Achei um absurdo que na conexão para Miami na Cidade do México ter que fazer imigração e passar por tudo , RX , mostrar testes covid etc . Péssimo ! Pelo Panamá é melhor vc não sai do setor de embarque na conexão .

Prós: "NOTHING. AEROMEXICO NEVER MORE. AEROMEXICO NUNCA MÁS."
Contras: "I just had the worst experience ever with Aeromexico. First, they refused to change my flight, even with me willing to pay any applicable extra-charges. So I went ahead and bought a second flight, from Mexico City to Tijuana. Then, when I arrived at the checkin counter, I was surprised with how unprofessional and disorganized the staff was: nobody was respecting social distance, several people were not wearing a face mask and nobody from the Aeromexico staff was asking them to do so. But the worst part was the fact that my new flight — supposed to leave at 13:05 (AM 176) — only took off at 19:15. We’re talking about a 6:30hr delay and NO SUPPORT from the staff at all during this almost 7 hours of waiting. No clear information, no alternatives, no solutions, nothing. To top it all, after delaying several hours, we finally boarded the aircraft and after 1 hour seating there, the pilot told us that Aeromexico had just told him that his first officer simply wasn’t there, and therefore we couldn’t take of. WHAT??????? We had to leave the plane for another hour or so and the show only came to a finale at 19:15hr when we finally boarded and took of to Tijuana. Anyway, I honestly think I should be reimbursed or at least have 10x, 15x more the miles this flight will give to me."

The flight was supposed to leave at 1am when ended up leaving and hour past that plus a lot of children were traveling in that flight and I don’t think it was okay to be moving all these families around from door to door. It was 2am this children needed to be sleeping on Thebes plane that was supposed to leave at 1am. Really disappointed."
Prós: "Customer service was excellent both at the airport and the fight crew. Everybody was really kind and helpful. I would the seats comfortable. I will certainly use Aeromexico again."
Contras: "The plane had a technical problem with the entertainment system. We were told they would reset and restore in 25 min. The system was never restored but we were not informed until we arrived in London. Technical problems are understandable but better communication with passengers should be a priority."

Contras: "Some of the flight attendants were rude. I was seated in an emergency exit isle, and I was told that I couldn’t have my handbag under the seat in front of me. This is the first time I’ve heard of a airline with this policy. My bag was put in the overhead bin and I couldn’t access my tablet or headphones or medicine during the flight. Also, the chair (maybe because it was the exit row) would not recline. This was pretty terrible for a red eye flight. I asked the flight attendant if I could switch seats, (well before take off) I didn’t mind if it was a middle seat, just somewhere I could have my bag with me... she rudely remarked that the plane was late and I needed to sit back down. Terrible service, it was a simple request. I’m sure someone with long legs would have been happy to switch with me. I also don’t like that my carry on bags had a weight limit."
Prós: "The cabin was kept quiet, dark and orderly for the night flight."
Contras: "Same as above. The seat in economy is truly an endurance test. No way to go to sleep."

What a horrible lack of management!’ Who runs this airport/airline!? At the end they moved us to completly different terminal!!! Had to find a new transportation to the hotel!!! Again, what a horrible display of management skills!!"
Flight from Chicago to Vancouver was 5 hours delayed, not even for weather. Canadian Transportation Authority requires $400 CAD compensation for each ticket flying into Canada for this level of delay. This was not offered by the airline to us.
Luggage lost, three days to give it back.

Contras: "Better update on delays. Seats are horribly uncomfortable especially for international flights. Food was a joke, dinner was mediocre and breakfast was a cold snack, you can do better. Please consult with airlines that rank in the top ten about how to do things. You already make a huge profit, stop squeezing your customers for more. Maybe you won’t be ranked amongst the worst airlines in the world anymore. Second bad international experience with AA. Never again."
Prós: "The employees were as good as they could be, given the atrocious handling of the situation by American Airlines and its policies."
Contras: "We were 1.5 hours late leaving for an unknown reason (not weather). Then, it appeared that we didn't try and make up the lost time in the air (we also landed 1.5 hours late.) This caused a significant proportion of the passengers to miss their connecting flights. American didn't do anything to help other than offer a "discount" of about $10 off of over $100/night hotel rooms in the Philadelphia area to sleep overnight in Philadelphia. This was absolutely lousy customer service by American, and will definitely make me avoid American Airlines in the future."

Prós: "Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."
Contras: "We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out."

Contras: "This was a direct flight from DFW to Vancouver. 3.5 hours. Upon arrival in Vancouver we were paged to baggage claim and informed that our bags were taken off the plane and would arrive later in the night. Problem was, we were leaving on a cruise at 4:30PM. Our bags had two cruise luggage tags on each bag. When our bags were delivered to us 2.5 days later in Ketchikan, Alaska - The cruise tags had been torn off our bags. There were a minimum of 8 vacant seats and corresponding luggage not on this plane. I believe Air Canada had a chance to load more cargo and removed our luggage to make more room for the cargo. I will never fly this airline again. I had nothing good to say to anyone on our cruise regarding this airline. Terrible passenger service. The guest services said that 16 bags were delivered in Ketchikan from Air Canada."
Prós: "In flight attendance was excellent and we were nearly overfed with plenty of drinks, snacks and meals. It was nice to see both young and elderly ladies as air hostess. This is a strong statement in non discrimination on Account of age in employment. To see a red Indian lady among them was very refreshing."
Contras: "Dimming of the windows was not user friendly and we had to put up with bright reflected lights from clouds. On ground both in Calgary and Vancouver the wheel chair attendance was not at the same level as in Frankfurt where it had been given with paramedic competence."
Prós: "Flight departed on schedule, and landed early."
Contras: "Due to the checked baggage fee, everyone brings massive, heavy carry ons that clearly are oversized and then overhead bins get full fast. I don't understand why airlines don't check people's carry on luggage for size and weight."

Contras: "On March 18, 2018 Joanne, Kevin, and Allison Sheridan were booked to go from SYD to YYJ and only Kevin took off. We went to the airport and my daughter Allison was too anxious to get on as she had to leave her father behind. After she calmed down we went to get on the flight and the lady at the check in, (Onwsha) said it was too late and we could leave the next day. She changed my tickets on the computer and said if we came on Monday, March 19th there wouldn't be a charge but if it was any other date it would be $150.00 per ticket/person. When I arrived to check in on March 19th I was charged the $300. I spoke to Sharon Smith who was with Air Canada Customer Service Coordinator and I explained I was told something different by the customer agent. I told her if I knew that and I was told by Onwsha I would have went on the flight on March 18th but would not have checked the bags and just taken carry on luggage as my husband was still at the airport and he could bring them when he came over. Sharon Smith said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay the $300.00. It really has left a bad taste for me with Air Canada especially how many seats were spare and I was told something different from Onwsha. Thank you for your time. Contras: "Air Canada Check In staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. My flight was at 7pm and I arrived at 6:10pm because I got stuck in traffic. I had already checked in online, all I needed was to get my baggage tags and drop my bag off. Instead of telling me where to print out my tag, they made me stand in line to talk to the check in staff at the counter. By the time I got to the counter, it was 7:40 and there was zero chance of my bag being checked in for this flight with the staff showing me attitude. When I told him that all I was here before the drop-off time and all I wanted were tags and that his other staff just told me to line up without helping, he just said "you can buy another ticket for the next flight or leave your bag here and pick it up when you return from your trip." Honestly, the worst customer experience I have ever had!"
Prós: "While I've ranked the crew as poor, that isn't a reflection of the entire crew. The flight crew and check-in team were fine, the boarding I have as mediocre due to delay, but I don't put that on the staff."
Contras: "My issues are two part: 1 - I wasn't informed that I was required to retrieve my luggage from the carousel on this flight from George Town to Toronto. I thought perhaps I missed something, however, the three other couples that were in the same predicament I was weren't aware either. This caused a massive headache, the instructions were superbly poor on how to retrieve the luggage, and the process was completely a waste of time. We had to talk with three different people, the person that took us back to the carousel showed no urgency despite us all explaining that we were on a short layover, and might miss our next flight, and even though we had our passes to get through customs, we were made to wait in line to have our baggage inspected. A completely broken process that could've been avoided with a friendly reminder at check-in. 2 - Once I was able to retrieve my luggage I picked it up off the carousel only to find the handle on one piece of luggage had been ripped off, and the plastic lining on the other bag was destroyed. Admittedly I find this to be no surprise after seeing how mine and everyone else's luggage was handled so poorly upon being loaded into the cargo. I saw my luggage being tossed 3-5 feet into the cargo area - literally picked up, and with complete disregard flung like it was a trash bag being thrown into the dumpster. Since I didn't have time to discuss this with any staff due to my prior issue and being unable to find a representative once I landed back in Vancouver, I called the next day to discuss this over the phone, but the representative explained that I was only able to make a complaint in-person at the time of baggage retrieval. The person was absolutely useless and unwilling to help. This was by far the worst treatment I've had at any time in my life while flying any airline. The trip to George Town was with American Airlines, and even though it was longer, and a tad bit more expensive, the service I had with them was stellar by comparison to my experience with AirCanada. Going forward I will only be using AC when there are absolutely no other options."
Contras: "Comida não estava legal. Entretenimento sem filmes com legenda em português."
Prós: "The plane was clean and seemed very new. The boarding process was streamlined in an organized way. The entertainment system was okay."
Contras: "The plane was a huge B787 Dreamliner and the airline didn't allot enough boarding time to accommodate the hundreds of passengers that needed to get on and settle in. Because of this, the flight was delayed by almost an hour and many people missed their transfers. It seemed like an unreasonable lack of foresight to schedule only the standard half hour before takeoff to board ~300 passengers.On top of that, the flight was roughly four hours long (five with the delay) and no complementary food, even a small snack or two, was offered. The seats in coach were made to be decently comfortable padding-wise, but I felt more packed in like a sardine with the people next to me than on other planes. The flight attendants seemed extremely stressed and overworked, and I couldn't blame them."
Prós: "Great food and good space for economy"
Prós: "Getting off."
Contras: "I had a seat with a drip, probably condensation, that feel on my head and face throughout the flight. At one point during takeoff it was a steady stream of water. I sat with a napkin perched on my head and would mop up the water between events. That was a first! And with a long 14 hour flight, not welcomed."
Prós: "The flight crew went the extra mile to give good service. There were plenty of meals and snacks throughout the trip."
Contras: "The bathrooms are cramped, they are clean however. Seats are also very close together, others must get out if you are in a middle or window seat."
Prós: "Embarque e os funcionários"
Contras: "There was a horrid family in the row in frony of me that absolutley refused to control their child at all, even when airline staff stepped in , so a really long flight was made to seem even longer and sleeping was out of the question."
Prós: "Conforto , entretenimento e atenção da equipe de bordo."
Contras: "A refeição que é servida na volta deixa muito a desejar. Já as refeições de ida Gru_Yyz é muito melhor."
Prós: "The hot dinner was good"
Contras: "The pudding was poor, it was just a wrapped cookie. The movie selection was terrible! Most of the films were very old!"
Prós: "great service from start to finish would use again"

Prós: "Gostei de sermos os dois únicos passageiros do voo de Toronto para Rochester, num jato com capacidade para 48."
Contras: "No check in em Rochester a atendente colocou duas pessoas que viajam juntas em fileiras separadas. O avião que nos levou de Rochester para Toronto era alem de muito pequeno, velho e sujo o que causa preocupação com a segurança."
Contras: "Avião pequeno, poltronas desconfortáveis, auto falante em cima das poltronas com volume muito alto. No embarque, não havia informações do vôo nos painéis dentro da sala de embarque, nem mesmo no próprio portão de embarque. Foi necessário confirmar pessoalmente com um atendente da companhia se o local estava correto"
Contras: "Someone was in my seat (and feigning sleep). Not a big problem, I just sat in another seat, but kind of uncool. Cabin crew were never aware, which is odd"
Contras: "dinner menu (chicken was tasteless)."
Prós: "The aircraft, the crew"
Contras: "Films have to be more updated"
