Hertz’s policy of choosing from a pool of cars (rather than a substitution chosen by them) was a great way to rent car that I normally would not have paid extra for. Great way to better learn more about the benefits of an electric car and how much simpler they are to operate.Avaliado em 1 ago. 2023

I thought driving an EV in California wouldn't be a big deal. We were often on edge about where to find charging. Having to download a new app at almost each station was a pain - especially with being from Canada and not having free roaming in the US. And most of the stations charged at very slow rates. Drop off location in Vegas is very hard to find. It was at the 10th floor in the parking garage .. no sign until you are up there.. drop box was so small with no sign… took us 20 mins to find drop off location and another 15 mins to find the box :(Avaliado em 9 jul. 2023

The initial vehicle they gave us was old, dirty and worn. Had to return to the office and request a different vehicle. Which they didn’t have anything that would suite us. So we had to upgrade which they did for us at a heavily discounted rate.Avaliado em 22 jun. 2023

I reserved a Tesla and have Hertz Gold. When I arrived we were all being told that there was a 45 minute to 1 hour wait for a Tesla despite the fact that there were MANY Teslas in the lot. If you don't have enough cars of a specialty type - DON"T TAKE THE RESERVATION. Feel like I was not listened to. Rented a Tesla model 3. Elected for the charge it myself option and not pay the 35$ flat fee for brining it back at any charge level.
