Avis website allowed us to make a reservation but when we got to the location they said they had no cars available but that’s after they ignored us and others waiting for at least 10 mins. Horrible. We will never use Avis again.Avaliado em 24 abr. 2023

They did not have the car that we reserved and had to settle for a smaller car. Avis attendant was rude. Took over 30 minutes to get the car. Car was not clean and was not full of gas so we had to stop and fill and then stop a 2nd time. The delay in getting the car made us late. I will never use Avis again!Avaliado em 2 abr. 2023

My car rental reservation was cancelled the morning of pickup and not a single available car could be found within a 25 mile radius of the Atlanta metro area. What a nightmare! NEVER again!Avaliado em 5 mar. 2023

You made our reservation at the wrong location. We made the reservation for the Atlanta airport but you all switched it to a location 35 minutes away. And by the time we arrived, the AVIS location at the airport was sold out. We ended up going with another rental company. Poor communication. Never received a vehicle so I was left stranded. Instead of just telling me a car was not available they strong me along for 24 hours. Busy holiday season and the middle of the Southwest screw up didn’t help the situation.Avaliado em 28 dez. 2022
