Everything! Ahead of schedule, smooth flight. I like it. I was skeptical in the beginning because I know this airline,but they’ve been great 👍

The chair was too small and no room for you feet.
The flight landed in Newark 30 minutes early, but we weren’t able to get off the airplane for about 90 minutes or so, due to poor management of gates

Boarding went smoothly and crew was good. Comfort was so-so mostly bc it was a packed flight and very cramped for seating and lavatory use.
THE staff was attentive, communicative and friendly. They particularly were good at the difficult job of policing mask infractions. Thank them for me please

Prós: "I liked the price of my ticket. I liked the app. I felt like the plane was clean and very comfortable."
Contras: "I didn’t like that both my flights were over booked so boarding took a lot longer then I expected. I didn’t like that the on board ordering system offers free earbuds, yet the flight attendant said they did not have any. When I boarded my return fligh, the flight attendant that was supposed to be creating us was scrolling through her phone didn’t even make eye contact. When I was getting off of the plane. That same flight attendant was sitting in a first class seat scrolling through her phone again, she did look up to thank us though. Overall the plane was nice, but the I wasn’t disappointed with the flight attendants service"

Contras: "We arrived at the airport 5 minutes (NO more than that) after the one hour check in time to fly international going to Mexico. We were told we had to wait in line to speak with someone to print a boarding pass. There was an extremely long line with only two employees helping. We then asked if we could get our money back being that if someone has specially helped us with our case only being 5 minutes late to check in, but they declined. We had to book an entirely different flight and still have not gotten our money back. It was very stressful and unprofessional and had someone actually helped us, we would’ve arrived at our destination at the proper time we worked so hard for. I know my boyfriend and I weren’t the only people with his problem because two other families ran into the exact same avoidable problem. It felt very unprofessional. It ruined a familys vacation and caused the poor children to cry because of the lack of accommodation. We would love our money back but not sure you guys will even do so. Very disappointing."
Contras: "I didn't make it because the flight to LAX was late and despite being told by an Avianca employee there was a later flight from LAX to PDX (at 11:45 on AlaskaAir) which I would be put on, once I arrived I was told I was on a 6 AM on Delta with no arrangement to get me a hotel or anything. I bought a separate ticket on that 11:45 flight on Alaska Air to PDX instead. Extremely unhappy with this service and will never again use it. I will also tell everyone in my social circles, in person and online, to stop using it."

Contras: "Only one thing: when using the kiosk to get my boarding pass and upgrade, it doesn't specifically state to insert and quickly remove my credit card, so I'm waiting waiting waiting and nothing is happening and I start over and still nothing, so I go wait in line at the desk that solves problems only to learn that small detail and then the clerk said he couldn't take care of it for me and sent me back to the kiosk! What a pain! I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. How hard is it to put clear instructions on the screen? please and thank you!"
Prós: "Alaska Airlines continues to do it rite! To my surprise, while checking in my 60 lb bag of surfboards, I was only charged $25, not the already low price of $75 I am usually charged. This new discounted price enabled me to save $100 round trip on board charges. Unlike other airlines that charge $100 Per surfboard, Alaska Airlines has implemented a program that serves the sports enthusiasts. From surfers, golfers, hunters, fisherman, and so on. Our gear goes with us for a fantastic price. Also, the food is actually pretty tasty too & the flight attendants treat you well."
Contras: "Got to the gate about 20 min before flight. The gate attendant got a bad customer service attitude when I questioned why we couldn't board flight. We were a little late because our flight from Taipei was an hour late. She did schedule us at 6 am on another flight which made an interesting (painful) night with 3 boys under the age of 6. Nowhere did it state that boarding was closed 30 minutes prior to the flight. Bad experience - late night ...small kids... no food or drink available...surley gate person..no notice of the boarding policy...just a very bad experience."

O voo atrasou mais de uma hora. O portal de embarque em Orlando nao tinha o minimo espaco necessario para acomodar a quantidade de passageiros.
Even though flight attendants announced they would make people wear their masks properly, they didn’t. The woman sitting next to me and my child had her mask down or off for most of the flight, and she coughed and sneezed.
Prós: "The crew in the plane was good and the fly was good."
Contras: "Boarding crew in front desk was not too friendly and could have used better words to communicate. Seen I was waiting for 20min before realizing that my gate was changed after check in. I approached the lady in the front desk to see if it was time to get my seats assigned. The lady in the front desk asked me in Spanish if I new English seen I was speaking Spanish to her I really don’t get why me knowing English had to do with me getting my seats. Also I went to gat 7 cuz that’s the gate I printed out 1hr before my fly but had to run to gate 3 cuz JetBlue changed gate seen 7am but couldn’t change it on the check in printouts/information (does that even make sense). Finally the answering service is a lottery you have to pray you get someone nice(and I hate to say this cuz I’m Puerto Rican but we can be so rude in customer service). You can tell from the accent a person has where they from and every time I get a Central American person they are so nice but when you get a Puerto Rican person they can be so rude and almost always you get nothing answer or done. This particular time before my flight I call to get my seat cuz when I flew to PR and almost always I call 24hr before my flight and get my seats assign free of charge. Not this time the customer rep answered and I tell her that I’m calling to get my seats and she answers you can do that when you check in, I tell her that I try but I’m being charged to get them and that in my previous flight the girl said to call 24hr before this flight and I could get them assigned free of charge (which was true cuz I had call for my fly going to PR and the girl also said it too) and the customer rep said well it probably cuz is not 24hr before yet. I told the rep yes it is I’m currently on my way to the airport but I want to get them before I get to the airport and the rep answers well you can do it when you get there (mind you I’ve been on hold waiting for almost 2hr that’s why I’m on my way to the airport cuz I usually do it 5-6hr before my flight but the answering service has been very busy) I tell her that I’m trying to save some time and get them before I get to the airport and the rep said well I can’t help you cuz we can’t give you seat on the phone you have to do it when you check in or wait until you get to the airport and they’ll give you your seats. It’s very frustrating that there’s people like this and they are from the same birthplace as you. So sad!"

Contras: "The fact that I was 3 minutes late to check my bag (due to a line and walking to the wrong counter the first time) and they would not allow me to go on my original flight and route my bag on another flight. This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag."

Got 2 different texts within minutes, one with incorrect info. Why did I have TSA Pre-Check status on the originating flight but not on the return flight? Not enough overhead space, and cabin crew wasn’t helpful in finding space. Flight 30 minutes late, but probably not JetBlue‘s fault."

Contras: "The flight was terrible it seemed like this was the first time the pilot drove a plane. Even two pilots that were sitting were speaking about how terrible the flight was. And the flight attendants were acting like they had no home training, no manners/ professionalism and always had an attitude. These flight attendants were making jokes about a belligerent passenger instead of trying to help fix the situation. This was my first time ever taking a JetBlue flight and will sure be my last, especially when I paid 100 dollars more for this flight than what United was offering- I should of took United."
Contras: "It is very difficult to contact the airline via phone. I had to wait almost an hour to speak to a representative. I was told I could call 36 hours before flight to get seat reservations. They should improve phone service. Otherwise flight was very good."
Prós: "I LOVED the comfort of the ample seating space and leg room, compared to American and free WiFi and movies with the individual monitors on the seat backs for every passenger. I flew Jet Blue on my return flight from LA to Boston to attend our son’s USC graduation. The flight from Boston to LA was on an American Airlines flight. The seats were super narrow with very cramped leg room. To add insult to discomfort , I learned just after take off on the American flight to LA that our dogs got loose at home and the person caring for them was frantic. I had to purchase in flight WIFI ($16/ hour $18 for the entire flight) to attend to the Lost dog issue (hugely stressful) only to learn after the flight that $300 worth of fraudulent charges occurred during the flight that my bank’s fraud department claims occurred as a result of entering my card information to purchase the internet access. That depleted the majority of our travel budget. (We live paycheck to paycheck and had pinched & saved to be able attend this special event) I was so apprehensive on the returning flight and can’t describe my relief to learn the WIFI was free. My fears dissolved as did my aching head and back as I settled into a wonderfully comfortable seat with far more leg room than my prior flight. Thanks Key Blue! You have a fan for life!!"

Prós: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

Contras: "LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

Prós: "Our flight was delayed over 2 hours and there was ZERO notification from the airline - we found out once we were at our original gate. Paid substantial amount to check bags and for seat assignment......after choosing seats when flight was booked online! Crew and flight were fine but will not fly Sun Country again. Too much hidden BS!"

Contras: "Very disgusted to learn of the new carry on cost imposed by Sun Country!! Instead of punishing everyone just enforce one reasonable carry on at the gate for those who abuse it by having oversized luggage disguised as a carry on."

They wouldn’t allow me to to board even though I showed up an hour, twenty minutes before take-off at their online POSTED terminal BUT they’ve moved (unfortunately no update on their web site). By the time I managed to get from terminal #2 to #5 (around LAX on a busy morning), a half hour later, the counter help wouldn’t even consider issuing me a boarding pass!"
Prós: "If you’re not looking for a super boujie experience while flying this is a great choice for you. It’s quick and simple and I had no problems at all! This was my first time flying alone and I am so happy with how it turned out :)"
Contras: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours and I could not reach MSP ontime due to which my career has had an negative performance impact. I am unhappy about the flight delay"
Prós: "I had a seat toward the front, so I boarded early-ish, which went smoothly."
Contras: "Seating was incredibly uncomfortable. The bottom cushion was worn down, so my butt was sore after just a three hour flight. Also, my neck and back were in pain after getting off the flight. I am in my 20's and don't really get sore neck or back, but the seats were just that bad. However, I did have JUST enough leg room even though I am 6'4". I'll probably avoid this airline in the future just for the horrid seats alone."
Prós: "This flight was inexpensive and the layover was very easy. Didn't have to pay to carry on luggage like other cheap options."
Contras: "No entertainment except movies to rent through flight attendant. Seats were uncomfortable. Airline is in the worst terminals with terrible food options."
Contras: "We were an hour late taking off because the pilot waited for a late passenger causing us to miss the take off firm which I feel was unfair to the entire plane who all boarded on time."
Contras: "When I checked in prior to flight, the staff person asked me if I wanted an exit seat. I asked if it is roomier than Sun Country's regular seating since I feel their regular seats are very roomy. She said yes and that they are very comforable. When I got to my seat, I found out that they do not recline. DO NOT FN RECLINE. The lady forgot to tell me that. With lower back pain, I was extremely uncomfortable, in fact I could ot sit still. Horrible flight. THe stewardess could not help me, they said flight was full. I told them of my back pain, they didnt care, nothing we can do. THen I asked for a pillow and blanket so I can support my head. I was told there was a fee for a pillow and blanket.??????? I said ok since I was looking for relief, and comfort. She came back saying she was sold out. WTF"
Prós: "I needed wheelchair assistance and they helped us quicky and directly to get thru the people to get on the plane thanks again"

Contras: "Everything was awful about this travel experience. I was delayed all day and my flight from MSP to JFK took almost 8 hours. They delays were due to weather which I can understand but there was absolutely no communication from the airline and had everyone including myself extremely frustrated. We landed in Stewart, NY with no warning or information. Was a nightmare."

Contras: "Our departure was very disorganized. I was told that I'd be able to board early if I checked my carry on. Not the case."

Prós: "The flight was fine. Uneventful which is wonderful. I did not eat & did not utilize the entertainment so can not comment on those items."
Contras: "My only comment is that a child was using an electronic device during the flight without headphones. It would have been appreciated if the attendants could have suggested earbuds, headphones, or at least asked that the volume be decreased out of respect for other passengers."

Contras: "On return flight, gates changed without any announcement. About 1/2 hour before return flight boarded they announced there would be no bathrooms on flight available. This would have been prohibitive for me flying that flight. Situation was rectified and they got two bathrooms working but it caused a great deal of undue stress. Is flying without facilities even legal?"
Prós: "I was unable to use the ticket from LAX to MSP due to a death in my family!. I had to book another earlier flight with another airline to get home to a funeral. Unfortunately, Sun Country didn't have a flight back to MSP the day / time I needed. When I contacted the regarding my cancelation they refunded my money, no questions asked!"
Prós: "Offer to check carry-on for free."
Contras: "I had to return my rental car about 5 hours before flight and didn't realize I would have to wait for Sun Country's ticketing to open for two more hours. Have to pay for blankets and pillows? Then turn temperature up."
Prós: "It started with the crew at the desk being very helpful, attentive when we came to check in. And both times, coming and going, they were this way...and friendly. This sets the tone for the rest of the trip."

Prós: "Short lines and prompt check-in. Flights took off and landed on time. Lots of young kids but generally quiet. "Budget" airlines like Sun Country and Southwest have separate Humphrey terminal but it is less crowded and easy to navigate."
Contras: "Staff managed to spend almost the whole trip passing out drinks/snacks. Like, does it really take 3.5 hours to do that? Maybe it does. Announcements were informal - really felt like we were on a training flight. Staff wasn't helping people with bags or to find their seats like other airlines do. Maybe this more relaxed atmosphere is why the prices are lower? If so, that's fine with me - but doesn't seem like you're gunning to attract more business or be anything other than the airline in between the disgusting model of Spirit and the lame cost-cutting of major airlines. Like, innovation is only possible via dissension, and I'm sure your business is having the same troubles with idiot senior leaders as every other US corporate business is, but if you're going to ask for feedback, the feedback is stop being so blah and stand for something other than your Board. Plenty of ideas out there - stop being so pro-short term profit and start having some fun!"
Contras: "chose seats for the fight back weeks ahead of time but when we checked in my husbands seat was moved10+ rows behind us and from an aisle to a center seat. He is 6 feet 8 inches tall, luckily there was an open exit aisle seat an they upgraded him without charge...otherwise would have been a horrible fathers day for all"

Prós: "Not very much! It was like riding a crowded bus but the fare was cheap and the flight was (mercifully) short."
Contras: "They nickel and dime you to death - $8 for an "entertainment device," no food at all (not even a bag of peanuts!) and grouchy flight attendants who talked about "them" (the passengers) who wouldn't obey their direct orders quickly enough - in loud voices in the aisle.... Fortunately it was a short flight."

Prós: "United Airlines is putting customers and employees at risk. It is an insane and absurd as it is disgraceful. During boarding you will see painted arrows on the ground urging you to be "6 feet apart" from fellow travellers. You will then enter a the plane and be 6 inches apart as the plane will be FULL. Fly Delta where they block off middle seats and social distance. United CEO Scott Kirby does not care about customers or employees. The absurdity of the juxtaposition between the "6 feet" signs in the boarding area and the COMPLETE ABSENCE of distancing on board tells you everything you need to know about United."
Contras: "Practice social distancing on the plane. There's a pandemic. This is the NUMBER ONE thing you should be doing to assure safety of passengers and crew."

Contras: "In general, United team on the bag drop (from Atlanta too) are rude, as well as the officers of the security scan team are rough. They have no courtesy. They should understand that passengers are paying for the service and 99% are not “bad guys.” So, politeness and respect are the minimum things they deserve. Additionally, the Atlanta airport checking area and boarding check are not organized. They need to improve signal support for all customer."
