i was seated apart from my girlfriend even though I bought the tickets at the same time and the flight was half full. what are some of these airlines thinking when they assign seats?
Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever
Nothing the vendor services and overall process was not an experience I would ever want to revisit again .

perdi meu voo pela informação de os tripulantes e atendentes e meu cachorro fico stressado, fiquei sem vó, perderam os documentos de meu cachorro. Não me. reconheçeram nada so reporgramaralm meu vô sendo que estou perdendo dinheiro tempo e meu cachorro fico stressado e sofrendo em toda esa bagunça foram os três dias mas ruins que vivi com latam
Quando chegaram em nós para servir q comida, já não havia mais nenhuma opção, apenas macarrão. Eu não como massa, então acabei ficando sem o jantar. Muito ruim!
I didn't enjoy the fact the the terminal was changed and then the gate. Also, the attitude of the lady at the gate. I asked her to confirm if that was the final gate and she ignored me initially and was rude when she finally answered by pointing out the screen. I told her that I read the screen but was JUST asking for confirmation. Also, when we landed at Seattle everybody jumped up and crowded the aisle because the crew didn't instruct us to remain seated until their row was called. It was a mess. I enjoy that process from LATAM. Thank you.
Vôo tranquilo e dentro do tempo
Poderia melhorar quanto a mais informações do Check in no app pois não foi muito claro demorei um pouco para achar aonde fazia check in na volta e na ida deu um pequeno probleminha no check in do outro passageiro. Tirando isso gostei do atendimento.
Nada para reclamar. No quesito atendimento da Latam via telefone (SAC) sobre dúvidas da viagem fui excepcionalmente bem recebida. Fiquei muito feliz. Obrigada!!!

O Voo atrasou mais de 2 horas e perdi a conexão.
Cheguei com 1 hora de antecedência no aeroporto e me impediram de embarcar, alegando que as novas regras da ANAC pedem antecedência de duas horas.
Vôo atrasou mais de 6 horas e a empresa com total descaso para com os clientes
aero moca queria por minha bagagem de mao no porao, falei para ela que nao queria por, pois tinha um voo de conexao assim que chegassemos em sao paulo, aero moca foi grossa e nao pensou em outra solucao. eu falei com outro passageiro que ja tinha outras malas no porao para ele por sua mala de mao no porao. voo saiu mais de uma hora atrasado.
Comida ta proibida , faltou entretenimento, mas eu tinha , entao ok
Os funcionários serem menos arrogastes e estupidos.

The flights on time, they call in order of rows and more best they call by rows starting from front to end when arrivals and that avoid the passenger be together snd come out in order.
We missed our flight because no one spoke english and we had issues with documents and by the time we fix it was too late to make our flight and then we had to pay $600 to book with a different airline

Flight from Cartagena - Bogota - Lima. When I arrived at the airline counter in Cartagena to fly to Bogota the reps requested a PCR test result from me although for travel to Peru within 24 hours, only an antigen test is required, not a PCR test. I had a negative Covid antigen test result from the airport clinic just before checking in for the flight. Subesequent to that, I requested that that the airline at least honor the flight from Cartagena to Bogota thinking that when I arrived in Bogota, as it is a more international airport, I would be able to convince a manager there that the current travel regulations to Peru only require a Covid antigen test within 24 hours of travel to Peru. The airline reps and manager refused to even honor my flight ticket from Cartagena to Bogota athough no Covid test at all is required for travel within Colombia. The female attendants scoffed at me. Furthermore, the male staff person got incredibly aggressive with me in front of everyone in the airport to the point where I had to step back thinking he was going to get physical with me. In all of my travel to 54 countries and 51 years of travel, I have never been treated this poorly by an airline. I had to go to the counter of another airline where I was able to purchase another ticket to Bogota and was able to fly out that hour by paying for another ticket. Fortunately, my bank has granted me a chargeback although I was forced to pay more for a ticket purchased at the counter of another airline. I am SURPRISED this Viva Airlines is even in business!

I guess my comment is on the extras and as they charge for it, you know is a low cost service, but the extras or unknown could be charged at a much normal rate.

Contras: "The staff were pushy and rude to me when they told me at the gate, when I was about to board, that I could not have a backpack and small purse. This is not what I understood when booking and is not clearly explained at the time of purchase. One attendant at the gate in particular was forceful and rude when insisting that I pay over $66 in cash at a moment when going to the ATM would mean potentially missing boarding and not arriving back in time to the gate. This process, which I agreed to because two staff members gave me the impression that I could not travel on the flight unless I paid right there instantly in CASH (completely ridiculous), caused me anxiety and took a long time, too long given the urgency of boarding the flight. I had to wait for change for 5 minutes and as a result, I was the last one to board. It should be noted that this process of paying for a maleta in hand at the gate had been preceded by having to pay over $20 in cash to print a boarding pass, which required another ATM withdrawal and fee. This is a weak and predatory business model, which seeks to exploit people’s need to travel and their anxiety. This was carried out in a completely unprofessional and manipulative manner by the staff members. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and exploitative."

Contras: "They won't print your ticket at the check in counter and you can't use an online boarding pass. You have to print one from home or use an internet cafe at the airport that charges $6 to print a single sheet of paper. They jam your carry on bag into a small box. Boarding took longer than the flight! The seats are incredibly cramped yet they recline all the way back, so you're likely to have someone in your lap for the entire trip. Absolutely horrible. Nothing like other high quality discount airlines such as Air Asia which at least treat you like a human being."
