Waited about 1 hr in a line of 20 people and only 3 people had been serviced. They were then making people wait in excess of 10-20 min to get a car after leaving the counter. They vending machines had no water for my family which included 2 girls under the age of 3 and the water fountains were not working either. Staff at JFK is very good and work hard to make the best of a difficult situation. Waited in line to get my car for 1 hour. Then another 30 minutes for it to be ready. We picked up a car in June 12th in Erie and that was great. On our return trip we picked up a car at JFK and that was below average. The car was fine but the people working the counter just did not seem like they wanted to be there.Avaliado em 5 jul. 2023

Horrendous. They gave me a car that looks like it was in an accident. It was a rainy day and the wipers didn’t even work a safety issue. When I told the worker their response was just. “Take pictures” I returned the car topped off full tank of gas. The return guy at EWR charged me $25 for gas when I returned it full!
