Ok, so it was the Friday afternoon before the Fourth of July but it took 45 minutes on line waiting to get assigned a car. What a nightmare. Once you got your little piece of paper then you had to wait outside for some poor guy who is running around trying to help everyone to actually assign you a car. Their people are just great. There were 65 renters in front of me on line at the counter at LaGuardia on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend which explains why the pick-up part partially gets a frown. Budget at LaGuardia Airport was fast, easy, and the staff friendly for both rental and return. Easy to find offsite location. Shuttle was fast with helpful and friendly drivers.Avaliado em 22 mar. 2023

The cars wheel was shifted to the left making it hard at time to drive. I went to drop off around 10:55 and they told me they were closed even thought they close at 11. I just had to drop the car off that’s it. So I had to call services, and was no help. They told me to drop it off somewhere without giving me an address. The rental counter closed earlier than it was supposed to. The shuttle service did also. The car had not been cleaned. Although I pre-filled all my info online, it all had to be done again manually at the counter. It took over an hour and a half to get from my arrival gate to having the car.
