Horrible dropoff experience in Philly. No signage explaining what to do. Pulled into lanes that looked like a place for cars to be left. There were a few people outside that saw me arrive but did nothing to help and quickly disappeared. Went inside to the counter and waiting in line for a while... only to finally get to the front and be told "oh you just have to leave the keys in the car and you can go." After waiting in line for 3 hours to get the car, it was full of dirty napkins and had no gas. After pointing this out, the manager had to leave with the car to fill it before returning with it again, still full of dirty fast food napkins from the previous renter.Avaliado em 20 jul. 2023

Pick up was fine despite the long line, but drop off the person was gone when we got there and we had to wait 25 minutes for him to return. If someone needs to go to lunch, you need a second person working there.Avaliado em 3 jul. 2023

I scheduled my pickup for 6pm, but only realized when I got to the Budget office that the office itself closes at 6pm and I was very lucky to have just caught the employee before they left. The car was not the one requested. The one we got was a Chrysler minivan with a serious steering issue (u joints or tie rod problem) that made it a bear to drive on our 1000 mile trip. The entertainment system USB connection and bluetooth stopped working halfway through, so the carplay /navigation was unavailable. The desk rep in Boston seaport was ver much “take it or leave it” instead of helping solve a customer’s problem. Will think twice before doing Budget again.Avaliado em 20 jun. 2023

Abysmal pickup process at Logan. Did not know about fastbreak option. There were QR codes posted while in line to ‘save time’ at the counter. That was useless. Waited in line well over an hour and almost half an hour at the counter. This is all after midnight. There were dozens of people behind me. They are probably still there.Avaliado em 18 jun. 2023
