I liked the Friendly helpful staff Would have like more food options.
Just about everything could have been better. Virtually zero signage in Palm beach airport so couldn’t find them, had to magically know they were hidden by Spirit desk. Plane broke and caused a 5 hour delay. Can’t hear any announcements. Crew was friendly, flight once we took off was ok. Lighting in the plane is atrocious and anxiety inducing. Barely a drink service on a 3 + hour flight. Definitely no snacks. If I had other options to fly to Minneapolis in the future, I’d pay more for a better airline experience.

Price was great. Paying for selecting seats and overhead storage was not nice. Nice new plane. On time flights in both directions.
They have you pay additional money for your flight as you are checking in (not even for luggage, just for your flight). You pay for each seat per leg of the trip an additional $10-28.
They are not transparent with their pricing. They add on extra charges for everything. After you purchase the ticket, be prepared to pay additional pricing per passenger per seat per leg of your trip. I paid an additional $44. They require you to pay the difference upon check in.
The plan was supposedly on time, but we boarded late and sat on the runway for quite awhile.
Didn’t get to go as David is in the hospital. Unexpected emergency but not covid. Couldn’t get refund because we were on reduced fare without insurance. He is still hospitalized.
More online available content would be nice
It was better than I expected being a budget airline. Seats were comfortable, the flight attendants were nice, and the pilots had a smooth take off and a gentle landing.
Boarded early and arrived early. Baggage out quickly. Exactly what you need on a flight.
Prós: Smooth flight

Contras: Full plane, and I was in middle seat; plane departure was late for unstated reasons.
Prós: The crew was very courteous & helpful. Huge bonus.
Contras: The check in process at the airport was horrendous. I would never fly Sun Country again except the crew was so good.
Contras: We have flown with Sun Country several times and it is always a great experience. In my opinion there are two things that can be improved upon. First thing is pricing for baggage. It is the same price for the first checked bag or a carry on. $30. I think a carry on should be half the price of a checked bag. Second is the on flight WiFi. It didn’t work on our departing flight or our return flight. That’s not good service. It sends a message that the airline doesn’t put a high priority on operability or maintenance.
Contras: Boarding pass had no terminal or gate info, so lost time figuring that out. Difficult getting bag space once onboard due to broken overheads. Pretzels…

Prós: Nothing. Sun country airlines was 30 mins late to bird allow travelers to board their plane then 1 hour late to leave after that then 20 mins late to deboard, so in total they were 2 hours late

Contras: More flights to/from Portland
Prós: Crew was friendly and engaging throughout the flight. Gate agents as well. Plane and terminal remain very clean as they always should have been.
Contras: Seats are incredibly uncomfortable as always. Tailbone was again painful for 2-3 days like every Sun Country flight. Head rests are like plywood and do not a allow restful position. The landing was quite hard. Many surprised screeches on this one.
Prós: Boarding in general went quite quick considering the number of customers requiring assistance. Flight attendants were pleasant greeting us while boarding.
Contras: Seats are extremely uncomfortable. My tailbone is very painful for 2-3 days after each flight. The headrests are hard and force my head forward. cannot rest comfortably. Narrow seats are an ongoing issue with most airlines. The number of flight attendant intercom scolding's to remain in seats could have been less. Sometimes people just need to use a restroom. I wasn't one of them but certainly understand the need in flight, turbulence or not.
Prós: On time. Nice crew. Comfortable flight.

Prós: Crew were fine- did what they had to do: distributed tiny bottle of water, picked up trash, were polite to passengers. Otherwise, no interaction.
Contras: Crowded airplane during a pandemic. Greed motivates Sun Country Airlines- overcrowding, seats are paid extra, baggage is extra including carryon. Flight arrived on time, but it took two (2) hours to get out of the airport, waiting for a gate and baggage. Landed at 10:10p- left airport with bag at 12:10a. Will try never t o fly with them again!

Contras: The airfi wifi was very intermittent. That should be addressed for international flights! Also, seat was supposed to have a usb cord and there wasn’t one. We would have picked a different airline for an international flight had we known that. Tray backs were dirty too.
Contras: Hand sanitizing wipes on board.

Prós: I liked that birding started from the last rows.
Prós: Quick boarding. Inexpensive ticket. Direct flight.
Contras: Crew walked thru cabin at least 5 times collecting garbage, but could not hand out sealed snack or sealed water. People sat should-to-shoulder - No buffer space, but asked to leave the plane with 6 foot intervals???? This airline picks and chooses their Covid precautions. Quick and inexpensive flight, if you don’t mind the rest.
Contras: Sun country did absolutely nothing in regards to protecting their passengers from COVID. Delta was absolutely amazing and I was soo impressed with the extra measures they are taking, sun country should definitely take notes from Delta. As for sun county I will not be flying them again anytime soon, unless they are able to improve their policies on covid.
