Old planes. Need new planes! I was scared.
The line to register was too long and airline personnel took too long. Had to wait more than one hour. Avianca once a great customer service, but not anymore. One would expect service to be way better before boarding and then on the plane (food and entertainment), considering what one is paying.
Everything was fine
Contras: Kayak customer service was horrible ,I attempted to change flight time Kayak was not existent wait time were over an hours . Once you book a flight with Kayak your are on your own .
Prós: I made the mistake booking a seat at a row in front of the wing exists and it did not recline but no one else in my row so I laid across the seats at midnight.
Contras: I got stuck in check in line the day before at 0600 90 min before my flight with 4 others. I had to re-book and came in 3 hours early to get in okay sitting 60 minutes at the gate. If they had had announced to move us forward all would have boarded on time.
Prós: The service was excellent. There a lady her name was Iveth she is amazing in her job...
Contras: They need to work the food and entertainment
Contras: Eventhough we ptovide all necessary documents Avianca staff in Airport Punta Cana ignored us and did not allow to fly. After that i made a complaint to Avianca Customer Service Administration about this, but no reply yet.
Prós: The easy way of checking in .
Contras: Better food

Contras: Attitude from crew. The really need coaching reg customer service.
Contras: Wifii should be free. Tockets are not cheap and therefore included. Improvement of food is also necessary
Prós: Hot meal was great Comfortable seats
Prós: Boarding was fast. Crew was nice.
Contras: Turned the AC lower because the main cabin was somewhat warm. It’s a 35 min flight but it was warm back there.

Prós: The crew was amazing and the seats were very comfortable too

Contras: Tal vez mejorar un poco la comida o snack, independiente que el vuelo fue corto
Prós: crew with outstanding customer service
Contras: Change the whole system be more kind and human Don’t bleed the poor people who work hard to visit their families, your fares are too high for the service you offer.
Contras: There could have been more movie options for the personal entertainment system in business class.
Prós: not much
Contras: same reasons as before
Prós: Crew was great. Wine was also good
Contras: Food could have been much better.
Prós: This flight is so shaker that there is nothing to say about it between take off and landing.
Contras: Boarding process could have been better if you had someone move people to the side from other groups that were not called. Just saying in the load speaker doesn’t do the job.
Prós: La atencion personal abordo es muy amable. Pero no hay snack. Solo sodas y agua. Eso no es bueno.
Contras: Las escaleras del avion son muy fragiles e incómodas. Personas mayores como yo necesitan ayuda para subir gradas con equipaje de mano., y no hay.
Contras: Hot cabin. No entertainment without paying. Passenger next to me vomiting, pressed call light NO one came, until crew walking bye. Then crew member refused to take bag of vomit from passenger. She had to carry it off the plane and dispose of it herself.
Prós: Great crew mom got diabetic food said it was really good
Prós: The service and the price.
Contras: There’s nothing to change is great as it is.
Prós: Comfortable seat, the crew was really nice and everything was on time
Contras: Actually I can’t think of something to improve everything was correct.
