Well I reserved my car for 12, but when I got to the location they were at lunch. I waited 45 min for nothing as I was told when they got back I was at the 2nd location within the casino and needed to go to the other. Well they didn't have my card. I had inadvertently made a reset at another location but the attendant wouldn’t even acknowledge the issue or offer to rectify it. I ended up simply renting another car and absorbed the cost (I.e. threw my money away). Therefore, will not use Hertz again.Avaliado em 19 ago. 2023

The car was literally wrecked, the front bumper hanging off, dented hood, scratched on all sides, huge coffee stains on every seat, smelled like cigarette smoke and had 64,000 miles on it. I went to pick up the vehicle at 12pm but the place was closed which didn't make sense, so I didn't even get what I paid for and I was charged. If the place closes at 12pm, they should not allow you to book the pick up time during that time.Avaliado em 8 ago. 2023

Location is obviously understaffed. Your associate was very kind and efficient, but for the number of renters, the process took longer than it should. Please do not overwhelm your staff. Check in agent was having issues with their internal system. Was getting into arguments with guests (People were being rude so it wasn't entirely their fault) Vegas was experiencing a heat wave - office AC couldn't keep up. Was there for 2 hours, was so disorganized people who showed up after me were seen before me. Flight delayed hot to rental car location 12:08 they wouldn’t even open the door to speak to me spoke to me through the door couldn’t understand they closed at 12;00 Literally worst service I took an Uber to this pick up location from airport had to Uber to lake Las Vegas then Uber again the next day to pick up budget rental car Called Sunday to get my $ back from hertz could not reach a representative.
