I liked it all. Close to everything. Nothing I can really complain about. The only comment is that the decor needs updating.
The rooms were lovely to look at and delightful to sleep in.
The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the flat screen tv's. Also, the full breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
They lost our reservation then ran my card for the weekend rate at the hotel. We missed our dinner plans at Gordon Ramsay because we couldn't get into a room and shower on time. Hotel is in repair process looks very tacky for incoming guest. Front desk trainee did what she could to accommodate but she had no pull. Put a damper on the weekend for sure. Will never book here again
This is a decidedly budget / locals hotel, which is fine for what it is. Most of the rooms are fairly dated, with standard bathrooms with low water pressure and relatively thin walls. I am a light sleeper, granted, but there wasn't a night in the standard rooms where I wasn't awakened by the elevator dinging, people in the halls, or the loud music in the pool area, which starts up at 8 am! That said, the hotel staff are lovely, and did a good job taking care of me, including bumping me up into one of their nice, well appointed suites. The suites are updated, with a lovely shower, a super comfy bed, and none of the noises found in the standard rooms. Management could really market the hotel as an off-strip gem if they'd put a little more love into their rooms, and intvested in some soundproofing. The standard rooms are old, have thin walls, noisy ACs, and bad water pressure.
We slept through which is what we needed to get up next day. Phone wasn't working, room smelled like smoke, people were smoking at the lobby. Not the place for young children.
The rate was SUPER cheap and it was very close to the strip. The front desk people are also extremely friendly. Everything looked really old in the room and a random smoke alarm or some type of alarm went off at 3am just long enough to wake us up, then just shut off.
cheap price, $43 total for large room, and good food for inexpensive price in cafe nothing
VERY clean room with a well made, spotless bed. Kayak's getaroom.com is TERRIBLE because they did not list a resort fee for this property which I booked exactly because it was the best value getaroom.com had as the other inexpensive hotels listed resort fees. I showed up and was charged a resort fee after losing two hours of (my stay which was only for 8 hours) getting the hotel to honor the booking I paid for. I am blogging and using social media to warn people to avoid this no name getaroom and use well known booking companies.
property is one star not 3 star as you classified.I asked Shannon for quiet room I was given 3366 noisy room in back of hotel. There is noise of buses, and you can hear next door neighbor. There was no ironing board,Iron and hair dryer in the room .The 3 star were probably were to small .
Pool, casino, rooms
The staff was friendly, the restaurant was reasonable and good plus location was nice. The bathroom was dated and small, the slots were tight, musty smell and cigarette smells.
This place was about half the cost of all other adjacent hotels. Reasonably clean and the staff was more than friendly. There is a hidden "resort fee" i think it was 12 bucks a night. But apparently this is a vegas thing.
Good value all around, good food, good prices. I would stay here again.
Easy to get to the airport. Said the airport shuttle was 24 hours but only runs from 4am until 9pm. Room had a fan running outside making it difficult to sleep. One poor elevator in the far corner of the hotel. I was charged 20 for a resort fee that was not mentioned at time of booking (Kayak's fault). No shuttle to the Strip as stated in their literature.
Smell of smoke outside rooms. Smelly sheets and rugs. Bad location, far from strip. Although I knew this prior to booking the rooms.
The staff was awesome. The decor and feel of the whole hotel was lovely. The room was comfortable and roomy. Can't think of anything I didn't like.
Staff was great, very helpful. Room was clean and practical, which I needed. Loved the underground parking garage - I felt my car was safe and knew it wasn't sitting in the 107-degree heat. No AC in the hallways? It was a sauna every time I walked out my door. Also, using the key to move the elevator was a nice safety feature, but got a little annoying, too.
Everythng about the plaev was GREAT :) The location the darkness not bright at all real dingy lighting
GOOD: bed comfort, guestroom size, bathroom and shower size, desk chair, modern room decor and lobby decor, converting from Baymont to Sheraton brand, 1 block from Silver Sevens Casino, behind Roys Hawaiian and Buca Di Beppo restaurants, great staff BAD: neighborhood at night (behind 2 nice restaurants, but surrounded by low rent apartments for many blocks on a pitch black street in a creepy neighborhood, that's why there's no outside guest parking or visitor parking, you have to have a room key to enter the caged-in underground parking), skimpy continental breakfast, clunky platform bed frames, free wifi almost useless and slow, no lighting in the shower stall, 1.5 miles from strip (30 minute walk)
I loved everything about the hotel. Easy check in, clean, comfy bed, flat screen T.V. I didn't have a great view. Its a mile in half from the strip 7 miles from Fremont Experience. If you take a can is about $20. Not bad.
My stay was Amazing.
We actually liked the Hotel. We went here for black Friday shopping. The security of the parking is awesome. Everything was very comfortable with the exception of the bed frames. We didn't do breakfast because it ended early for us late starters. But overall great experience specially with a toddler. We did not like the bed frames at all! Oh gosh all three of us have bruises on our shins and my sweet girl bumped her head on them. That's mainly what I would change.
Everything from check in to check out... Clean and luxurious looking. Quiet Nothing to not like
Hotel was off the strip, so quiet. The staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel was a bit run down. One of the elevators wasn't working and the door to it was closed. Also, for security purposes, one can only use the elevator with a room key. That implied it's not in a nice area. I was asked for money by someone passing by in front of the hotel.
Great price that included breakfast, secure parking and not far from the strip. Arrived late and noticed a few of the lights burned out over the vanity. During the morning house cleaning, bulbs were fixed and the additional towels supplied for the family. Would recommend and would stay again.
Clean, nicely furnished and safe Location and there could be a little more variety at the breakfast
