O atendimento na retirada foi ótimo, porém o chekout nao posso dizer o mesmo. O aluguel do carro ficou em $279,00 e “$35,00” ao qual fui informado que seria um valor máximo de cobrança dos pedágios. No explanation provided for the additional charges that were automatically added to the rental agreement ,which were not required. I was simply asked to sign a lengthy document without chance to read it. A further £501.26 as been debited from my credit card without any explanation/ final invoice showing what the charges relate to. After reserving my car, taking a train from Fort Lauderdale to Miami so I could pick up a car and drive 4 hours to my flight in Orlando, then waiting an hour in line at Budget, I was told that I would need to use a credit card rather than my debit card because I "didn't pass a soft credit check." I took the route that was advised with no tolls except paying cash for I 75 North. I am afraid that I was unfamiliar with this route during the night time darkness (age 71) and may have been exposed to tolls that were unexpected.
