According to my reservation, I rented an intermediate SUV. I had it in writing. The Hertz person just repeated over and over that I reserved a compact SUV. Upgrading to an intermediate almost doubled the price. It was a bait and switch. I had to have the intermediate size based on what I was transporting. The car wasn't ready for me although I had a reservation. (There were 5+ other parties waiting for their cars too!) Also, I bought an EZPass because they said it would work on the license plate, but it didn't! I still had to pay tolls! So frustrating! I won't use Hertz again!Avaliado em 7 mai. 2023

I typed in to the system to pick up the car at Dulles, and then clicked on Dulles for pickup. after chosing one of the options that resulted, and purchasing it, I found out when I was at Dulles, that the rental was in fact at Reagan. After a 28 hour flight, this was not a nice experience. And to boot, I had to eat the $80 cab fare from Dulles to Reagan. Ugh.Avaliado em 16 mar. 2023

Arrived on time and was told there would be at least a 90 minute wait. She suggested trying another agency. We had prepaid and the agent was unable to process a refund.
