Conviently located and affordable.
location, price, and the room was pretty nice too. that there was not one phone for customers on the premises. and that the doors did not have peep holes.
Excellent location, clean and quite spacious rooms, good breakfast selection. Underground parking lot with direct access to the motel. Lady at the reception desk was not particularly courteous.
The staff was sometimes really not proffessional and made the impression like they can not handle the reservation from booking.com. We had almost every day a new problem. The breakfast was simple and the place for so many guests was to small.
The cleaniness of the room and the excellent buffet breakfast.
Very convenient location to rail station, shopping, thermal baths, and the city centre. Very efficient front desk service, calming decor and comfortable lobby.
Excellent location, simple but stylish hotel, clean..perfect !!
Close to the main train station
Modern design, w/great work of space, a queen size bed, and a totally new & fresh vibe to the room w/a nice view looking down the street to downtown Wiesbaden. Location was super close to the train station as well. Breakfast was tasty too!! Great place w/an exceptionally great price!! Thank you Motel One, I'll use you again!! Have already spread the word to my daughter whom wants to come in August next year.
It was conveniently located and fairly easy to find. I also liked their energy saving technique of using the key card to activate the room electricity. I didn't like the extra expenses of overnight parking and breakfast. There is no where to park except in the attached parking garage. The discount offered by the hotel to park there was negligible. The breakfast, although very good, was too expensive for what was offered. When checking in, the staff does not inform you of little things, like purchasing the parking discount before you park or using your key card to activate the electricity. It would have saved me from having to figure it out on my own.
Convenient to downtown, shopping and train station. Internet access in room and good breakfast.
Excellent location. Reasonable price No phone in the room.
Very wide range of choices for breakfast. During night, there are only a few staffs available. Due to this fact the service required was delayed so much.
The comfort of our room (junior suite) and the location to explore the delights of Wiesbaden. I was a little disappointed that the breakfast buffet was not staffed particularly around the cooking area. I would have liked an omelette.
location cheap foam pillows not down like elsewhere in Europe
comfortable bed and pillows no free wifi in room
welness club the staff in reception was not helpful at all
Proximity to rail station and old town
Large business hotel near main railway station and 10 minute walk to main shopping area. Free internet at reception, if you can cope with the screen a long way from the keyboard and at a 90 degree angle. It would have been appreciated if anyone at reception had actually smiled at me at any point. The check-in and check-out was fast and efficient but near robotic. No eye contact, no welcome when I arrived, no "did you have a nice stay" when I left. The food in their expensive restaurant was strangely disappointing and all the staff had vanished when I came to leave. They do not replace used glasses in the room.
Absolutely nothing appealed to me. The staff (especially reservations and management) were arrogant and inflexible.
The room is new and clean. And it is not far from the station. The coffee machine is very dirty. I am not dare to use it.
THERE BREAKFAST HOTEL IS OVERPRICED FOR THE SMALL ROOM WE HAD
1. Thermal swimming pool in the hotel 2. excellent SPA 3. good location 4. good restaurants 5. comfortable rooms
elegent and luxury hotel with a reasonable price the access to the spa very complicated
not the monwy worth it:
The hotel was nicely located the staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful the services was excellent Nothing
Everything was great. Iwish I was able to stay longer Had a change of plans and had to leave early in the morning. COuld not properly enjoy the facilities.
Excelent staff. Valet parking was $20 Euro for 1 day which is a little pricy in my mind.
good location, very expensive breakfast
Other than the price, this was one of the finest hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in. The restaurant, Ente, is also outstanding.
The staff are wounderful. They are very helpful and alwas available to help. It will be a great loss if you do not stay in Radison blu Hotel Schwarzer Bock. I hope to come back again Everything is prtfect and well studied. Is is unfair to say anegative word.
Very helpful staff at front desk. Allowed us to check in early AM due to early arriving flight. Need more & better info re use of spa facilities. No safety info re use of eg sauna for first time users
It was just nice
Everything about the hotel was great. The service that we received from the staff at reception were exceptional. They were all well informed and helpful.
Locaition. Building.breakfast.facilities at the room Cleaning of the room
Very friendly and polite staff. I found food leftovers in the minibar and clearly visble dirt (a sort of white flakes with a diameter of approx. 4 mm) in the bathroom under the sink.Very discomforting to put it politely.
breakfast swimming pool out of order
The hotel was in an excellent location, the room was large and the internet worked well. Food was only average and the room was not particularly cleaned well each day.
Noisy room, noisy air conditioning, noisy and vibration from people walking in the corridor, carpet with holes in, noise from equipment outside room, old-fashioned, small dark rooms, poor breakfast, slow service
Very friendly stuff. Rooms were quite big and compfortable. WIFI was available but did not work neither in my room or my colleague's room. Spent 4 days there and did not manage to connect to internet within this time. Would have expected that stuff takes it more seriously and tries to fix the problem.
When we arrived on a Sunday evening, the front desk didn't have our reservation. (It turns out that Kayak didn't process the booking to the Crown Plaza until after business hours on Friday). As soon as we showed our Kayak booking confirmation, the Evening Supervisor was very apologetic and found us a room as quickly as he could. His colleague ordered us a portable crib for our 6 month old son, and we were on our way to our room. Soon after we arrived in the room, a housekeeping staff member arrived with our crib and he also provided us with a bottle of still water for the baby. That was a nice touch. The breakfast that was included with our rate was spectacular. The restaurant staff was very classy and courteous and the food selection and quality was great. This hotel will be our preferred location when we travel again to the Rhein-Main area.
The room was a nice size for Europe. The staff was great. The breakfast is crazy expensive.
Near the Center, helpfull desk staff not changing the sheets, room service not 24 hours, and internet expensive
Front Desk Staff Courtesy Very noisy guests kept me awake all night !!!
Only two days but visit was good and will return my next trip to the area. Nothing that was not liked.
The location and the general cleanliness and comfort of the room The parking was 18 euros a day which I think is a lot to ask for guests staying at the hotel.
Excellent, helpful attitude of front desk staff. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking. Good accessibility to the city and shops. The floor in the bedroom (room 402) was uncomfortably uneven. The charge for internet access was unreasnably high.
I really don't know who gave them 4 stars! It is a 2 or maybe 3 star
the hotel staff was not good in qiding to other location in the city .I experience this three times they never gave me the right diriction.
room was old, but clean and confortable enough.
hotel staff was very nice :) more equipments for gym would be appreciated
The service was very efficient without being effusive. Minimal toiletries.
Efficient staff, comfortable room
Spacious room in quiet surrounding just minutes from the city centre
When we enquired about a day trip the help we received from the reception staff, Mrs Thomas, was excellent, even better than the towns tourist information centre. Also the access to the internet was free and easy
the position and charm of the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Very good breakfast and and the hotel beeing situated in middle of the town
good personnel, clean rooms and quiet to pay extra for the outside parklot
Close to town.
Breakfast was great; Beer Garten was a nice oasis 'hide-away' right in the city; Very attentive staff, and on our 2nd visit, got us a room with a softer bed when requested; Fun 'town-square' pedestrian area w/ yummy outside cafes, street performers, shops etc...w/in close walking distance just downhill from the hotel. Only ~ 20+ mins from the Frankfurt airport, great 1st nite (and last nite) vaca accomodations. They even offered a computer in the lobby for guests to use @ no chg. (w/ modern, fast software... Note: the keyboards in Europe are a bit different than in U.S.). A ramp on one side of the front entry stairs would help w/ luggage & people w/ mobility issues....and we allways wish for more grab bars & bathmats in European hotels.
All of the Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpfull. The Oranien is in the centre of town and as a disabled person, I found the location ideal. We were not aware that the hotel restaurant was closed on Sundays, which meant we had to go out in rather unclement weather to look for somewhere else to eat. We don't think there was any mention of this on your site.
It a treat that we plan to give ourselves as we travel to Europe each year. It is a true joy and worth every penny.
the room was suburd (we stayed in 706) when checking in the personnel was not really friendly. they spoke to you without looking at you. at the reservation we ask for a children's bed, and when we got to our room, late at night, the bed was standing outside the hall. not even in our room!
The staff were very friendly, after a tough day it was a pleasant arrival!
Hotel staff was exeptionally kind and helpful.
Clean, nice staff, rich breakfasts, comfortable dining room A few more stairs from garage to the lobby (i.e. no lift)
the balcony some of the reception staff
Style from 70th, but comfortable and fair price. Quiet location, easy parking. indoor parking stink. Just park outside.
the quiet neiborhood , parking availabilities, very good breakfast, nice staff, the entrance of minibar girl during the stay to check the minibar.
the area no
near to dkd hospital no
32" flat-TV, modern interior Pet charge was expensive compare to the other hotels.
Good rooms with good design A little bit noisy. The hotel is between 2 roads.
Clean and comfortable hotel, nice lobby / bar area.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The coffee was good. The reception is at the bar downstairs and gets exceedingly crowded when trying to check in/out.
Great hotel, rooms very well equiped, great breakfast, would recommend and stay again only within driving distance from the city center
This hotel is perfect for business trips. Room was great, modern and clean. Staff was good and friendly.
The breakfast buffet was nice and the one dinner we had was excellent. The bathroom shower was great.
Breakfast was not included in the price.
Einrichtung des Hotels war sehr ansprechend Lärm der Autos war die Nacht durch. Vielleicht sind die Fenster schlecht isoliert.
Everything. Minor Point only, I couldn't connect to the WI-FI to check emails. But only a very very minor complaint.
The breakfast was very good and I would rate it tops of the 6 other hotels we stayed during this trip to Germany. The room was quite satisfactory. None
we got a larger room, which was available, for the same price.Very warm welcome at the reception desk.
No air conditioner as usual in germany.
lovely gardens, friendly staff
A great location, terrific staff, most comfortable room and spotlessly clean.
Great room .
Personal touch! NO.
All was ok.
Close to city centre and hot spots but still very quiet. Very friendly personnel. Lovely 19th century building, well kept. Excellent breakfast buffet, with very tasteful home made jams and nut muesli.
Hotel Kemm is in a beautiful mansion within easy walking distance to the Market Square. The room was large and tastefully decorated. The owners are on site and speak excellent English. no
Uwilling to comment Needs complete face lift. Not good value for money in comparison to other hotels in the area. This is a bad B&B not an Hotel.
The hotel provided garage parking (10euro/night) was extremely helpful.
quite and peacefull location. very good breakfast make stay more comfortable. very close to city center but not crowdy. nice interior. a little bit old renovation and dirty carpet was spoiling some impression. the room on the ground floor was ok, but the sound from talking people on the yard was sometimes too loud.
The staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and comfortible.
Location--nice neighborhood, walking distance from old center of city and other interesting neighborhoods, beautiful building, well designed comfortable rooms, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, reasonable price, friendly owners/managers
I loved the friendly staff. Great breakfast, best I have had at similar hotels. Nice room, and I loved the free wireless internet, which has become so important when so far away from home.
It was convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as sightseeing. You felt like you were living in a home instead of a hotel.
The staff is excellent, and the whole atmosphere is familiar and comfortable.
Location, comfortable beds, nice showers
I enjoyed the comfortable bed, the tea and the room not being too small. The breakfast was very good although the breakfast hall was rather small. The walls were very thin and noise from the neighbouring room disturbed my sleep. Better sound proofness please!
the best reception's staff i've ever met -
concert of Placido Domingo, excellent restaurants in city centre
The room was pretty small, but it was expected
This is the best local owned hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is exceptionally helpful and they helped me feel like a local. It is a great location for shopping in the pedestrian area, and visiting the church, park, and spas. Internet was free and they had free calling to many countries.
Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is very good
Easy access to town center. Too hot. Too noisy. No parking available, even if it says so on the website.
We enjoyed the quaint and modern concept of the hotel. It was a really homely experience for us. The breakfast was good and they had very good and able personnel. Location wise, it is well priced to be right where the old city is. Most of the sights of Wiesbaden is easily accessed by foot and buses from the hotel.
The staff was superb..all of them! Especially Alexander! floor had a dirty spot. breakfast should be included. Coffee making should be available for the room
Very good interior and comfort bed. Nothing
Service spoke English and was accessible. Nice modern building at a place surrounded by early 20th century villas
Good value with a very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast in the morning too.
Clean, competant nothing out of the ordinary reasonable hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice location and just a short walk to town centre. It would be nice to have Tea/Coffee facilities in the bedroom.
Clean, Modern facility well located near the centre of town in a quiet location off the park.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was included at an extra cost, which seemed too high for the rate that was paid for the room.
We had a good size room with a decent balcony. Things worked as they should and almost everything that should have been there was there. 1. We were there in summer and there was no cooling at all - no air conditioning, not even a fan. 2. There was significant traffic noise on weekday mornings.
the desk attendant was extremely helpful. he gave great directions and suggestions for things to do. the location was easily accessible from the autobahn. and there was a thermal spa and city park within walking distance. they should have lunch and dinner service as well.
the hotel did not except the American VAT form.
Spend next to nothing, get everything you need in a room. No complaints.
Wiesbaden is lovely town. Location and surrounding atmosphere of hotel is also good.
close to the station and to the restaurant area, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant next to the hotel(belong to the hotel) Rossini was one of the best Italian restaurant I have ever been.Don't miss their fish soup the room we were given was a smoker's room. they chaged for us the next day though. There are any steps to the room difficult when you have lauggage with you.
food was good di d not sleep well Traffic was to much. Also it was not warm enough with a thin duvet, there shold be another one in the cuboard
The room is big and the beds are comfrotable The breakfast was not that great, also the room had No hot water after midnight which was very inconvienient, the room was too warm
Noisy bed, no english tv channels
The restaurant was excellent. The parking lots are far to small and very unpractical
I had asked for de luxe double room, and l got a suite, which l was very impressed with, especially as l was meeting some new people. It was an excellent start. Good breakfast The suite was great, but the bathroom was badly designed, especially the shower, and the water temperature was never very hot.
Our room and bathroom were on the larger side for a European hotel. Breakfast buffet had both hot and cold items-very nice. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a beautiful building, very well located to shopping and scenic locations.
Clean and efficient staff. Good restaurant.
Location was perfect, near centre but quite.
The staffs are all cheerful and helpful
All staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was in a very convenient location for the exhibition centre and all evening excursions and entertainments. No Internet in rooms. Breakfast not included.
position near park and Wiesbaden's centre rooms need a refurb , no WiFi in room
No problems noticed Internet for additional fee, not available in rooms
Location. Staff was very friendly. Really, honestly, in 2010, I think hotels should not be charging what they do for internet. It should just be free. Period. It's a ridiculous scam that hotels charge what they do for internet.
location, room and amenities. great business center should not charge for internet access
Nice location; great staff. Mattress was uncomfortable, it sunk in the middle.
A very new hotel. Excellent view (some of the rooms), modern and good quallity fixtures. Very well located. Excellent price/quallity Relativelly expensive add-ins (parking, breackfast, internet etc)
I liked the staff ,but no free breackfast inspite of high amount of mony . The river side was boring . Nothing to do .!!
That it was situated next to the Rhine The extra charges, i.e. garage parking
We had a peasant stay!
Very professional staff, beautiful hotel, clean, wonderful pool/spa area. When we arrived, they only had one booking (instead of two booked rooms). They booked us directly themselves for the 2nd room. I hope that we are not charged twice for that room.
Nice environment, clean, comfortable & quiet The double bed is relatively small, and the bed sink a little bit in the middle
Original lobby decoration, clean room, nice view, very calm place. The staff were very kind and helpful but inexperienced and not efficient. Problematic service, needs amelioration. We were definitely expecting much better from a 5* hotel. Clearly overpriced breakfast (choice and quality: can do much better). Average SPA quality.
