well. No one seemed to enjoy their job on that flight. The overall quality of the plane was pretty bad. They advertise having the newest planes, but that was by far the oldest and most run down plane that I've been on. No leg room at all, and the seats do not recline at all. Made it a very tight squeeze. Never flying with VIVA AEROBÚS ever again."
Contras: "The worst customer service I have ever experience. Also Kayak failed to give me the details of this flight and ended paying a lot of money for getting our boarding passes and checking in two bags. VivaAereobus charged us for printing boarding passes when I wasn't even allowed to check-in online. Terrible experience but also I blame Kayak for not giving me the details when I purchased my ticket."

Contras: "Flight did not leave on time although my email said it did. There was no entertainment. My bag was marked fragile and I had many things broken when I looked in it after the flight."
Contras: "All flights are listed as gate B at MEX until they're assigned a gate. But that doesn't sometimes happen until 20 mins before the flight takes off. Or in my case, never. So check in with information 25-30 mins before departure so they can tell you the gate. Mine was never posted, and the signage at the gate was listed a different city. So be sure to ask over & over again!"
Contras: "Male crew member was rude, bags took forever to come out. The seats are the most umcomfortable seats, they don't recline"
