There was an issue at first which was quickly resolved. The agent, Kaila, gave us her card so that if we had questions we could contact her. I did have a question about tolls and about what would happen if we were late returning the car. She was very caring and responsive to our questions. I’m very annoyed that it was never disclosed by either the car rental company or by Kayak that they close at 11:00 PM. My flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until 11:45 and was forced to utilize an alternate rental car agency which resulted in a higher cost in excess of $100. I place the blame on both Kayak and the rental car agency for not disclosing this critical information. Had I been aware of this I would have used a different agencyAvaliado em 2 fev. 2023

The Jeep Cherokee I reserved was not available. They upgraded me, at no charge, to a Seauoia. It is a monster of Vehicle. It cost me a lot of extra money for gas and not the easiest vehicle to drive.Avaliado em 21 nov. 2022

Everything was great when I check my car in. Got an email that they didn’t receive my car. Got two phone calls that my car was late checking in even though I was a half hour early. Go home and get some bullshit message that it was damage to a tire on my car. I won’t be using the service anymore.Avaliado em 13 set. 2022

Picking up the car took close to an hour. They didn’t have my class car ready and expected me to pay extra for an upgrade I didn’t need. When they did get a car for me I had to wait while they cleaned it. It was an SUV with the cargo cover that hides the contents in the trunk missing, so I requested another car which I took instead. When I dropped off the car I discovered they are not a 24 hour facility so I had to take an Uber to the airport. It was the cheapest option but definitely lackingAvaliado em 25 ago. 2022

Shuttle driver was very nice. No restroom at the office for guests to use and it takes a while to get to LaGuardia terminals because there is first the rental car shuttle and then the airport shuttle bus.Avaliado em 20 jul. 2022

It seems I get charge alliance insurance with kayak 22$ but sixt said they don’t use this insurance it’s third party so they r not sure that my car is secure or not then after 2hours I bought sixt coverage. Complete disaster. Somehow we were allowed to make a reservation for a time when their airport location was CLOSED so we were unable to pick up the vehicle! Caused us a 2 hour headache in NYC trying to get another rental. And trying to get an agent/rep on the phone is insanely impossible. Never giving them a second chance.
