They didn't have the car I ordered and tried to force me to pay for the upgrade. I said no, but they said that I had to buy the $70 per day insurance then. I'm not on vacation to argue and cause problems so I just accepted it, but it will make me hesitate next time to rent with Sixt in the future.Avaliado em 6 ago. 2023

I ended up canceling the reservation on the spot. I’ll never book with this company again. It’s a scam. To improve, they need to completely change their business model and change the people working for them. It would be better if such company did not exist.Avaliado em 17 abr. 2023

Location at the Amsterdam convention center was convenient. They rented us a car with multiple existing scratches the proceeded to claim we scratched a hub cap and charge $300 for repair work. The good news is we were covered through our credit card company who was super helpful but working with Sixt was awful and I won’t ever use them again. Return the car is chaotic and can be difficult finding parking during busier times of the day. Other than that, Sixt staff is very friendly and try to accommodate you to the best of their ability. 8/10.Avaliado em 29 ago. 2022

Booked on kayak had amsterdam airport as location of pick up and drop off after paying we noticed it’s not even the airport. I need up paying more to have it at the airport if you book just book direct from Sixt it’s actually cheaperAvaliado em 23 jul. 2022
