Tried to rent me a Tesla, but where we were going did not have easy access to charging stations, then had to pay to “upgrade” to a lower class gasoline car. This was not requested or mentioned in reservation, but what can you do. I tried calling to change my vehicle drop off location to another near by location and customer service was poor, lady barely spoke English and could not understand what I was asking. The location in downtown Boston instead of airport was the worst possible location. Traffic in Boston made it difficult to reach your office. Staff at office was good. Car was dirty when picked up.Avaliado em 25 jun. 2023

The pick up was painful. It took 30 minutes of them trying to sell me extra stuff that I didn't need. The app didn't work so I was forced to talk with an agent to pick the car up. Someone smoked weed in the car so I had to go to Walmart and buy a de-odor sprayer to help. The car was clean and in perfect condition other than the smoke. Rental was for the wrong location. Called Hertz to get it fixed and they wanted to charge over $500 for a 1 day rental so I wasn’t even able to get a car from them.Avaliado em 14 mai. 2023

Both Hertz check-out and return (check-in) staff were a tad grumpy / diffident. Facility was cramped, difficult to find / get to, dirty. Check-in (return) process poorly explained.
