It was great. We had a delay which left us getting to our pick-up location 5.5 hrs after the scheduled pick-up. The lady at the front counter helped us get a vehicle even after telling us the vehicle contract is terminated after a 2 hr delay. 1. They gave me half tank and I even gave full tank on return, still they charged me for fuel. 2. Pick and drop point at Malpensa Airport is not mentioned. 3. Support call was not supportive at all. Hertz and Dollar service is pathetic, I will never go for it again.Avaliado em 25 jul. 2023

I booked the car in italy. I took videos of the car prior to driving it out of the lot to protect myself. Surely enough, they are charging me 160 euros for “new cosmetic damages “. Not true! The damages are clearly seen on my video and pictures. They are a scam. I’m fighting the case hoping they don’t unfairly take my money.
