Large room and bathroom, huge and delicious breakfast included, good location at junction of old and new city. Wonderful executive sitting room with free wine and drinks and food and friendly staff. Smoking was allowed in the public bar/lounge which made it unpleasant to sit there. Also, it would have been nice to have a nightlight in rhe bathroom. ,
The situation, the quiteness, the praticality Aircondition (Functionning only on the prefixed degree by the Hotel)
The hotel is situated next to the one of central street in Prague. Service is excellent. They have problem with Internet connection. It was exception that this time I really had to connect with the Internet... but I couldnt.
location is excellent. you can do all the important sites by walking. you don't need the metro. It was not 5 stars hotel service. We needed to argue about late checkout although the hotel was empty, the food in breakfast was cold, the room was small and no ventilation. The price of the transfer from the airport was outrageous.
Quality of the room, reception staff friendly always wanting to help.Quality of food.Central location. Most unfriendly restaurant staff.Never saw a smile. It seemed as if just pouring a cup of coffee was doing us a favour
comfortable , but boring , unappealing and oldfashioned without the old charm. Friendly staff
Perfect loction the hotel is a very good option. The people has good attitude, food is good, restaurantes aré nice, the place ítself is a beautiful building
location and Hotel were great!
The location was great and the whole style of the hotel inside and out was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful i will definitley return to the Iron Gate on my next trip to Prague. Nothing
The position of the hotel is very good and affords easy access to restaurants and sites. Yes. The breakfast was not inviting and the service was indifferent.
Hotel is located just at the border of old town. It has nice rooms, executive lounge has a special charm.
The staff in the executive lounge were most helpful...ad the location was great for our first visit to Prague. The management attitude is very poor when it comes to assuring my satisfaction with the maatresses in the hotel...like sleeping on the floor. and I have a billing problem. They did not honor the rate you gave me of 217 euros per night.,
staff were friendly and great location. the room was spacious then i expected. also breakfast was good and great view from my room. it has an elevator but you still walk to your room half floor. you should ask somebody to carry your luggage if its too heavy.

Well decorated, very clean. The rooms are pretty spacious with comfortable beds, the bathroom also spacious with super large mirror. Overall, the equipment in the room was in great shape, nothing broken or overused. Very quiet rooms, we did not hear neither the street nor any other rooms, but our room was in the corner and the windows were pointing some back yard, so maybe not rooms will be alike. The bathroom had very poor air ventilation. There's no view whatsoever from any hotel rooms, the building is surrounded by another large hotel and another large building. The WiFi is super pricey, and I cannot understand why, though they do have an Ethernet connection available in the rooms, not only WiFi.
It was what I expected from a Marriott. Good room size, facilities and good breakfast. The Marriott Prague specifically > no morning gown, no morning slippers, not much on amenities compared to other Marriott hotels in Europe.
location, outstanding staff (one exception) - very accomodating individual operating front desk asked repeatedly for a cash deposit for an excursion and discovered (zero) absolutely no funding of any nature could be applied from hotel to company operating tour. I only saw her weekends and we were planned to check out in two days. she spoiled an otherwise outstanding experience
sillence and later chek out
lights, colors, atmosphere - it's like stepping into a different world
Rooms were of a good size. Bathrooms very nice and location of hotel is well suited to seeing Prague. Loud air-conditioning system. The complimentary welcome drink was not delivered to the room and alternatively, the service in the Buddha-Bar was poor.
a very comfortable and enjoying stay with very nice staff.
The location was excellent. I didn't like the breakfast. I would prefer to be served with hot coffee or tea rather than having a pot on the table that is not fresh or hot. The breakfast was not too good - fruit salad was soggy - bacon also - certainly not too a british palate. The bar is small and needs to be refurbished as does the whole of the hotel. Hotel is very small in the reception area with nowhere to relax except the bar.
