The check-in staff were completely rude, telling us to run and threatening to not let us on the plane. It was not our fault the plane left late from BCN to LHR. Once we were actually let on the plane, we didn't push back from the gate until 5-10 minutes after the scheduled departure time. There was absolutely no reason to have treated us that way, so we promptly submitted a complaint to British Airways."

We were in row 34 (middle of the plane over the wing) and when they got to us with the food options, they had already run out of the second choice on both occasions. On the first service, we asked the attendant if the food had any fish/seafood ingredients (due to allergies) and she said no. We then read on the lid of the food tray that there was a possibility of fish traces so my husband could not eat it. When we told the attendant about it she told us they didn't have anything else. Hard to believe there was nothing they could do, we've never experienced this issue before. We then asked another flight attendant if there was any food available for purchase but she said no. Luckily, she was able to find a vegetarian dish that my husband could eat. We're grateful that she found this as the next food service was not until 6 hours later. Sad that we had to ask again, we were expecting that they cared a little more. Overall, BA didn't meet our expectations unfortunately. This was a trip to Europe in which we took 4 BA flights and overall, the experience was of that no better than a low cost. Would have a hard time thinking of choosing this airline again."

Prós: "From London to Seattle we were upgraded from Premium Economy to First Class! Beautiful experience for our travel weary family of 4! Could not have been better - food/ drink/ comfort/ service all excellent! So this is how the other half lives!"

Prós: "Premium economy seats/service made the flight much more tolerable than previous overnight flight to Europe. Would definitely fly this class again. Non-stop from Charlotte to Madrid made travel relatively short."
Contras: "However, only reasonable flight options where red-eyes. Would also recommend noise cancelling haedphones."
Prós: "I was able to choose a seat in Cabin with more leg room and complimentary alcoholic beverage."
Contras: "It was late going to Chicago and late returning to NYC. There were no crackers. I don't like pretzels. The ONLY reason I flew American is because my company paid for it. I absolutely hate LaGuardia. It has a bad spirit."

Contras: "There was NO in-seat entertainment or place to charge mobile devices. Very uncomfortable seats. This plane was very old. 9.5 hr flight was pretty unpleasant."

Contras: "The terminal was a long way from the main terminal and accessible only by shuttle bus. Also we had to re-check our bags following our first leg flight and subsequently couldn't change our flights to an earlier departure."

Contras: "The plane was extremely old and dated. Never been on such an old plane with no up to date equipment or facilities. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the food was awful. There was no personal entertainment screen for an 11 hour flight and only one of the safety demonstration screens was working during take off. Also no plugs at all."

Contras: "Got a notification of a TWO HOUR DELAY departing SFO. Rebooked into Charlotte instead of Dallas to connect to Fort Myers. THAT flight got delayed AFTER the doors were closed by another 45 minutes which caused me to miss my connection to Fort Myers AND have American Airlines leave my bag in Charlotte. I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"

Contras: "Flight was cancelled we were re-routed and didn't get there until 24hours later."
Prós: "Leaving the plane was my favorite part. Entertainment was one of the best (American run flight and plane)."
Contras: "Seats were very cramped and did not recline enough to get comfortable. Temperature of the cabin was hot then cold. No sleep again. But the cabin crew looked refreshed in the morning. Guess they had better seats. It should be a law that all airline employees from the CEO on down should only be able to fly in coach. Maybe then the seats will get better."

Contras: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes causing me to lose the connecting flight home by about 5 minutes There was no effort from United to help me to get the second flight on time or from the crew on that one to delay it enough for me to arrive. They suggested I waited 9 hours for the next available flight or to get one by AA in Reagan Airport in 3 hours. They told me that transportation to that airport would not be reimbursed and would cost between 20 and 40 dollars. I didn't know the airports were that far apart and the one-hour taxi drive cost me 80 dollars. From Sao Paulo to Washington, things went as well as expected. Once landed everything was horrible."

Prós: "I made it safely to my destination"
Contras: "I have been flying Lufthansa for over 15 years and the service is steadily declining. It started with issues during online check-in, a delay in Frankfurt which resulted in a very tight connection. I had to leave my bags behind to make it and the ground personell was of zero help. Oh, and premier silver status is good for nothing on Lufthansa. Thanks StarAlliance."

Creates a larger cluster of people at immigration and something else I have to wait on. Also - why is GRU already using buses for boarding 787s? The new terminal just opened three years ago-- missed opportunity."

Prós: "My bagoal was pretty badly handled and caused damage that needs to be replaced. Third time flying with United where something like this has gone wrong. I won't be flying this airline again."
Prós: "There were maybe two of the flight attendants. Who weren't rude. The rest well, I guess didn't like there jobs? I lost all my money for my first flight, because i was over 4 hours late. When i purchased a ticket from cheapo air, the person helping me was so nice. Unlike United airlines, or Viama. When i missed my flight that i paid $1,300.00, United said they'd give me another ticket for $4,000? This was a one time offer to redeem my $1,300 Viama said $10,500? I will only buy my tickets from cheapo air from now on."
Contras: "The flight attendants are very snotty, 2 out of the 18 I encountered were polite. The rest acted like they hated their jobs, and all the passengers. When you travel to another country they should have at least one person who speaks English. Can't really say much for the food, essentially requesting a vegetarian meal was out of the question, so i just starve. Drink some watered down booze, take a few dramamine and sleep. The layovers are ridiculous. 14 hours, 8 hours 4 hours? Good thing God made Beer and pizza."
Contras: "Awful experience, we left it were it was supposed to, and they left it behind!! The staff at the airport gate wasn't helpful at all, they offer no emotional support but asked us to "make a complaint in baggage reclaim". There, the staff was a little more helpful and gave us a new stroller (very small, not close to ours, but we used it anyway). I had to call many times until I reach a spanish speaker that showed concern for our problem and finally found our stroller and sent it to our hotel."

Contras: "A mm issue with the seating between travelers the flight attendants fid not check the right seats and these cause the whole argument happily one of the travelers decided to stop and just seat where did not belong or better said purchased ... people around where not happy to se this either but as educated people where just listening the whole argument going....."
Contras: "The crew on the ground made me check my bag that fit underneath the seat in front of me. They removed me from the line and embarrassed me. I had a group 5 and I guess that means we are cattle.They told me if I did not comply, I could not fly. I am an older lady and I did not want to have to wait for my luggage alone at O'Hare so late at night. And to tip it off, not only would my luggage fit, there was room over my seat as well."
