The luggage handling at arrival was extremely slow. The indication "first luggage on belt" was not correct at all. This is the second time it arrives to me and I will choose other carriers as a consequence.
Horrible airline and airport
Prós: Great crew, gently made sure we had our masks on.
Contras: Boarded some passengers very early and had to wait on bus and plane for other passengers who boarded at normal time.
Contras: Bigger sits
Prós: The crew was great!
Contras: Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money.
Prós: The plane was already delayed they didnt notify us and when they posted the time on the board, we went 15 mins before the take off and they didnt let us on the plane
Prós: Nothing Horrible service
Contras: The customer service. The flight attendants have no respect
Prós: Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated.
Contras: More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again.

Prós: Got from point A to point B alive and intact.
Contras: I was not familiar with Transavia before this trip. It is a discount airline. ‘Nuff said. I guess I understand now why the ticket was so cheap...
Prós: Nothing I like!
Contras: No free food or at least water. You need to pay for everything. High air fare, No seat LCD TV, No wifi. Worst airline ever
Contras: I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket

Prós: Our flight had a medical emergency with a divert to Bourdeaux. I was quit impressed on how the crew managed the entire situation. Very impressive!

Contras: Water for free. I prefer airlines where I can drink my own one or two beers ;-)

Contras: They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it
Prós: The agents wre wonderful. They kept us up to date and were both polite and professional.

Contras: Extremely hot boarding and no air conditioning while waitin to taxi to runway.
Contras: The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect.
