I was charged more than double the cost that was quoted to me when I made the reservation. The only service I added was tolls, which is $20/day, and I had the car less than 24 hours. Now I need to take the time to call Budget and challenge the charges.Avaliado em 31 jul. 2023

I prepayed the rental - but now there is an additional charge to be withdrawn from my mastercard. At the Budget desk they needed my mastercard to approve an amount of 339 us dollars, when signing for the car in Chicago airport. I asked if it was a deposit - Yes, was the reply. The type of car that i reserved wasn’t available, so i had to settle for something smaller. Took 45 minutes even though I was the 2nd person in line because Budget had no one at their desk for about 15 minutes. Wouldn’t use them or kayak againAvaliado em 14 abr. 2023

pickup at O Hare was just fine and friendly. However we were substantially overcharged, the rate was not billed as promised and the lot worker at Milwaukee was cold and obviously did not enter the return correctly.
