The crew was very friendly. The check-in to boarding process was onerous and unclear. I understand that part of the process is not the airline's responsibility but they can lobby to streamline the process
Prós: Amazing crew. Spacious and clean aircraft.
Prós: Tight and packed. With the pandemic still going. Children wear masks better and that is not properly enforced.

Contras: Have customer service respond in a timely manner. I know you can’t control other agency have been trying 4 days prior to flight schedule to cancel due to positive Covid-19 results and still no response so don’t know if I will lose my ticket price if so won’t deal with you again

Prós: The warm towel given for the hands and face at the beiginning was a nice surprise treat. Great also that blankets and headphones were provided.

Contras: Flight was delayed for an extra 2 hrs, with inadequate refreshments. Plane wasnt clean and had musty smell.

Prós: Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst.

Contras: Flight take off was delayed aprox 40mnts & pilot’s language and message was not clear why we are still grounding !
Prós: It’s acctually the second time , just last week 23rd , our flight with delta got delayed that made us missed our connecting flight and I had to pass through Nairobi, female crew serving snacks came over to me with snacks and told me I ordered low fat food which I did and I asked her if it was ok if I had chicken that day she insisted that had ordered low fat mean and that’s what she has to serve me and I had to tell her again I needed chicken, she started arguing with me over snacks she got offended and she just threw food in my hand almost dropped to the floor , I think that was not professional at all. And today again coming to Nairobi the female crew came over serving snacks again and requested if I could have some wet wipes my hands were dirty dirty because had seen a crew handing out with to the people in the front raw but she answered me it was in the bank and she kept on and I again asked the male crew and he explained to me that they mostly don’t give wet wipes for short flights but I had wet wipes when I flew to Nairobi from Amsterdam and I had too when I left Nairobi to Uganda , what’s the point of serving foods when passengers gotta eat with dirty hands , and today again-the same female crew skipped the first raw of two males with snacks who were seated in front of us and even if they told her they missed the snacks, she stood there and called the male crew just unprofessionally to bring the snacks for the gentleman and she just never cared . I think they should do better thanks .
Contras: They should be more professional and friendly to people they act like they don’t care sometimes .
Prós: nothing I liked about this flight. Our flight was delayed by more than 6 hours. Even though airline had an opportunity to bump us in their sister airline- precision airline in earlier flight Nairobi, they refused to help us. Precision air had lot of seats empty.
Contras: Kenyan airways do not care about customers and inconvenience they are facing. We were suppose to arrive Dar at 7:30 pm and instead now we will arrive at 1:30 am on 28th Jan 2020.
Prós: Same things as mentioned for the NBO-EBB leg
Prós: The seat was comfortable ONLY because I am Platinum member ( and I was able to choose emergency exit seat ) otherwise it wouldn’t have been so comfortable
Prós: Crew was attentive, punctual, and third meal on a 14 hour flight is right.
Contras: Movies are badly dated, and a bit limited in choice. System was a bit difficult to navigate, and slow to respond.
Contras: No screens on this aircraft
