A classe econômica premium é muito confortável. A fila para despacho das malas estava enorme e muito demorada, mesmo para quem já tinha feito o check-in.

Contras: "Seating was cramped and claustrophobic. I'm only 5 feet tall and my legs were stiff after a 90 minute flight. "Snacks" were kind of pathetic - tiny bag of pretzels. The worst part was the crowded gate area at Boston. It made me feel like a cattle holding pen. Since we're told to get there two hours early, it would be nice to have more than a tiny little snack bar with overpriced pre-made sandwiches and salads that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Crappy lukewarm coffee. Starbucks is right outside security, but of course we can't bring liquids through."
Prós: "Vegetarian food needs lots of improvement"
Prós: "While I've ranked the crew as poor, that isn't a reflection of the entire crew. The flight crew and check-in team were fine, the boarding I have as mediocre due to delay, but I don't put that on the staff."
Contras: "My issues are two part: 1 - I wasn't informed that I was required to retrieve my luggage from the carousel on this flight from George Town to Toronto. I thought perhaps I missed something, however, the three other couples that were in the same predicament I was weren't aware either. This caused a massive headache, the instructions were superbly poor on how to retrieve the luggage, and the process was completely a waste of time. We had to talk with three different people, the person that took us back to the carousel showed no urgency despite us all explaining that we were on a short layover, and might miss our next flight, and even though we had our passes to get through customs, we were made to wait in line to have our baggage inspected. A completely broken process that could've been avoided with a friendly reminder at check-in. 2 - Once I was able to retrieve my luggage I picked it up off the carousel only to find the handle on one piece of luggage had been ripped off, and the plastic lining on the other bag was destroyed. Admittedly I find this to be no surprise after seeing how mine and everyone else's luggage was handled so poorly upon being loaded into the cargo. I saw my luggage being tossed 3-5 feet into the cargo area - literally picked up, and with complete disregard flung like it was a trash bag being thrown into the dumpster. Since I didn't have time to discuss this with any staff due to my prior issue and being unable to find a representative once I landed back in Vancouver, I called the next day to discuss this over the phone, but the representative explained that I was only able to make a complaint in-person at the time of baggage retrieval. The person was absolutely useless and unwilling to help. This was by far the worst treatment I've had at any time in my life while flying any airline. The trip to George Town was with American Airlines, and even though it was longer, and a tad bit more expensive, the service I had with them was stellar by comparison to my experience with AirCanada. Going forward I will only be using AC when there are absolutely no other options."

Prós: "I am 6ft 1 / 185cm and the leg room was OK for an economy flight. Food was OK for airplane food. Staff were very friendly. Overall very happy."
Prós: "Movies available. Food available for purchase."
Contras: "It was crowded in the back of the aircraft. Many vacant rows were available, but my advance check in and seat change / upgrade was not available on line. I would have paid to have moved up to an un-occupied section of the aircraft if I could have. My mistake. I should have got up and walked around looking for these vacant seats. Despite the captain announcing that WIFI Internet was available for purchase. There was no WIFI on this aircraft. I am a tech guy. The flight attendant said just use your credit card. NO there was no WIFI available."
Contras: "Ran out of food.."
Prós: "Clean, friendly crew remembered how we had our tea/coffee from the earlier service"
Contras: "Economy is never very comfortable but was better than a lot of other airlines"

Prós: "Our connecting flight was cancelled due to weather. That is truly out of the airline’s control. What is in their control is communicating the status of the flight with us. When we checked in they took email addresses and cell phone numbers for status updates. We never received any updates. Consequently we didn’t know the flight had been cancelled until it was too late to make an adequate adjustment. On top of that we had to deal with the worst customer service rep in the world at the ticket booth when we struggled to make alternate plans. Completely unsatisfactory experience."
Contras: "I wasn’t able to check in online and therefore wasn’t able to update with my dietary requirements which meant I couldn’t really eat anything that was given. I was told at the airport that it needs to be submitted 24 hrs before the flight and there was nothing they could do. Really unfair and not on."
Prós: "Conforto , entretenimento e atenção da equipe de bordo."
Contras: "A refeição que é servida na volta deixa muito a desejar. Já as refeições de ida Gru_Yyz é muito melhor."
Prós: "The staff were great!! Always helpful and very friendly! The added flight from Ottawa to Toronto had fantastic staff as well. Would've been nice to have someone waiting for us at the Ottawa gate as we all missed our flights."
Contras: "The day was extended by 10 hours. It seemed like each time I was redirected including the added flight to Ottawa I was set up to miss a flight. I was sent to Ottawa because there wasn't enough oxygen on the flight to Toronto. 15 passengers missed our flight to Toronto because we left Fredericton late which put us on a new flight 2 hours later, that had mechanical issues so again a missed flight. I am happy they do their due diligence with safety, but it created a long day. They also had to stop food service before they got to me so I wasn't able to get food."
Contras: "no entertainment"
Prós: "They did a good job and I enjoyed their touch screen entertainment on the flight. I enjoyed the wine on the flight over and back. I will fly Air Canada again"

No embarque, não havia informações do vôo nos painéis dentro da sala de embarque, nem mesmo no próprio portão de embarque. Foi necessário confirmar pessoalmente com um atendente da companhia se o local estava correto"
Prós: "Ease of boarding - no long queues. Offer to put hand luggage in the hold with no charge."
Prós: "As a professional musician, flying with my viola is one of the most nerve wracking experiences, as if it is forced to be checked due to insufficient room for overhead baggage, it could be completely destroyed. As stated in Air Canada's online policy, passengers traveling with musical instruments that fit as carry on baggage are allowed to change to earlier boarding zones. After approaching a staff member with my viola, I wasn't simply assigned an earlier zone, but rather I was allowed to board first. On this principle alone I will be flying Air Canada again. Thank you!!!"

Prós: "That we arrived in Toronto and got to get off the plane."
Contras: "The flight was delayed several hours. The rows are way too close together to be remotely comfortable, and the seats themselves are tiny and barely recline. Being 5 months pregnant, I was uncomfortable the entire flight. The "entertainment" that you have to download an app for didn't work, and particularly stung knowing how much we paid for the flights, and that other airlines simply put a TV on the back of each seat that is easy to connect headphones and view. The food on our previous flight had been so terrible we didn't bother on this trip, but it looked equally awful. My husband was in the aisle seat and the flight attendant repeatedly and without warning hit him with the cart. The flight attendants varied in level of friendliness, but the ones in our row rushed through service, and did not give us the options the other row had (ice in drinks, veggie or meat options). All in all, it was kind of a terrible flight experience."
Prós: "Friendly crew, modern aircraft"
Contras: "Extreme delays on my return flight which made me miss my connection and get rebooked on another flight for the next day. We were delayed on departure, then on the tarmac, then in the air, and finally when getting off the plane. I am glad that I was rebooked and was given a hotel to stay at, but I did not like the way I was treated by Air Canada staff at customs. I passed through customs only to be sent back into Canada after having crossed through security because the staff decided to close. We were told by other staff members that it was up to them to decide when they were done and to talk them. I ran through the whole airport with about 7 other people to make it. Why make us cross through security only to send us back? There was no one there to guide us on what to do. I had to go through the whole thing again the following day only to have my face cream taken away (it is technically cream, not a liquid) and then be detained. None of this happened AT ALL the day before. I'd give more details but it was a complete mess."
Prós: "Pretty standard flight...nice crew, free drink, left and arrived on time for the most part. Liked that I could check in early to arrange a seat."
Contras: "The seats could have been more comfortable. Had a couple knees in my back."
Contras: "I didn't travel with children, but if I had done they would have needed entertaining. The crew offered iPads (to rent) for the entertainment of children and adults alike. Why can these not just be given to passengers, better still BRING BACK SCREENS IN SEATBACKS!!!"
Prós: "Very comfortable and clean aircraft. Friendly crew. Seats at the front of Economy had excellent legroom. Helpful flight announcements from the captain."
Contras: "Air Canada has only one gate at Houston, which appears to be in constant use, at least in the early afternoon. If one flight is delayed in departure, it causes a backup with other flights."
Prós: "The pilots were professional, got us there on time and did a wonderful smooth landing."
Contras: "The flights attendants uniforms were wrinkled and old, tired and worn out looking, their behaviour was the same. They were pretty much tired and disinterested in their job. Time to hire new blood, get new, fresh looking uniforms, and there definitely should be a weight limit, I have seen flight attendants who have to turn sideways to get down the aisle comfortably, what on earth would they do in an emergency. Yes size does matter. Look to JAP airlines for style and dignity in the job. Having said that I love Air Canada and fly it as often as possible home."
Prós: "I didn't like anything."
Contras: "I was stuck in immigration for about an hour. The screening process at this airport is so laborious. You have to wait on a bench until they call your name and they don't care if your flight is about to be boarding. I understand that immigration is necessary but they could at least have people form a queue instead of having us wait for our names to be called. I told them that my flight would be boarding in 25 minutes and they told me "Oh, don't worry, they'll just put you on the next flight". But when I got to my airline to check in, they charged me $150. I needed that $150 to pay some bills when I got back home."
Contras: "No wifi and i paid for it"
Contras: "Delayed for more than two hours on both the trips to and from Canada. This is a common thing with Air Canada i heard. Flights always get delayed."
