Had to wait over 3 hours for a car. 1.5 hrs in line at counter. 1.5 hours in garage waiting for a car. They never did have the 7 seater we reserved and prepaid for so we had to cram into a 5 seater. No refund was possible (according to them) since we prepaid. It was terrible waiting with my 3 kids that whole time in the heat. We did not rent from Dollar. We had a reservation. When we arrived at the airport there were about 150 people waiting in line. I was not going to stand in line for 3 hours and find out they had no cars. We went to Budget and rented a car for $20 more.
