Rental experience was fine. Everything was easy. The only hard part was charging the Polestar at an EVGo, and trying to guess how much energy to put into it the day before returning. Definitely more complicated than gassing up. And I normally drive a Tesla.Avaliado em 19 jun. 2023

It was rough. They didn’t have my car ready and cleaned, so they had to take extra time to clean it. Secondly, they didn’t have a charger for me, so I had to use super chargers. Thirdly, the car broke down twice on the freeway. It was a pretty poor experience, and honestly, I don’t want to drive a Tesla ever again with HertzAvaliado em 30 mai. 2023

Telsas make terrible rental cars. They had issues at pickup that made it very long to get the car. There's no good way to get a hold of Hertz when there's an issue with the rental car and you have to travel all the way back to the location to talk to anyone.Avaliado em 19 mai. 2023

I had to drive the first car I picked back right as I left because as I was leaving they found out it was needing some maintenance, the car they put me in to replace it was a gold car so I figured it would be nicer but the system felt outdated and there was slightly less room in the car. Pick up was a bit confusing we requested a seven passenger vehicle initially they had a minivan I went to look at the minivan and they altered the reservation to a Ford Explorer before I could confirm the minivan would’ve been a better substitute for the Pathfinder because we were taking a road trip from Dallas to Florida with five passengers and all the stuff you need lots of luggage let’s just sayAvaliado em 9 ago. 2022

I arrived and there was no car for me, even though booked two months in advance. Hertz staff had no interest to help me find a car or make it right. Had to walk around to the car rental places with my luggage until I was able to get a car with National. Hertz lost a customer for life.Avaliado em 7 ago. 2022
