The crew seemed a little disorganised. The adverts on the entertainment were annoying."

Contras: "After a three hour delay and missed connection and rebooked flight, that is when the service declined. We went through 4 different lines in the Dallas airport, almost missed the rebooked flight due to miscommunications and shuffling of where we were supposed to be. And now delayed luggage."

Contras: "A very small glitch was the cabin service. The cabin announcements were read out too fast to follow! Also, the cabin crew seemed to be in a rush to move the food tray away even though I was still sipping my juice. Maybe this was the early morning energy ...Slow down, guys!"

Contras: "ruin my seat arrangement for no reason! We were traveling as a family of 7 (2 grandparents from each side, my husband, my 4 year son and myself). We paid $30 per person per seat so that we could sit together and watch out for each other because some of the grandparents are in their 80's. However, when we checked in, we found out all our seats were re-arranged and in the worst possible way! Our 4 year old child was assigned in middle seat no where near my husband or myself. In addition, the family was divided in half, separated by the service station. I had switched seat so I can sit with my son but my husband had to sit at the other side of the service station to take care of the other half of the family because they do not speak English. I was left to attend to my 4 year old son by myself, which was hard to do. what bothers me the most is that there seem to be no obvious reason for them to re-arranged seats in such a devastating manner - it was not a full flight at all. I saw quite a few empty seats in the back. We spoke to the woman who was the head of the stewardess about the problem upon boarding, she said she would try to see what she could do, but she never got back to us at all. The seats were horrible seats for a few reason. First, there were a lot of traffic and noise from crew and other passengers because they were next to the Service station. Second, we were always the last one to receive food service because of the location. This is a problem when you have 4 year old and 80 years old who were diabetics."

We could not check in online, and it wasn't even possible to choose a seat before you got to the airport unless you wanted to pay a premium for it. To make matters worse, there is no transparency in the process; we had no idea what seats they were assigning us, or even whether the three of us would be able to sit together. And when we showed up at the airport, the last leg of my flight had been deleted from my itinerary (but not that of my family members). And guess what? They couldn't do anything about it until I was ready to get on that last flight! The crew were great, but all the behind-the-scenes aspects of Qantas were absolutely horrible. Two days later I'm still reeling from the experience. What a terrible way to treat customers."

Alem disso, a bordo, conectores de audio do sistema de entreterimento estavam com mau contato..... o sistema eh bom mas nao pode ser utEu vou passar natal em poa entao tou de boas utilizado! Demonstra falta de manutencao na aeronave e falta de preocupacao com o conforto dos clientes com estes pontos contra, sugiro buscar alternativas nas viagens a australia (air new zeland por exemplo)."

I realize these things happen, but earlier notification would have prevented an 8 hour stay in the airport. The seats are pretty close together for a 3.5 hour flight. After hearing a lot of positive comments about Qantas, this was not a great first impression"

Contras: "They let us know by email little before departure that there would be a delay of 1h 15 min in our arrival to London. This made me uneasy from the very beginning that I would lose my London-Luxembourg flight. The crew in the boarding gate, only after much insisting, said they would make a note so that someone from Qantas would wait for me and help me get my London-Luxembourg flight no problem, but in the next stopovers (Melbourne, Dubai), there was no sign of this. Also, the delay in the end was 2h 20 min - and I lost my flight to Luxembourg."

In spite of this nowhere was it mentioned in the Quantas terms and conditions or any prompt/popup given while booking the tickets that Australian transit visa is required for Indians since the flight is via Australian city. I had booked the tickets well in advance and had enough time to get transit visa had there been any information about it mentioned. On 1st December 2016 when we went to the Changi airport we were not allowed to board the plane as we did not have the Australian transit visa. We were told by Quantas personnel at the airport to go to the Australian embassy in Singapore to get the transit visa and that we would get it within a day. Next day we went to the embassy and found that the Australian visa is done by VFS global at a different address. When went there they informed us that Australian visa takes minimum 5 days. I had all my hotel bookings in New Zealand already done hence I had no choice to take a direct Singapore Auckland flight via Singapore Airlines at a very high price on the next day. I also lost one day of my hotel booking in Auckland and had to forfeit the money. I and my wife had to go through the psychological trauma of being refused to board the plane, then the next day running around the Australian embassy / VFS global office for trying to get the Australian transit visa and facing the uncertainty regarding our new Zealand trip which was planned well in advance for our 25th wedding anniversary"
Flight was good and the snack (toasted ham and cheese) was OK. The entertainment selection was great. Would have liked a canned softdrink as a choice.
o embarque demorou mais de uma hora, e depois ficamos mais uma hora aguardando documento de embraque com lista de passageiros para liberarem o voo.
Paguei mais caro pra mudar meu assento. Aí chegou na hora e não tinha mudado. Aí me colocaram em outro assento mais pra trás. Uma demora no atendimento pra despachar bagagem. Foi muito ruim. Eu com meu bebê de colo.
aero moca queria por minha bagagem de mao no porao, falei para ela que nao queria por, pois tinha um voo de conexao assim que chegassemos em sao paulo, aero moca foi grossa e nao pensou em outra solucao. eu falei com outro passageiro que ja tinha outras malas no porao para ele por sua mala de mao no porao. voo saiu mais de uma hora atrasado.

Ou vc marca assento na frente e tem que colocar sua mala de mão no final do aviso , falta de respeito . Então porque cobram para despachar malas grandes? Fizeram uma troca onde os passageiros estão insatisfeitos , só fazer uma pesquisa dentro do avião e vão saber o resultado . Se aparecer uma companhia que não participe disso , com certeza vamos ser clientes dela ."
