Restrições de entrada
A Irlanda não está implementando nenhuma restrição de entrada, mas todos os viajantes que chegam ao país de áreas exceto a Irlanda do Norte devem preencher um Formulário de Localizador de Passageiros em Saúde Pública.
Requisitos de entrada
Os viajantes devem preencher um formulário de localização de passageiros COVID-19 antes da chegada, disponível em https://cvd19plf-prod1.powerappsportals.com/en-us/
A partir de 16 de janeiro, todos os viajantes que chegam (exceto aqueles que chegam da Irlanda do Norte) devem apresentar um atestado médico com um resultado negativo do teste PCR para COVID-19 emitido até 72 horas antes de sua chegada. Crianças menores de 6 anos estão isentas deste requisito. Os trabalhadores dos transportes internacionais, incluindo os trabalhadores dos setores da aviação, marítimo e rodoviário de mercadorias, também estão isentos deste requisito quando se deslocam no exercício das suas funções.
Qualquer pessoa que chegue sem um teste PCR deve fazer um até 36 horas após a chegada.
Requisitos de quarentena
Todos os viajantes estão sujeitos a um período de quarentena de 14 dias que deve ser realizada no endereço especificado no Formulário de localização de passageiros. Pessoas que viajam de outro país para a Irlanda, e chegam através da Irlanda do Norte, também devem observar o regime de quarentena obrigatório.
Os viajantes podem sair para fazer um teste RT-PCR no mínimo 5 dias após a sua chegada - se receberem uma confirmação por escrito de que o resultado deste teste é negativo/"não detectável", o período de quarentena pode terminar.
Todos os viajantes que chegam do Brasil e da África do Sul devem completar 14 dias completos de quarentena - independentemente de terem um resultado de teste negativo.
Existem algumas isenções limitadas da exigência de quarentena obrigatória completa: Pacientes que viajam por razões médicas urgentes, Trabalhadores de transporte internacional que possuam um Certificado Anexo 3; Motoristas de veículos de mercadorias pesadas; Tripulação de aviação e marítima, Gardaí/forças de defesa, no desempenho de suas funções, viajam para o Estado em conformidade com um mandado de prisão, processo de extradição ou outra obrigação legal obrigatória, diplomatas ou viagens para desempenhar a função de ou fornecer serviços a um titular de cargo ou representante eleito, passageiros em trânsito que chegam com o propósito de viajar para outro estado e que não saem do porto ou aeroporto.

I tried to check-in online but was denied access to my ticket because Swiss Air thought I might be a robot. I kept following instructions for positive access but after about 10 attempts I quit. Very irritating!"
Prós: "Our flight on Swiss was excellent. On time, courteous crew, and loved the morning Croisant and the chocolate. As my wife and I are both retired flight attendants with TWA and American, we tend to notice customer service at all levels of an airline’s operation. Both our flight out of LHR to GVA and our return were smooth as can be. Nice job, Swiss!"

If I'm paying that much for a flight, I don't really appreciate having hordes of people lined up for the bathroom, bumping me constantly. I also don't very much like the door constantly opening and closing, due to noise and the obvious smell. Furthermore, I sat next to a family with 2 screaming babies. Overall, 8 hours of agony. Not a good experience at all."

Prós: "Passengers completely ignored the commands of the crew and crew was unable to take control of the crowd (passengers refused to follow crew's multiple demands to sit down during the high turbulence, finally crew gave up to force passengers to take a sit). Several times, standing passengers fell on the sitting ines. When at the end of the flight, the issue was pointed out to the captain and supervising flight attendant, both became aggressively defensive to the point of being rude."
Prós: "Almost nothing.."
Contras: "1) my seat was broken (didn't recline) 2) my USB charger... Broken.. 3) my food was in a metal container that was stamped and the ink from the stamp leaked and was pressed across my food. I was literally not about to eat the alphabet... (luckily, a nice attendant came by and apologized, as I know it was not her fault the food came out like this. 4) Rude attendant came over 25 mins after I had turned on my attendant button to ask for a bottle of water. (I turned it on while they were still serving drinks) (also forgot I needed water to take some medicine that required to drink a full glass) She came up to me and my fellow passenger, yelled at BOTH us while she was waving her hands our face. I mentioned to her "it's not polite to treat people this way" she moved her hands closer to my face thrusting her whole body over my fellow passengers face, and continued yelling at me about turbulence (while she's completely avoiding the rule herself.) He and I were both seated and buckled and not bothering anyone. She could've just taken her own lecture and kept ignoring the signal. I wrote about this in customer support letter that the 'NICE' and 'Helpful' attendant Gave to me that sincerely apologized for the previous attendants behavior."
Contras: "1 hr 50'' delay"
Contras: "Everything was very good except the TV screen on my wife's seat malfunctioned after the first movie watched. The crew "tried" to fix it but nothing happened, not blaming them specifically but I don't think they were to concerned about one customer with no entertainment. After a long while it started working again. It was a long flight to not have entertainment the whole duration of the flight. Besides this little problem it was a very good flight. Crew very professional and nice."
Prós: "The crew really went out of their way to accomodate and made sure I found my seat, was entertained and was comfortable throughout my flight."
Contras: "It was delayed a little."
Prós: "Punctuality, efficiency and courteous and prompt service. Zurich is a wonderful airport to connect through."

Prós: "We had never flown Lufthansa, or in a A380. Upstairs in economy with 2 seats on the right side, it was very quiet and felt roomy. Service was on-par with other European carriers, so quite good."

Contras: "I had such a miserable experience getting to Florence on Swiss Air that I sent a letter of complaint WHILE ON VACATION!! Really. It was a nightmare... not the way you want to start a vacation. I had difficulty booking my daughter's seat online for the return, but didn't have access to phone service while abroad. In my complaint letter to Swiss Air I requested they place us together. I never got a response and upon check in, they had my son and me in our purchased seats and my daughter at the back of the plane. I asked them if they could do anything about it (I was even willing to give up my seats to move to the back...) yet no one seemed concerned or interested in helping to make this work. They also had no knowledge of my complaint or appeared concerned about my prior experience. I'm so over Swiss Air. My experience with the employees on the phone prior to my first departure, the lack of response to my email, and a disinterested and inattentive staff on my return, have all convinced me to choose a different airline next time."
